So, at my cleaning earlier this week, it was noted that, since my visit 6 months ago, a cavity had formed in a cracked tooth that they had been watching. The tooth already had a big, old filling in it. I needed a crown. Now, I am not a good dental patient, Dr. Chapman once said I was a baby in the chair, and I could not argue with him. So in I go to the office yesterday so Dr. Brandt could take care of the tooth. For my dental health I knew it was necessary and I complied, albeit with dread. It all went so well. I got worked up over nothing! Dr. Both Brandts and Chloes expertise were very comforting. Chloe was awesome at making me feel safe, I felt nothing, the tooth that Dr. Brandt made in the office fit perfectly, he apprised me what was going on along the way, and I left with the numbness almost worn off. All that to say, just know you are in good hands when you go to Gilbert Dental.

I had some bad experiences at other dentists. These guys do it right. After a crown was put on that still had pain a few weeks later, they scheduled an appointment for me the next day, got me in, and didnt charge me to fix it again. Location is very clean staff is really friendly. Their check in process can be done from home so you dont have to fill out paperwork. They are doing a really good job limiting the amount of people that come in at a time so exposure to potential covid risk is limited. They are a very good example of difficult times wont last but great teams will would come here again.

Every hygienist has told me they love their job with Gilbert Dental— which they all contribute to the work environment specifically at Gilbert Dental (Interpretation: directly correlated with Dr Gilbert and the way they treat their staff). At every visit I get thorough, friendly, timely, and cost effective service in a hygienic environment with updated technology not seen at all dental practices. And at least twice in my history of being their patient I have had service that meets those standards and exceeds them in a memorable way.
