I have had a few Dentists in my life and my daughter referred my husband and I to Dr. Nick. I have to say my visit with Melissa was fantastic. She was gentle yet thorough. She made me aware of the things they will keep an eye on in the future. Then I met with Dr. Nick and was the same and even proactive. Dr Nick is the best dentist he’s gentle and knows what he’s doing, he has never caused me pain. The hygienist is very professional too no pain and gets my teeth super clean. The staff are welcoming and nice and run all the paperwork for me with insurance. Love this place & highly recommend.

I typically only write reviews if I am very impressed with a business, and I am really glad I went to Choice One. A good and honest Dentist is something everyone needs, and I am certain I have found just that with Dr. Nick and his team of friendly assistants. Everyone was friendly and personable and the work was flawless and detailed. Dr. Nick also checked on my pain to make sure I was comfortable and administered the right amount of Lidocaine. I went in prepared to spend at least $500 as I had not been to the dentist in a few years, but due to their help and Dr. Nicks honesty, I paid much less. ( I do take care of my teeth though) Also, Chesney (I hope I spelled that right..) at the front desk was incredibly helpful with sorting out payment. I have found a new Dentist I am happy to say, and Im grateful it was so easy. There is a good reason they have so many 5 Star reviews, because they offer good old fashioned honest and friendly service that is professional, efficient and thorough. I had a temporary crown pop off that another dentist put on and they got me in right away. My experience with this group from start to finish was impressive. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and super helpful. There was no wait time and the office itself runs like a well oiled machine. The office is also very clean and organized. The dentist and hygienist worked very well together. I knew I was in good hands.I literally called my spouse right after and said this was the best experience I have ever had at a dentists office. I went to Choice One Dental Care at Cleveland Court for the past several years, and Dr. Nick and the staff there are wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and did a good job cleaning my teeth. They also discounted the flouride treatment for my teeth since my insurance did not cover it. They will do an awesome job and take great care of your teeth!

Absolutely fantastic! Definitely one of the best places to go for your dental needs. My hygienist was fantastic on my first visit. My biggest fear about getting my teeth cleaned is the ice cold water that dental offices use. My hygienist told me she uses room temperature water every day to make people more comfortable. I was VERY thankful and impressed by her kindness towards her patients. I had my second appointment today to get my cavities filled, and Dr. Nick and his assistant were fantastic. Both very friendly, professional and caring. He does great work too! And last, but not least, the woman that works upfront is the sweetest person! She is also very compassionate towards everyone and she greets everyone like you’re just as important as anyone else. I am so greatful to have found Choice One Dental.

I became a patient of this practice over 10 years ago. At the time, I worked in the area and it was a convenient location to my work for a lunchtime cleaning/appointment. But for the last 9 years since I left that job - Ive continued to travel out of my way, because Dr Nick and his team are the BEST! I have referred many people their way, and continue to do so! Price compared several dentists in the Greenville area to fix a broken veneer. Dr Nick was the only dentist who delivered the price that I was quoted on the phone PLUS I wasn’t up sold on a crown or added procedures I didn’t even ask for. Dr. Nick and his staff are absolutely incredible! From the moment I called to schedule my initial appointment the staff was kind, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. As soon as I finished my paperwork Melissa was already bringing me back to start my cleaning. Dental offices terrify me, and I hadnt had a cleaning in a long time. Instead of judgement and lectures, Melissa simply smiled and made the situation as calm and comfortable as possible. Dr. Nick was charming and made sure to shake my hand upon introduction (and before leaving the room) and make eye contact when speaking to me. His bedside manner is impeccable. The front desk staff was equally sweet and seem truly passionate about giving excellent care to their patients. I was even given a goody bag to bring home with me! Every single staff member, Dr. Nick included, made sure to say It was nice to meet you! as I was leaving. This office is amazing and so welcoming. I will never go anywhere else!

I had a tooth ache and called around town and got nothing but indifference. Then I came to Choice One Dental in the online yellow pages. A most cheerful lady answered my call. I told her I am 72 years old and told her my issue. Within a couple of minutes, she told me if I could come right now, the doctor could see me.When I arrived, Charae had some of the paperwork already completed! She was as nice as could be. It wasnt long before a tech had me back in that dreaded chair, and she was as pleasant. She did the X-rays and it wasnt long before Dr. Nick came in, and he is as amiable. By then, I wasnt feeling quite as fearful. Doc looked at the X-rays and in my mouth with that famous little mirror on a long chrome stick.As I had feared, there was more going on than a toothache. Several teeth had decayed over the years. It was determined that I had to have several teeth pulled and I would need a partial. I was sent to Dr. Cobb, surgeon, who was also kind. Yanking of the bad teeth was scheduled a week away. The antibiotic Dr. Nick prescribed has the ache gone now.After having not going to a dentist for 25 years because of the pain and fear (it was easier for me to have heart surgery), I HIGHLY endorse Dr. Nick and his entire staff. They might just have you happy that you have a toothache!
