I have been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half for a flu shot and TB test. I called this morning to schedule, and they told me that for a nurses visit they said no scheduling you come in and its a quick visit. I just asked how much longer for me and she said youre next, Im not sure what the nurses are doing. Im still sitting here, and yet they just called someone else back that just walked in. So much for me being next, but they sure were really quick to take my money. Im beyond aggravated 😤

Although I love my doctor, I have to change PCPs. After at least 8 phone calls I STILL don’t have referrals that I need to see specialists. All I get is leave a message or people saying they will check on it and never call me back. They say the girl has over 200 referrals in her inbox and laugh about it, but don’t get anything to help her. They obviously don’t think referrals are important so patients who need specialists are just left hanging. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done

I just started with Carevide last month and I have nothing but good to say about the clinic and physicians I have seen. They are very skilled professionals and treated me very well. I will be seeing them again in the morning and will be setting my next appointments. Relieved that I found this physicians group!! William Sullenger

I like the place.. The staff is always sweet. Even when slam packed! I like a few of the drs others could.learn a few bedside manners and learn to listen to their patients and their concerns. We know our bodies and some of us have dealt.with same.problems so long we know what will and wont work.. Id give a.5 star.rating but the wait time kills it...i had an 8 am appointment. Showed up at 745 didnt get into a room.till 9 and didnt get out till 11.. Husband.had an appointment at 915 showed up early and wasnt.out till 1pm. Whats the point in appointments if its taking over an hour past to see a dr..

I wish I could give zero stars because this place is a joke. I went in for a appointment for high blood pressure and they try and tell me I have a fever and they can only do a virtual, I make them do a temperature check again and my temperature was 97.8. they then told me they could only do a virtual appointment because my fever was previously 102. I told them I need to be seen for my high blood pressure I cant do a virtual appointment so they bring me and they put me in a room they come in check my temperature again and it was 99.0. they then leave the room and say theyre going to check with the doctor because they need to see if they have to give me a covid rapid test even though I had zero other symptoms and then they left and didnt come back around for another 45 minutes. I had to stand in the hallway for someone to even come to my room. Then when they get in my room they tell me they have to wait for a room to become available. Check my temperature again and if I dont have a fever then I can be seen. I grabbed my stuff and walked out after sitting there for an hour and 20 minutes.

After ending up in ICU and discovering I was diabetic, Im am blessed to be going to Carevide very friendly staff Kelly Peters is wonderful, and the man that took my blood very good at his job as welll couldnt ask for better health care professionals

I agree with the last post. My doctors and nursing staff are usually great but the receptionist staff acts as if were bothering them. I asked to schedule my next appointment and they all stared at me as if I was speaking an unheard of language while one sat on her phone texting saying well be with you in a sec. I guess she wanted to finish her text before doing her job. Needless to say, I walked out and had to call and schedule an appointment. Ive worked in healthcare for 7 years and I know phones use is extremely forbidden.

Why do yall not call people back or why when some call there no answer?

It’s very unprofessional that me and my mom have to wait in a parking space for over 30 mins to pick up a note for my job. They take 20 minutes to answer the phone and then wait 20 more minutes for them to bring it out.

Love my doctor the receptionist staff however not so much. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before they acknowledged me because they were busy Lolly gagging...completely unprofessional! Then they said Ill get you checked in shortly its been over 30 minutes, several people have gone back when I was the only one one the list for next in line AND I had a 5 oclock appointment. Sooo.....staff needs to focus on working not socializing and people need to not be skipped due to the receptionists choosing. Fix this and Ill rate 5 stars.

If this is a free to low cost clinic, just who benefits? My grandson went and they wouldnt see him saying that he owed them $70.00. How can he owe them $70.00 when he doesnt have insurance nor a job and goes to college to try to make something of himself. I told them he has no job and lives with grandparents because he has no money to support himself. They still try to charge him, but how is he expected to pay with no money and grandparents who get by on social security only.

They cater to black and mexican people but won’t accommodate any white people. Great service. Glad I spent 2 hours in the waiting room to get told to go home without a chance to work out what I owe.

At my last appt in December , patients were required to sit in the freezing cold in their cars to wait to be seen . Ridiculous .The doctors are very professionalIf you can , make virtual appointments only

Ive been going there for 2 yrs and I get good care. They gave upgraded and Done alot of positive changes and Im happy with it.

People who answer the phones and at the front desk are always rude and in considerate. Need to really work on training employees having better people skills. ***Monday the 12th... Really appreciate the clinic following with the review and to make sure the kids are doing better***

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 6 months old and the more we come the longer we are having to wait to be seen. This is twice now we have waited over an hour to get in a room and over 30 to be seen by the doctor.

I have been going here for a while. If this was my first time here. I would not go back. 2 hours for appts arent acceptable. After that wait time the amount of time with the doctor...5 minutes. She never even looked at my chart. I was the last person there. She had her purse on her arm and was out the door while I was walking to checkout. Bottom line you get what you can afford😏

Do not go here if you are needing any kind of help. Even if you know what you need they will not listen to you. Dr. Martin is the worst one that I know of because when I went in to get help for anxiety she only recommend Duloxetine which is a generic brand for Cymbalta. She said this would help my anxiety, help the ruptured disk pain in my back and slow my heart ratr because I have the heart rate of a jogger. Guess what it didnt help anything it was just a waste of time and money and i didnt even get a referral to a pain dr like i told her i needed. She wont listen to you.

I’ve been going here for 18 months with my sons (18mo and 3mo olds) and usually have to wait 1- 1 1/2 hrs after my scheduled appointment time (even after them repeatedly moving the appointment around 2-3 times prior). I show them respect in arriving 15 min early but never receive the same courtesy. Nurses and office staff don’t apologize, reschedule the appt numerous times, won’t call you to say come in later because we’re running behind (against corporate policy...)and are rude when you confront them about it. Love, love, love Dr. Brandy Welch to pieces but I’m going to look elsewhere. My time is valuable to me-not to mention, try entertaining two kids under 2 in a room for that long. Not pleasant.

The wait was about the same as any normal doctors office. Staff was nice & professional. Clean facility as well. Way better than I expected for a clinic.

Hidden gem. I went in for a check-up on a Friday in April and as I had never been seen here before ...but Humana said it was closest and with mixed reviews... I went in with an open mind... and was blown away. Ive seen specialist after specialist in the past and Tiffany -by far- blew them all out of the water. I made sure to tell her that!My labs were drawn in-house (thank goodness! saving me time and another day not having to go somewhere else) and the young woman who did it, did so almost painlessly, I barely felt it AND she gave me a tip for when I removed the bandage. I learned something new and felt genuinely cared for.About the place... I find it quaint, like grandmas, and while its nice to hear updates are coming, I liked it and the options they have, and the person treating me is what I really care about, rather than others being seen, an irate review, or the paint on a wall. I felt I was in good hands there.The follow-up was quicker and flowed better than at other places Ive been to and I’m glad I went. Its a hidden gem! Or a diamond in the rough. I have Tiffany as my new provider and with Dr. Fry out of retirement, having joined their Pediatrics, PLUS I hear a new pediatric location coming later this summer, I cant wait to bring my kids in (for their annual exams, hopefully not illnesses) ;).

The people here are rude and awful. They called my name, and another girl got up and went back in my place, and it took them over an hour to realize that girl wasnt me!! I had to wait almost two hours for them to get me in to see the doctor after THEY messed up and didnt check the names and birth dates on the charts. Not to mention the girl at the front lied to my face trying to cover up their mistake. Im never coming back here again nor will I ever recommend anyone come here.

The pharmacy lady with short hair was very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job you should just quit no need to treat a patient like that . I hope I don’t see her again because I defiantly have nothing nice too say .

I will like to know if they ever understand the meaning of healthcare center, community clinic or at least healthcare employees over there. We have an appointment for 11. We show up at 11.15 and they refuse to give us any attention, the place was empty, my wife wasnt able to get there before since she cant drive, here arm hurts she cant move it. We explain the lady that I was coming from work to get her there and they dont care. The Doctor ( nurse practitioner). Well the doctor you never see it. The nurses there refuses to even talk to us or check the records to give us at least a prescription. My best advise for you all, try to Find a doctor that care about people, there is no many since healthcare system passed from a humans services to a business. I start tinking The universities dont give them the Hippocratic oath, most likely the hypocrite oath. Dont waste time and money, the change the name on it but the service has not improved. Is no the first time we have problems there.

My daughter has SMA, under Dr. Featherson, he studied it and kept her on medicine and getting her ready for surgery, He retired and Dr Flora took over, she has not helped her at all and refers her to pain management . Kate on the review below is exactly right.

After recent events I feel a updated review is warranted. I have been coming to the clinic for about 6 years for various reasons and recently I have become a more frequent flier patient due to some issues that have arose. At first I wasnt really listened to by Dr Flora... I was told I seemed stressed, depressed and anxious and needed anti depressants. I pushed back and said no this is beyond thst. I went to administration and was set up a meeting with the facility manager which by the way, was great! From there i had a follow up appointment with Dr flora. At that time the tone had changed from my previous appointment. I understand it is hard to get a clear description in 15 min of all issues and this has been the norm across the spectrum of medical care these days. Dr flora listened to my concerns and various tests were ordered and some came back with further testing needed. During this time she went on vacation which I understand, we all need a break. Issue is some of the staff have been less than helpful in getting me what was needed as ordered my the dr. I keep getting she will be back tomorrow and now its next week. Well, in the interim tests have come back and were sent to me directly on my portal with the labs! I have results and cant seem to get anyone to view them and explain to me what is in the red and why?? Does the office stop functioning when the dr is gone? This seems to be the tone that has been set by some of the staff. I have heard nope they arent read while she is gone it will have to wait, to I will send a note and see what we can do. Mayne the staff needs to all be on the same page of expectations when the dr is out and be a little more consistent to the clients. I hope this is addressed and fixed because no client should have to wait for almost 2 weeks for answers.

Clinic, nurses and doctor are inept and do not listen to you and you have to repeat yourself 50 times. The doctor (monica flores) is inexperienced, unprofessional and not familiar with treatment options so she passes the buck and puts you on a refferal list where HOPEFULLY someone will be able to treat you.

Nice place! The staff are friendly. Doctors/ NPs dont treat you like you dont deserve their time or effort .I went in for my appt on a fairly busy afternoon. Only waited 15 mins past my scheduled appt

If you choose to go to this place do not be seen By: Yetunde Elizabeth Ogunnaike.She talked to me like I was wasting her time. She gave me dirty looks like i grossed her out. She never got close to me. She never touched me. She glanced at This golf ball size bump that i had that was the size of a golf ball and hurtting me and she said it was nothing to put cold and hot packs on it. The next day i couldnt stand it no more so i went to ER and they where shoked that she didnt do anything for it right then. It was a golf ball size Cyst. That they had to cut open and it was that bad that they had to clean it and pack it with a medicaied Gauze and told me to come back to the ER in 2 days to get it removed and repacked. They also told me never put hot or cold pack on it only worm damp cloth and gave me meds. for it. So i will never ever be seen by her again and i think she should should have her lisence taken away.
