Dr. McAbee was also very kind and conversational and made me feel at ease! In addition, the front staff were so helpful and patient! We just moved to Greenville in March, and were looking for a new dentist. The downtown office of West End Dental is within walking distance of our apartment, so after reading positive reviews and confirming that they were in network for our insurance, we decided to give them a try. We are very glad we did!First, we were able to get appointments in a reasonable time frame, even as new patients.When we arrived for our appointments we were checked in quickly and taken to the treatment area on time. My hygienist (Sherry) was excellent- the x-ray and cleaning processes were as painless and thorough as they could possibly be. Sherry also made sure to explain what she was doing and answer any questions I had throughout the process. I only saw the dentist briefly (since I didnt have any issues with my teeth), but he struck the right balance of friendliness and professionalism.I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I went for first visit. Although I didnt get the news I was hoping for, I cant say enough about the entire office. I am terrified of dentist. They changed that in one visit. They are honest. They dont push expensive procedures. I was referred to them by a friend that said they were great.I would give more stars of I could. I would highly recommend

Lovely office interior. It was welcoming, neat and clean without being cold like some offices. The staff were unbelievably professional and friendly, it was clear that they loved working there and were excited to get back to work after the Covid Break. My hygienists Sherry, was such a sweetheart and did an amazing job with my X-ray and cleaning. Dr. Suber has the most welcoming personality, he joked and chatted with me before examining my teeth, which made me feel like he cares about the patient as a whole over just a set of teeth. I just moved here but I’m so happy that I found this gem on my first visit, they absolutely gained a loyal customer. Thank you!!

This was such a great dentistry to visit. The facilities are modern and clean and the staff is easily the most friendly office Ive encountered. There is complimentary water and coffee which is nice. The service is phenomenal and thorough. I had the chance to simply chat with the dentist and he was friendly and down to earth. Dare I say, it makes you want to go to the dentist more often!!

The doctor is very nice, and I would definitely recommend. However, the 5 stars really came from the hygienists. Mine was absolutely wonderful! I hate the dentist, but she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything in detail. As long as I am in the area, they will have my business.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! Had an appointment yesterday for me and my teenage son. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Did a great job with our dental service! The Dr. was great, as well! Explained what needed to be done and is conservative on treatment (wont provide more than what is absolutely needed). When I called in today with follow-up questions, I was treated wonderfully and all my questions were answered. This Dental Office is a keeper!

Best dental experience ever!!! The office is beautiful - the team is amazing, so friendly and helpful. Great place and great people!

I called last minute expecting to have two teeth filled after cracking them. The day before leaving the state to get married. I called down the google list and was turned down by several dentists. I called west end and was accepted with open arms. I didn’t give them a sob story about how my wedding was a couple days away. I was searching, knowing my teeth probably wouldn’t be fixed before I caught my flight the next day. On the phone they told me they could see me but I had to come right then. Once I arrived, I was greeted by some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever come across. The building is clean, staff is amazing, and because of them I will use them as my primary dentist office. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anybody in the upstate.

I left the dentist this morning wanting to tell everyone about my positive experience. Judson is so personable and his staff could not be any more friendly. Each image that was taken of my tooth, was gone over with me and explained in terms that I could relate to. They went above and beyond to explain preventive techniques that would address problems specific to me. For an experience that I know everyone dreads, I can honestly say I look forward to visiting with Judson and his super amazing team!!

I have been going to West End Dental for over four years. Just a couple of things that really stand out to me every time. Everyone that works there, including Dr. Suber, seem to love what they do and they make you feel like youre personally important to them. I always leave smiling and kind of wishing I could just hangout for a while. I have recommended several of my friends to try West End Dental with out any reservations.

I dont normally take the time to write online reviews, but I had to after the experience I had at West End Dental. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by smiling faces and people who actually seemed to be happy with their jobs, which is hard to find with front office staff these days. They were also very helpful.And then Dr. Suber and his assistant, Anne Marie, were just as great! I mainly came to him to have two crowns placed on my front two teeth, and he did a wonderful job with them. He even didnt like the first set he made, because he said he felt like he could match them better to my surrounding teeth. So, he worked through his lunch the next day to make sure he had the best match possible for me and to accommodate a restricted schedule I had. And Anne Marie made sure I was comfortable and entertained during the entire process.Great place and great people! Highly recommend.
