My family and I have been with this Office for years since my boys were in Middle School, and they are now Grown. Now my grands are new patients. The staff as well as Erin are so Amazing,and just as Professional as ever. I have never had a visit here that wasnt satisfying. I would advise any friends,family and even my own clients to become new patients of Faris Family Dental because they all go above and beyond to see that their patients are satisfied as well as comfortable. 5 stars I give them.

I saw Dr. Pruitt today for a consult and she was professional, kind and very caring. She made sure that I understood the plan of care outlined for me and coordinated seamlessly with my oral surgeon. I look forward to seeing Dr. Pruitt for all of my future dental needs, as well as referring my friends and family.

My dentist Crystal was amazing. She gave me a heads up about what was to come due to me not having cleaning in a long time. And I didn’t have any problems like I’ve had with a previous dentist office. Would highly recommend Farris Family Dental

This place is AWSOME, Caring staff throughout the office and cater to your needs. Every aspect of dental concerns are addressed. Normal cleaning appointment with the standard xrays and cleaning that are required to get my accurate treatment plan. They did not miss a beat on being thorough. Gentle and kind is the atmosphere of this office. Thank you for such a GREAT experience.

Disappointed. I took my 14 year olds daughter here for the first time for a teeth cleaning. They wouldn’t allow me inside the facility with my daughter due to covid protocols. They proceeded to take X-rays and put sealants on my daughter’s teeth without my permission. My daughter had X-rays taken at her orthodontist a week prior to this appointment. She didn’t need additional X-rays. Additionally, the receptionist came out to my car and told me they would take her back inside and pop the sealants off her teeth. When my daughter went back inside she said the dental hygienist said you can’t get sealants off. They can last up to 10 years. I don’t appreciate this facility not getting my permission to perform additional procedures on a minor and I don’t appreciate being lied to by the staff.

This is by far the best dental practice in the upstate. From the time I walked in for my 1st visit until the time I left from my 3rd I felt very comfortable. Dr. Pruitt was sweet and professional and her assistant was very kind. The hygienist was super sweet and gentle and the front desk staff genuinely cared about me as a patient. It has been a while since Ive seen a dentist. I had a lot of anxiety about going back. When I arrived, the staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome! Jennifer was wonderful! She explained everything to make me feel more comfortable. Dr. Pruitt was so kind and gentle. I actually enjoyed a visit to the dentist and I cant wait to go back!

In the 3 times I took my daughter Dr. Pruitt was always rude and had an attitude. If you are referred here from medicaid, i suggest somewhere else. Staff was good, Dr. Pruitt could use some lessons from her staff.

Faris Family Dental has been my dentist for 5 years. Every visit has been a positive experience for me. The entire staff, receptionist, technicians and dentist are caring, competent professionals. They take time to answer all my questions and are never anxious to move to the next patient. I feel very confident knowing my dental health is in good hands and am happy to write this review.

I was very impressed by the entire staff during my first visit. All were cordial, welcoming, and attentive, and the cost for services was fair.2nd visit - not so much. It seemed as though the dentist carried a personal issue into work that day, and as a result, my experience felt rushed, pressured, and more unpleasant than it should have been, considering dental work was being performed.My third appointment’ experience was somewhere between the other two.Please consider others’ opinions along with mine, as my negative experience may have been an isolated incident.

Great dental practice! I have had a fear of dental work for years. I even avoided having cavities filled due to fear and anxiety of the dreaded numbing needle. Dr. Pruitt and her team were WONDERFUL! I asked for nitrous gas to ease the experience and they were happy to comply. The team is caring and Dr. Pruitt wants your experience to be as painless as possible. Im so happy to have found a dental team that is honest and cares for patient needs.

I had to have seven fillings done which included two of my wisdom teeth. It took a bit to have them all done, and even though dental work isnt always a pleasant experience, the procedure was painless, relatively quick, and easy. The work that happens in this facility is immaculate and I would highly recommend having dental work and care done here.

Faris Dental has been our dentist for years. The whole staff is incredibly nice and helpful! They make my daughter, Kaleys experience fun for her and that is a plus. Like most kids she was scared of the dentist but now she likes to go. I would recommend Faris Dental to everyone.

First, I’m not the type of person to ever leave reviews & this is actually the first review I ever leave in my life.. I took my brother in on Tuesday because he had an infected tooth.. Dr. Faris gave him X-rays and said he needed a root canal .. she cut the nerve and drained the infection & assured me that he didn’t need anything for pain. He was graduating the next morning and had a swoll face from the infected tooth.. she also assured me that the swelling would go down by the next day and that he would be fine to walk. Well when we left, the swelling got so bad that we decided to take him to Dr. Hoskins office (where we were treated with such GREAT CARE) who then informed us that we had to take him to the ER!!! Dr. Faris didn’t properly drain the infection and the abscess got much worse .. he was in so much pain that the hospital gave him a shot of morphine as well as a prescription for morphine & Lortabs .. ** let me just add that she was so AGAINST wanting to give him anything for pain and told him to just take ibuprofen.. The hospital also had to give him antibiotics thru an IV because what she wrote him needed 3 days to get into his system. We will never be coming back to see Dr. Faris because she apparently doesn’t know what she’s doing and needs to go back to school to better train herself !!! He almost missed his graduation because of you and had to walk with a swollen face as well as swollen lips because you didn’t properly do your job. How dare you put someones well being in danger and embarrassment because of your poor training and lack of care! Just thought I’d share with you all.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

This is a great dentist . Always working with the patient and their needs . Always working with appointments at your ability . They are great with kids and adults . I would recommend them to every one . and thanks goes out to them .
