I feel heard and get solutions to my issues, love not waisting my time at the doctors office...

I have been coming here for almost six months and the doctors and nurses have been so kind and compassionate. I really enjoy the service I receive here. I feel like I am being treated like a person, not just a client. They also provide mental health services which is a nice plus.

Always have had a great experience here, caring professionals and friendly staff. Never have waited past appointment times.

Very grateful the nurses were all very kind, especially Dr. Brooks is a nice and caring person. 😀

It was my first time to this Clinic. I had drove quite a ways to get there and I was feeling terrible on top of that. Walked in and was met with RUDENESS for no reason. It was very disappointing given that I strongly believe in what this Clinic stands for and what theyre doing for women in general. But them two girls that I encountered in the front need to be FIRED! If I was owner of that clinic I would be worried about staying open at this point. Nobody is going to want to go there and deal with that type of treatment. I did arrive early for my appointment and I was able to get in early. Once I got to the back everyone was much nicer and very professional.*I feel that I need to give a brief description of these two girls in particular because they need to be fired ASAP.White girl- dyed jet black hair- shoulder length- front desk- checks people out as the leave.The other girl: black girl- short ponytail boots and blue jeans- she was the WORST! I hope the next time I visit they will be no longer there :)

I don’t know why people are complaining so much about this clinic, I love it! I never have to wait too long and the staff are very nice and friendly! Dr Jessica Brooks is the best!! She’s so kind and very professional

The care we have experienced here has been wonderful. We rarely wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. Appointments don’t feel rushed. They provide financial aid to low income families. The front office staff seems young and at times a little unprofessional but overall it doesn’t take away from everything else.

Giving it 1 star because I can’t give it 0! I ended up here because I don’t have insurance,but I hateeee every time I have to go just because I have to check in, the front staff is not only rude but it makes you completely uncomfortable to even try to ask a question they all give you something the first time I went I was four minutes late which I understand yes I was late by a couple of minutes next times I’ve had to go I always showed up on time to wait 30minutes to an hour ,the last time I went there was 3 people there waiting I showed up on time to be told they will not see me because I have my son with me ,which I had taken with me before with out a problem and it was an appointment only to refill my prescription I stated that I would of had arranged something if someone would of had told me something before but no one did,she said that there was signs which I didn’t see it was a waste of time and I lost a work day.

Worst Doctors office I’ve ever been to. Been waiting a month and a half for test results. Can never get anyone on the phone. They always tell me to leave voicemails but they never get returned. Not once have I gotten a return phone call from them. When I finally got a hold of someone they gave me my results said they were calling in a prescription but never did. I called back they said I was suppose to schedule an appointment but no one ever told me too. I was told to call in 3 weeks for my results. I follow d every instruction I was given just to be told by the nurses station that I didn’t follow the instructions. Was told that I was going to get another call back which I don’t think will happen. If you can avoid coming to this facility I advise you to choose another Dr.

Horrible place. I called to make an appointment and the lady setting up my appointment was incredibly passive aggressive and rude. My phone got cut off (or hers I’m not sure) in the middle of setting up my appointment and when I called back, the exact same lady sent me straight to voicemail and wouldn’t pick up after trying to call afterwards. I understand this isn’t a private clinic but if you won’t do your job right, just don’t have this place at all. Definitely going elsewhere.

Every time I go with an appointment I end up having to wait an extra hour or more before I can be seen.I’ve requested my medical transcripts from this office 4 times and have been given the run around each time.I had an appointment and was told it was cancelled the DAY before. I had already taken off of work.The ladies that work there seem nice but it is just a hassle to get anything done.

Worst freaking customer service of my life. I wasnt even able to make it to my first appointment before I had to go somewhere else. 1. Erica waited till 430, the day before my appointment, to call me and tell me the NP had to reschedule. I immediately called back to reschedule and I called 8 dn times before someone answered. Then I sat on the phone for 10 minuets, on hold, then it cut off. I called back and low and behold no one answered. Because it was time to go home, forget doing your job. 2. I left a voice mail and they didnt even call back, I had to call them. Then Erica proceeded to tell me they couldnt get me in that day and if I wanted a Monday appointment Id have to call at 8 am on Monday. 3. I called 12 times Monday to set up a same day appointment. Erica finally answered, one would only assume she was late. Well come to find out I couldnt come for my original appointment reason because I hadnt had a recent pap and they wouldnt issue any birth control till after.Why did NO ONE tell me this!!!?? They were well aware what my appointment was for and when I scheduled the first time they asked about my recent pap.I refuse to ever use this facility again. Anyone interested in using it I will steer them the other direction .

Wont give me an appoinment until receive my medical records. They have got them still havent returned my calls from Friday and here it is Monday my due date is in august and no one will call back or answer. The ladies are beyond rude as hell. They need better service I swear.

I usaly dont leave reviews but this is not only the worst doctors office I ever been to but it is the worst business period. I very much regret taking my wife here. The doctors are great but the staff that works there is awful. They misinform you about payments. They schedule your appointments for doctors when they are on vacation and they are very rude. We wait over two hours every time we go in. Please find another place to go if all possible.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. My first visit they told me to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paper work so I did. I waited 25 minutes to just get paperwork and then I waited an additional 2 hours from my appointment to be seen. They were extremely rude and very incompetent. The girl that checks out people is the rudest one of all and should be fired. I do not recommend this place at all!!

I feel so sorry for this community that this is their only option. My poor mother has to come here for services due to being uninsured. She was scheduled for a procedure. They gave pamphlets to educate her on what was going to be done. Sure they were in spanish but with someone with only a 6th grade education, the information went over her head. Then, she was prescribed medication to be used prior to the procedure. The prescription was in ENGLISH and it was not explained to her how she was supposed to use it. For the procedure she was charged up front--which I get. The day of her appointment, we had to wait 45 mins after her scheduled time. Then, after trying for about 30mins, the provider was unsuccessful in completing the procedure. When they went to reschedule the appointment, I had asked if they were going to charge my mother again for the procedure or any charges for that matter.The check out lady said that she was going to move the credit from her account to the next appointment so there wouldnt be another charge. We show up the 2nd time and were told that there was going to be an office visit charge. I argued that they literally didnt do anything at the last visit and dont feel that it is not fair that she is being charged for another office visit when it was THE STAFFS fault that the procedure was unsuccessful.The front desk lady is RUDE and unprofessional. She doesnt even greet the patients. Would it kill her to be pleasant, or smile or even pretend that she doesnt despise her job? The office staff obviously needs some customer service training. Just because this is a community clinic does not mean that the population doesnt deserve people that are kind and pleasant. Having worked in a customer service industry for years, sevicing some of the neediest population in Dallas, I can honestly say that I feel sorry for the poor community that has to come to this office for service. I hope that there are POSITIVE changes made to this location, so that the patients have better experiences when they are at their most vulnerable. Everyone deserves to be treated like a human being regardless of ethnicity, or insured status.

So my girlfriend has been going here throughout her pregnancy. She has been through 5 different doctors within a matter of weeks. The first doctor was always on top of everything and a really good doctor at that. I know after the first doctor left this office swapped doctors almost every time she went in for her appointment and there was even a time she saw a doctor from out of town that was just helping out because the lack of staff. They say they know everything about a patient because they read their charts, how do you know everything going on with someone by a chart if you dont personally meet the patient and listen to whatever problems they have been having! Its almost time for our baby to be born and she is just now seeing the Dr supposed to deliver our son. Almost 35 weeks in and just now meeting her. How is a person supposed to be comfortable with someone they have not got to have any kind of bond with to deliver their baby.. Her last visit she was there over 3 hours almost after waiting over a hour to be seen period had to go make a scene with the reseptionist for them to call her back after having to demand to see Dr. Ledley she finally got to. And she told her you may not know me but I know everything about you... How so if you never met till that minute? I know this clinic has dropped the ball completely has been completely unprofessional. There has been some problems going on for a few weeks now with the patient and this clinic is yet to figure out whats going on they act like its no big deal at all.. Everything I have read up on about whats going on can be very dangerous not just for the baby but also for the mother. And this office has failed to show any real concern to whats going on. When the mother has got a problem already and the first Dr was constantly on top of everything and since then not one doctor she has seen has mentioned anything about it to her. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone at all. Its really sad because people are supposed to be comfortable with their doctors but at this office its a shot in the dark as to what doctor you are gonna see if they are even from greenville or if they are from out of town. For as many doctors that have left it also says a lot about this clinic. I have read other reviews and see that this is not the first person that has been through this with this clinic. I find it pretty bad when this has happened to multiple people and still this problem has to get be fixed. I know by my review on here it will still not be fixed because its been brought to the attention of everyone that has something to do with how this clinic is ran. Its the worst clinic that I have ever stepped foot in and will reconmend no one to it ever because the experience I have witnessed first hand the unprofessional manner of this place. Loved Dr. Motley she was very funny and informative and I didnt have to wait too long to be seen!! Def will be going back!

This place needs to be shut down.. I ended up changing offices halfway through my pregnancy it was THAT bad! Waiting 2 to almost 3 hrs every appointment is ridiculous. It was such a hassle to get them to fax my medical records I had to call mulitiple times over a two week span... At my first appointment at my new doctor i find out carevide womans center did not send ALL my records they left out my bloodwork, among many other things. Do not waste your time at this place..

This is by far the worst practice I have ever been to. Each appointment takes over 2 hours every time guaranteed and the staff is extremely rude . Every front of the house worker needs to be fired and replaced with people willing to do their job that actually care about womens needs . Out of the 10 appointment for my prenatal care they have cancled or rescheduled 8 of them. I think they are doing it so the can bill my insurance for missed visits when they are straight up telling me wrong dates and time. Go somewhere else if you dont want your time and money wasted. They are extremely unfriendly to children as well . Also Dr. Ledley is a very unclean doctor. She nwver washed her hands before or have my pap. That is beyond nasty. I have had a UTI since seeing her. They have also never discussed my blood work with me and it was drawn 5 weeks ago . This recent buy out has made conditions and treatment even worse.

Everything was going well Dr anett and Dr pam great doctors love how they treated you with care until i had to be seen by Dr ledley first time she was rude and so rough when she was doing a stress screen test.i really felt uncomfrable and had to call my husband almost crying just to let him know i had recived the worse treatment and plus of that they had me waiting 3 hours and half.wont be coming to this place .

Worst clinic ever. I was told by someone in their office that they will fax my medical records to the other clinic. Nobody did it and when i called them 4 days later the office manager will not even speak to me. She avoided me. I kept calling them but i guess they have caller id because my calls were going to voicemails. I am very desperate because new clinic will not see me until they have my medical records. Its very frustrating and this clinic are not helping me even after they said they would do it.

Have been several times to be seen for various reasons. 2xs saw a PA and once saw Dr Ledley. The office staff has been far from accomodating and you cant get a call back for anything.....it took 3 weeks for them to return my calls for a well womans exam. I call to get labs and do not receive a call back on results. The wait is long but I will say Dr Ledley and her nurse were great and very responsive. She is trying to get my body on track but without my results I have no clue what is going on. I am glad to be doing tests finally but getting in, getting the front office staff to help and getting returned calls are a big negative on this office.Update as of 7/18****My last visit went better and I was getting calls from dr ledleys assistant promptly in regards to my care. Wait time was cut down alittle and staff was more frjendly ....probably because surveys were asked to be completed at each visit. I still have a concern on my issue that really wasnt addressed during my last visit which left me with questions. I was given a medication to start and given directions but have a hiccup and now cant seem to get an assitant to contact me. I have meft 2 messages in one day and cant even reach front office starting at 4:15pm it goes to vm. This seems to be a ongoing issue when a client needs to talk to somoene to get direction calls go unreturned. One issue gets resolved briefly but then its back to normal apparently.

I don’t remember the doctors name, but he is a far white guy. He is the rudest doctor I have ever seen, he kept talking over me, and wouldn’t listen to me at all.

I love Dr Ledley! This clinic helped me when I couldnt afford any services for a copo in Dallas. Then when I moved to Greenville they helped me with infertility issues due to PCOS at a very low rate. Thanks to Dr Ledley knowing what to do, clomid worked! It was successful and I was pregnant with my first son. We were blessed. After I gave birth to him my hormones balanced out on their own. Then oops, two years later here comes baby number 2 with no help at all, totally unplanned but loved and welcomed of course. Another blessing!! Now years later Ive moved back to Dallas and its a possibility the cervical cancer is back after the abnormal result from my last pap. Nobody in Dallas is in my price range, it costs $600+ out of pocket for a copo everywhere I call. So I contacted this clinic again and they still have a grant program that can help me. Thank you womens center of Greenville for helping me when I needed it most when others wouldnt.

If it was an option to leave 0 stars i would. I understand yall are a office that handles obgyn issues, but when you start treating a patient that has history of cancer and you find out that her cancer isnt back (thank you lord),but yet you do find other issues, your job doesnt just stop there. You have a patient that is clearly in trouble and calls everyday for a referral so she can get the help she needs that yall dont treat. Its a issue that yall found and know its a ligit problem but yet refuse to give referral so she can get help. Everyday yall transfer her to a vm (well now that vm service has even been turned off now so no message can be left) Day after day she gets the run around and day after day her condition gets worse. Its a 2 second piece of paper work that can save her life/ quality of life. Ive never seen such horrible service/bedside manor. Yall have messed up time after time from prescriptions to treatment. Im currently looking into the appropriate ways of going deeper with this including and not limited to the state Board of health services. I will not stop until someone steps up and does whats necessary for her to be ok again! Cause at the end of the day she isnt just a patient name in a folder, she is my sister, the mother to my niece and nephew, aunt to my kids, and an all around amazing person that needs help. Her life matters!!

Horrible service, they schedule you for one day and when you show up they tell you they messed up the dates and dont see you!! Very rude up front!! This has happened about 2 times to my mother and twice to me when I was pregnant! My pregnant sister has waited up to 45 mi utes half naked before someone goes in and checks her! If you have no personnel DONT SCHEDULE PATIENTS!!!!

Carrie the BCCS coordinator is the rudest... If you have breast or cervical cancer and are looking for help avoid this place!!!!

Dont come here when you are in a rush though! They get pretty busy so come in when you have the time to wait for your turn.

This is the most horrible place ever. You can never get any nurses to call u back or get any one to answer the phones. This place needs new staff who know how to do their jobs, like answering the phones for once.

Terrible wait times no matter what time of day you are scheduled. Every time I go in for an appointment, I end up being there for hours. I finally transferred doctors and it took them weeks to send over my medical records. Ultrasounds are done at a separate facility which is extremely inconvenient.

I was calling to renew my birth control. Lady who answered the phone was very rude. She ended up hanging up on me whenever i was mid-sentence.
