They dont answer calls!!!they dont return your call even if you leave a message..Since may i have been calling now is september .i tried to be patient but i will find another pediatric clinic..

This place never answers the phone for schedule and when they do they are rude. Horrible place.

The worse place I have ever been. I pick this places since my kids mother dont speak English and they have some translator inside. Always the experience was bad. Last appointment for my daughter they dont allow her to came in, to check a skin problem they want to do a zoom visit. After complaining they came out and check her on the car. No prescription or refer was offer. Last week I was try to get a referral for my son to be able to get his glasses redone since the eye care office had lost his records. What will be my surprise when this office refuses to give me a referral un less I promised Ill visit the office since after 6 years they neither have records of my son vision problem. An accused me of Harassing them because I act rude after I find incompetent the way keep records and earn visits. Now they send me a letter also asking me to keep my kids there as long I dont get mad when they make mistakes or something like this happens. I already told them I was moving my kids to a different Doctof. Whos is Harassing you with the letters or me by claiming my rights?

Complete joke, if you dont mind waiting for hours for a small check-up then sure. Just a bunch of people sitting around laughing while you wait....now searching for a new pediatric DR.

My 1 star is going directly to the staff who you make contact with prior to any provider. There are some staff there that dont give their name when they answer, they mumble when they speak, place you on hold and forget about you, etc. Dealing with the support staff is the absolute worse part of this clinic. The providers, on the other hand, are always courteous and polite. Its not right when you can call one location and have a totally different experience than another location. Carvide in Farmersville has an absolute wonderful staff who always show respect for their patients. I will do anything to avoid calling Greenville.

Terrible pediatric office.!!!They don’t call or text you to remind you that your kid has an appointment. & the front office staff people are so rude! they make you wait over 40 minutes just to be seen !

Beth is AWESOME!She was our previous dr at another office and so glad she moved to Carevide she has always taken good care of my babies since birth! She’s definitely genuine about her work! I highly recommend her!

I love this clinic so much! I have been taking my kids for year now and the staff and doctors have been very nice and thorough with information in all my visits. I highly recommend this facility to everyone!!!

Dr. Welch was awesome when she was here. We loved her. She left and we have had to see Dr. Fry. Do not, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, send your child to see this man! My son had a fever, most likely from teething and we brought him in just to have him checked out. He should have his license revoked! He wanted to diagnose my son with an absolutely crazy virus (I wont go into detail but if I told you, you would crap your pants). I will never set for in this place again. I HATE this place.

When dr.welch left this place went to hell. She knew my kids well and got rid of the problem each time we have went to her. Now I dont the docs and they give zero medicine or help with anything. My son is suffering from a harsh cough and cold with a fever and they tell me to give him honey. I can look up home remedies all by myself and if those worked I wouldnt have come to a doc in the first place. Docs a joke and the place takes so long to give you nothing. I will be traveling to Rockwall from now on because this office hardly has doc that knows what there doing.

Absolutely fantastic. Dr. Shane Smith is wonderful and goes above and beyond what a normal busy pediatrician would be doing. The day after our visit I called And was routed straight to a medical assistant Who helped me with the question I had about the previous days visit. Then today I received a call from them just checking on my daughter to make sure everything was going well. Wonderful wonderful office and staff. I have lived all over the place and I never expected to find such a top-notch pediatrician in the city of Greenville.

They always listen to my questions and explain everything. My kids really like the waiting area entertainment and the doctors.

Ive been coming tp this pediatric facility for the last 4 years never had trouble with them until now. They keep calling to cancel appointments. Rescheduling me and canceling the new appointments. After Dr. Shane Smith left this place has not been the same. I called to make an appointment for a 4 month old and they told me to take her to another facility. The person i talked to named Maya was VERY rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Its a good facility. Staff is nice and helpful.

Dr. Shane is amazing with the kids he is so kind and patient and gives you all the information needed. Also the ladies in the front are awesome.

This place is a joke . The staff is horrible and they dont care about children or the parents at all. This place shouldnt be as popular as it is but it is the only one that takes the mediciad we have soooooo. Same as the rest of their patients. If we could go somewhere else we would in a heartbeat.

Very unprofessional front office staff. Made a new patient appointment for my son a month in advance to make sure he was an established patient so that if he were to get sick we would have a pediatrician. 20 mins before his scheduled appointment that we waited a month for, the receptionist calls to cancel because they only schedule new patients if they are sick or have any concerns (when we made the appointment together she did not state this and I made sure she knew this was only to make him an established patient)I also made sure to ask if my son were to get sick that they could find an appointment instead of making us wait another month before I allowed her to cancel the appointment. She agreed and apologized for the confusion.Today my son is sent home from school with a fever and I call to make an appointment, they respond that they will not have any openings for 3 weeks (because he is a new patient) and that he can go to the ER or urgent care.Called a different pediatric clinic in Greenville and was given a same day appointment.I understand schedules are tight and that some weeks are busier than others, but directing children to the local ER/Urgent Care that does not specialize in children’s healthcare is not the correct way to handle patients that you don’t have answers for. At least attempt to find an opening or let them know you will call if anyone cancels. Will never recommend this office to anyone. Such an unnecessary hassle and waste of time.

The front office and new office manager Cathy Monroe, are absolutely horrible. On several occasions sensitive paperwork has been lost, most of the staff is disrespectful, loud, and incompetent. There’s a reason the doctors don’t stay.

I am not impressed with this office AT ALL. for my sons 3 year well child check they have called and cancelled 5 different times and eventually they just stopped calling to reschedule the appointment. Well now my son is sick and Ive called for 3 days now and tried to make a appoitment, they said they would call me at 7:30 am to book his appoitment and NEVER called, so i called and they were supposedly booked. This place is a joke and VERY unorganized and I am not impressed 1 little bit nor am i happy.

Love my Doctor he’s really good with my daughter ... front staff could be a bit friendlier and answer the phone ... but other then that pretty good pediatric

I absolutely love Dr. Fry, however the ladies in the reception area are by far the rudest I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I hate that such an amazing Dr probably is not aware that his reception area is run in such a fashion. The either are misinformed about the information they give out or just don’t care. They are rude when you come in and when you leave. Socializing with each other or on an unprofessional phone call. They’re apology when they mess up is, “you can go to urgent care or the ER”. Hate loving my kids Dr so much and having to deal with those women!

I am a first time mom and this was the place the hospital suggested that I go I saw Dr.smith he was great the second time I had a app they had to reschedule cuz he wouldnt be there so I saw a woman Doctor I did not like her at all I would tell her things that I did not want to do with my baby and she would completely ignore what I was saying to her and do what she wanted I then call for my babys 2month app and they tell me that they cant make her app until 1 month later then the day I was calling so I said forget it I could not find another doctor so i called back to make a app again and now its 2 months later I settled for that app they also tell me that sense my baby will be 4 months they will do her 2month shots and 4 month shots that same day I had to argue with them about that I do not want my baby to have that many shots that same day its not my fault for how far they can schedule a app and my baby doesnt deserve that.. after I made the app my husband calls to confirm the app and update insurance and they tell him again they are doing her 2months and 4 months shots that day so he augured with them but three days before that app they call to reschedule cuz again the doctor will not be there Im done with this place they need to get their stuff together!

I aroved at my appt on time but the line took a while to get signed in and then once i got signed it it took me about 10 mins to get called back, and once i did they said since you were late you have to come.back in 2 hours because the doctor left to dp surgeryAnd when i came back it was something els sp i asked for my shot records back and they put white out all over it where they filled put they gave him his shots and they dident!!!N the staff was very rude... Dont recomend this place at all...

Very rude staff and I Absolutely hate my daughters Pediatrician Dr.Welch very rude and never acknowledge any I tell her, my daughter had fever for 2 days up and down and she said nothing at all was wrong I will be changing providers ASAP Ive had enough of her I wish Dr.Shane would have not left he always picks up her slack!!

My son has been sick with some diarrhea, took him to the doctor, He says they need a stool sample so I brought it one week ago, and until today they havent talk to me or call me about it, I call many times and the person in the phone doesnt know about the result or when this is going to be there.

They make you wait a long time who knows what they are doing, just because one needs the service. But if it were not for the children, one yeva there are heyos they did not have a job, they do not work for free for the bad service.

Pésima attention of attendees, take my bb with diarrhea and vomiting and not even turn around to see just tell you no place for easy reference to and are very pushy and if you ask 😡 free service.When I told him to look for another pediatrician VAT attitude change ,,, and I paid attention but since my bb to take emergency hospital. !!I do not trust them again !!!!!Terrible place anything recommended.

My experience was not a good one.I went with my son because he had a cough and fever, he didnt have an appointment, but they gave me one at the time, I asked how much the consultation was going to cost me and they told me $ 79 if they dont have to do any tests and $ 115 if they do any tests.After waiting 1 hour in the office until Dr. WELCH came, I checked it, and she said it was a virus, when I went to the front to pay the consultation they told me it was $ 153, I asked why ??? And the employee MARSELA told me that was what the doctor had said only for the time she was with us (10 minutes) and because she had not taken my son to that clinic since 2011 ...????? .... and that I had to pay it !!! since she couldnt bother Dr. WELCH to give me an explanation.Of course I paid it because they gave me no other option and I left quite unhappy and I think, paying more than in a private clinic.I was very sorry since Dr. Fry works there, who has attended my son since he was 3 years old.
