Ive have both knees totally replaced 16 years ago, and in the beginning I was told that they would basically only last 5/10 years, as I said earlier its been 16. On the 2nd of November I go in too revise my right knee, and I have no fear @ all cause I know Im in great hands.. I think of Orthopedic East as family! Youre never find anyone better to care for you and your family.

I had my post-op appointment with Charlie today. It has been a little over 10 months since I had my left knee replacement done. He was very friendly and helpful and professional. He listened to me which is very important. He was gentle in his examination.

It has been a pleasure meeting Dr.Charles(aka Charlie;)!!Between him n Dr.Duke I”would”suggest both of these Dr’s to anyone!! The lady at the front desk, Christine, was very nice. The first nurse and the PA left a lot to be desired. The PA made me feel stupid and contradicted everything I said and the ER doctors. My child was in more pain when she left and her foot was swelling significantly. The second nurse was super nice! We had good experiences here before this! Needless to say I took my daughter somewhere else.

Orthopedics East is the absolute best! They always see us in a timely manner and provide great service. Shawn, the PA has seen my son and is knowledgeable and we feel very comfortable receiving care from him. Rhonda, the lady who always does our casting is absolutely incredible! She is so kind and encouraging. Jacki Jabs is amazing and goes above and beyond to help anyone! Great staff and great care!

Wonderful and caring staff in every department. Starting with the anteroom for temperature checks, to reception, billing, doctors/pas, and checkout, they showed concern and were compassionate - every single member of the staff I encountered. I have a very painful injury to my leg and foot, with a few broken bones, and it makes standing on it for long periods unbearable. Unbidden, the receptionist brought a chair so I could prop my foot up while waiting. They were attentive, friendly and warm, it was surprisingly pleasant - you dont generally see that in a field where the entirety of staff just look at miserable, hurting people all day. Ann was wonderful also, and I felt confident she could help get me walking/back to normal again, soon! Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work!

Glad to know there is a weekend option for ortho care that needs attention but not an ER. Quick and thorough service was appreciated!

The visit went pretty quick all the way up to scheduling for the next follow up appointment and then it hit a snag. The process for for follow up appointments, is slow even though most everything in the office was quick and efficient. As far as the care, it may have been a little less thorough than I might have wanted but it was still good. I would recommend it based on the experience I had.

I had surgery for a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Hasty and the entire staff were very professional and helpful through the entire process.

PA Kresho did an excellent job of explaining my xrays and offered a gel injection in the future for my arthritis.

Dr Hasty is a great doctor!!!!! He did a total knee replacement on me in 2012 and I have never had any issues with it. He will always be my go to orthopedic doctor and I strongly recommend him!! Also the front desk and check in staff were very nice and prompt with the service I was there to receive. Thanks for the great experience

They are friendly, clean, on time & thorough in what they do. I saw Dr. Perdue he did surgery on my shoulder & you can barely see the incision’s. The follow up’s we’re with his PA Ann Konzem, she is fabulous !! Also very thorough & read’s everything Dr. Perdue had done in his procedure & answer’s any & all question’s you may have. She is very friendly & patient with you.Then I have physical therapy in the same building. My therapist is Jaclyn Jabs, she is the best !! She take’s her time with me, explain’s the exercise’s to me & send’s home a printed, with picture’s workout sheet & make’s sure I completely understand everything. She never make’s me over exert myself, just enough repetition to restrengthen my shoulder & loosen my rotor cuff.I just can’t say enough about Orthapedics East & Sport’s ♥️ The Drs, Nurse’s & staff that work there♥️♥️ LOVE THEM. ♥️♥️THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR MEJULIE. My son was injured today (Saturday) and was seen at the Extended Care Clinic. We were extremely pleased with the service and so grateful that being seen on a holiday weekend was an option without having to go the Children’s ED. All the staff were so nice and helpful.

I got my appt in just a few days after referral from PCP. .I needed an MRI and was so surprised that they had their own and just a day or 2 I was able to get that appt on a Saturday and my return visit was only 2 days later. The best part there the little waiting I had to do. . Before Id go to another doctor out of town and have treatment or surgery. Id recommend Orthopaedics East and sport medicine.

I used the extended care clinic on the weekend and was happy this option was available. Wait time was minimal and I saw Shawn for x-rays and diagnosis. Very efficient process and the staff was very friendly! Thank you for your care.

Dr was very cordial and professional. Confirmed X-rays , performed small local treatment and sent me on my way. . Excellent service from all personnel taking temps to doing all paperwork. Told me to come back in April (4 months) if I had any issues.Excellent from start to finish!!!! Actually drove 90 miles to get this kind of preferred treatment!

Charlie was awesome. He took quite a bit of time explaining things to me & answering my questions. He didn’t act like he had to hurry to go to another patient. I was very confident that I was in good hands with Dr. Hasty & Charlie.

I am in need of a hip replacement. This was my second visit. They are setting me up for a second injection. My insurance Will be in effect in November 2021. He scheduled me to return in September to to get me aligned for surgery in November. He said there’s no need for you to come back before then all we would do is just run up your bill. It was nice to hear someone that wasn’t just trying to pad their pocket.

Dr. Elizabeth Robinson is so nice and easy. She is such a down to earth person with a great bedside manor!!! I highly recommend them and they are so fast to get you in and out of their office. Never had a bad experience with them.

Felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Receptionist, medical assistants and x-ray technicians were all friendly and attentive. Dr. Skalak listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly carefully explaining my options. Great visit, I recommend.

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. Dr. Skalak was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. But what really impressed me was when I had one last question as he was leaving the room, he came back in, closed the door, sat down, and acted like my little question was worthy of his time and attention. PA acted like he was in a hurry to leave the whole time & was not at all forthcoming with any pre op info, pre op advice of significance, rehab info, or medication changes needed. I much prefer to see the surgeon because I had to drag answers out of this guy, nice as he was.

This young man was very impressive. He was confident of what he planned to do. He answered all of my questions and I knew that he was the Doctor that I wanted to replace my hip.

I am pleased with the treatment my mother has received by the doctor. However, I was stunned when at a visit this week one of the staff asked a patient her height and weight in the waiting area for x-rays in front of everyone and she did not whisper. The patient was extremely overweight and was embarrassed to be asked this in front of everyone. Not cool.

Doctor Robinson treats her patients with a compassionate attitude every time. My visit today was spent most of the time in waiting room before being called back. However, once I was called back I got 2 x-rays stat and then shown to a room where it was only about 5 minutes before Dr. Robinson was in the room. Covered a lot of ground including the x-rays which showed NO problem--whew!! Her best judgement was pain was related to recent surgery and that I should contact the surgeon for guidance. Rest of staff were very cordial and accommodating.

Seen before my appointment time. Dr Mcgraw was in to see me within 2-3 minutes of being placed in room. Very likeable and knowledgeable. Gives great injections. Great doctor. Office staff very efficient and respectful

We saw Dr Shawn, PA. He we absolutely amazing with our almost two year, who we thought had broken his foot. My son acted like they were best friends. We also can’t leave out the XRay Tech, Mrs Teresa who had the patience of a SAINT and Chelsea at checkout!

Dr. Perdue is a trip!! He has one of the best bedside manner of all of the doctor’s I’ve seen. He is also very talented in his field. I am going to have to have my other shoulder replaced in the not too distant future and I don’t want anyone but him to do it!!

My family member is a new patient here. Dr. M. McGraw is one of the nicest docs I ever met. He was very down to earth and professional too. I hope he will be the one to be in charge of her care every step of the way.

Dr. Perdue is a great orthopedic surgeon! He has replaced both my right & left knees. I am doing great. He is excellent with his knowledge and his goal to make sure you are pain free as much as possible during the surgery and post op period.
