I hate going downtown and I usually go to the Korean spa in Georgia for the body scrub so Id never been to this place. But I wanted a scrub and I didnt want to travel so...🤷🏿‍♀️ I have no idea how I completely overlooked the Scrub with Vichy Shower on their list of services but I settled on a Warm Seafoam Mud Wrap and also got my eyebrows and lashes tinted. Id never done a mud wrap but its now in the rotation. I liked the eyebrow tint but Im not sure if Id do it again. I am NOT the target market for lash tinting, super short lashes, but at least Ill be able to say Ive done it once. lolIll be making an appointment for a facial and a body scrub soon.

My daughter Tiara and husband treated me this weekend to Greenville. We came here get facials and massages. I’ve never had a massage like this, never. The facial is out of this world. They are very professional and very cheerful and love what they do. I will be back again. I am going to tell everyone come here. Laura Anderson is gifted and very talented. She knows how much pressure without you opening your mouth. My facial person was out of this world. I was very cont with them both. Love this place. I didn’t want to leave Greenville today.

The in-person experience is very different than the images claim. I wish I had photos.PROS- the front desk staff are helpful and nice- making a reservation online was easy. I submitted a web form and within 2 hours received a call from reception to schedule- the entrance area and relaxation areas are niceCONS- the amenities in the restroom (lotion, etc) were empty- the actual treatment areas were old, massage chairs were 20 years old and broken, and all merchandise areas were empty- my pedicure was fine, but I noticed later that the technician broke my skin, which started to bleed when I left and has been painful for 24 hrs- the facial left mud on my face, making me peel and feel itchy for the rest of the day

Camilo gave a wonderful deep tissue massage! He focused on my problem areas that I mentioned and was very professional during the massage. He even explained where my tension was stemming from which I really appreciated since I could connect it back to a car wreck injury.In addition to the relaxing massage, The Spa at West End worked my team into their schedule last minute. We were on a work trip and decided to take a trip to the spa on a whim, and they went the extra mile to host us. We would 10/10 recommend this spa!

Had the Vichey shower and an hour massage with Rocibel. She was amazing, read my body well, gave me exactly what I asked for (deep tissue) and had techniques I hadnt experienced.

So, I went for an ionothermie today and was sorely disappointed. Not only did the person performing the treatment not show up but I found out she was the actual owner and her employees said she does things like this often. I am extremely dissatisfied that I drove and walked there after finding a parking spot 3 blocks down, in the pouring rain to sit and wait 30 minutes to be told that not only is it not happening, but there is no way to know when it can happen. No rescheduled appointment no comp or consolidations or even suggestions for other treatments, nothing.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Called to reserve a 1/2 day for 2 for my wife and mother in law as a surprise gift. ~$600 service. I called 3 weeks in advance and placed my card on file to be billed with 20% gratuity. Cut to the week of the appointment. I tell my wife and shes excited for the remainder of the week. The day of the appointment my wife and mother in law get to the spa and find out the spa at west end lost their reservation and has no availability that day. I call and no one knows what happened. Not only is my wife disappointed, Ive now hyped up a surprise gift only to completely waste my wife and mother in laws time. They offered nothing on the phone but to reschedule. I let them know that in no way would I want to reschedule or ever do business with them again.

Arrived to a relaxed Christmas decorated tree! Soft music in a historic building put me right at ease!Shelby welcomed me and Offered me a selection of drinks. Upstairs Kira gave me probably the most thorough and wonderful pedicure I have had in years. The color selection was perfect, comfortable chairs for me (a queen size lady). Just lovely. The hot stones and massage relaxed my legs and paragon whisked away rough northern weather from my footsies.Highly recommended for a relaxing unrushed experience. Very clean and professionally maintained area.It was a perfect getaway on vacation for Christmas Eve. Wishing all at west end well!

I had a amazing experience with my facial. My esthetician’s name was Sri, and she was a absolute dream. She was very attentive to my needs and what I wanted with my skin. She took such amazing care of my sensitive skin while with her. She made me feel so beautiful after and made my skin glow. The experience was one to remember and I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Was never told about a cancellation policy, never told me they will keeping my card on file. They charged me $115 for an appointment I didnt get to make due to a delay in flight and will not refund me my money back or give me another appointment. I will not be back! thats bad business !!!

Went there for a facial and had a great experience! My gal Meredith was very nice and knowledgeable about different skin issues, and recommended several products to help target my specific problems. Also she didnt mind that I was a chatty cathy during the service which made me more comfortable because Im really not the type of person to sit in silence with a stranger for an hour. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the experience from the minute I walked in the door was welcoming. Everything felt clean and looked clean. I will definitely be going back!

I am so appreciative of the ladies at the Spa at West End!! They took time out of their day today to offer free services to veterans and I was lucky enough to get a massage from Angela. It was amazing! One of the best Ive ever had. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They even had refreshments laid out for us. I will definitely be back. I recently set up a surprise birthday party for my wife. To give me time to set up the decorations, etc, I wanted to arrange a girls day at a local spa for her and a good friend. Word of mouth from my friends was that the Spa at West End was a great choice but wanted to ensure the problems discussed in prior reviews had been resolved before I made a decision. I called, set an appointment, walked through to get a feel for the Spa. I was impressed with facilities and the people and made the reservations. I am pleased to report to any interested parties that the day went off very well. The ladies at West End did a magnificent job making the most important person in my life very happy last Saturday. From the massages to the makeup, hair styling, pedicures, etc.- I understand the day was wonderful! My wife and her friend arrived at the surprise party refreshed and looking beautiful. Thank you to the ladies at the Spa at West End. JOB WELL DONE!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I’ve never enjoyed this place. I’ve been several times over the years and was not pleased. Only because I was gifted a gift card. This year I told all not to give me a gift card from this place. Has 5 star prices and it’s the complete opposite. There are so many nice spas for the price. I was also informed they offer microblading, which is something for a medical setting which this place is far from!

I like the services here but I’ve only had massages and facials. I will say that I’ve had several scheduling issues with this place. They will set up the appointment and then a couple of days before they call to ask me “if I can change my time” bc they made an error. That’s very annoying. Also I would like to see a slight remodel of the place. Wood floors creaking while you’re trying to relax is not fun. The bathroom where you change doesn’t have somewhere to sit besides the toilet. I’m sure most people don’t stand while putting their shoes back on. Besides that, I like coming here.

I had a great experience with Louanne. She was completely professional, great personality, and excellent at her job skills. She took the time to explain everything she was going to do step by step, in which I appreciated because I had never had this procedure before. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Great employee, great job! I would book with her again.

So my friend gave me a gift certificate for this spa and I used it today.Was not a fan of the shoes given, very uncomfortable. First step was the massage. Thoroughly enjoyed it, HOWEVER, constantly creaking floors in the room made it difficult to relax. Definitely not the therapists fault, more or less need a renovation in the place.Next step, facial. It wasnt the best by any means. While I was laid back, with some stuff on my skin and things over my eyes the lady plopped things down on the spots on either side of my head constantly, which is kinda concerning considering it didnt seem professional by any means.I was supposed to have a manicure next, but due to my gel nails, that did not happen which I was comped for. So next was the pedicure which I enjoyed talking to the tech, really enjoyed it.Cleanliness of the locker room was not there. Toilet was not flushed, robes were too large for me and one again the shoes were terrible.All in all. May or may not return. Not too sure yet.

Wow! I had a full body massage today with Kristen and it was totally awesome. One of the best massages Ive had in my life. She looks tiny but she is a dynamo on the tight muscles. Highly recommend!

I just made my second appointment for a hair cut with Lydia. She deserves a great review. Beside being very friendly and professional, she did exactly what I wanted. When you have real long hair and you just want a little taken off with an undercut, you can easily come out with half your length taken off. However, Lydia did a perfect job and I am looking forward to putting my hair in her hands for another perfect cut. See you and thank you, Lydia.

I went into the spa in January. They asked if I wanted to complete a cupid box. I said sure why not. The front desk lady told me to fill out the card so she could call my husband to get him to pay. I said ok, as long as he paying Im coming. Okay fast forward to the date. I forgot about it because i didnt schedule it to pay. My husband was never called . So IGet a text message saying to confirm. I reply cancel. That was that. My daughter had surgery on the 13th of Feb so we were dealing with that. Then I ended up with the flu on the 17th. So Im already out of work. I didnt think about a spa . When the text came on the 20th I responded cancel since the appointment was for the 22nd because I was still sick and my husband was never called to pa . However, they ignored my text and claimed that I confirmed. Despite me sending them proof of the text reply. So, they charged me anyway. I have called and asked for a manager and was told by Meredith that she would call me back. Instead she emailed m . So I sent proof and she never replied. I will not be scammed by a place that I thought was good. I want my money back. It was an unauthorized charge.

I love the Spa at West End for my massages. Always easy to get in and out of...they give you a robe to change in to, delicious tea before your service, and a quiet peaceful atmosphere. Massage therapists are knowledgeable and will work with your body on any issues.

I had such a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful experience. The location is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. During the session the therapist was very professional and created an amazing atmosphere to escape to. Highly reccommend!

Spa was a huge disappointment. Most notably was the horrible pedicure. I called the spa 3 times, as I was coming in town to treat my best friend to a spa day for her wedding. I asked if there would be champagne and they assured me that would be no problem. When we got our pedicures they didnt even ask us if we wanted a drink. Then, for a $40 pedicure, they put lotion on our feet and painted our nails. Did not buff or file ANYTHING. not to mention a horrible paint job on both of our nails. This was just a disappointing experience and a low grade spa.

Do not go to the Spa at the West End. Seriously. I was a very loyal Spa at the West End client for years and referred many friends to go to them -- until last month. I would go every month for a massage with Roberta and I have spent a lot of money there. This last time, I received a call that Roberta was no longer at the Spa and to ask if Id like to see a different massage therapist for my hour massage ($85). I agreed to do so and was extremely disappointed.My appointment time was at Noon - I arrived a few minutes early and changed into a robe. By the time I was taken up to the room, it was around 12:15 p.m. The air conditioning was out in half the building so I had to be in a very small facial room where the therapist could not move around much. The massage was fine -- not great like I would expect from the Spa at the West End. The real problem is that when the therapist was finished and left the room, I checked the time and it was only 12:50 p.m. My hour massage only lasted 35 minutes! Thats absolutely a scam -- When I payed, I told the clerk the issue and she said that the owner would give me a call. She never did. I will not be back and I will be certain to tell my friends not to go back. Terrible service recovery.

Not sure what the others are talking about. First of all, it takes a miracle (read: mind-blowing experience) for me to rate anything a 5. My wife and I had a couple massage this morning, and it was awesome from start to finish. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Clearly these other folks have unrealistic expectations.

My first massage was a gift from my daughter at Spa at West End. It was a great massage and get very relaxing. The girl that did my massage was very nice. Ive been back for an in depth leg massage because I was having some tightness. Again, it was a great experience. Now Im bringing my daughter for her first massage as a pre wedding gift! Im looking forward to it and the delightfull mimosas!

Ok so here you have it people. The customer service here is non existent .you cannot even reason with these people. (Christina )., a former medical professional, was rude and uncooperative to the core. Sadly, not the firSt bad experience here, but the first I have published. Anyone knows that a marked price on an item display should be absolutely honored at that price at checkout. Period! But, not Christina. West end, step up and learn the basic rules of customer service!

My mom and I recently visited the Spa at West End for her Mothers Day gift. From beginning to end, our experience was wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable. Upon entering, the receptionist, Victoria, was kind and welcoming. She assisted us with filling our the customer profile and then gave us a tour of the locker room. My mom has difficulty walking at times and Victoria was very helpful and accommodating to make my mom feel comfortable and confident. Our massages by Mandi were fantastic. Before beginning, she questioned us about trouble spots to make sure that she worked hard to relieve them. It was by far the best massage that Ive had. Our facials were done by Meredith and were as equally as wonderful as the massages. Neither of us had ever had a facial before and Meredith was helpful in explaining the process to us beforehand. We enjoyed lunch next and had a bit of time to relax. Finally, we enjoyed pedicures by Orma. She is a chemist and pedologist, so not only did our feet look and feel great afterwards, she shared so much knowledge with us to help keep our feet looking and feeling great. She addressed each of our individual concerns and targeted them throughout the pedicure. My feet have never stayed soft and smooth as long as they have after my pedicure with Orma. Overall, mom and I were very satisfied after our day at the Spa at West End. We left feeling relaxed and ready to schedule another appointment.

I requested an esthetician call before my appointment and that didnt happen, but I wasnt put off by it. When I arrived, the process felt a bit awkward. Changing room/bathroom wasnt private and felt cramped. My microdermabrasion appointment went fine, but I felt I was being sold packages and products the entire time. After we were finished I was asked it I wanted an adult beverage...I thought the whole point was to relax before. Not the experience I expected from a downtown spa.

I had a prenatal massage, and it was hands down the best massage Ive ever had. I fell asleep twice, and that never happens to me! Ive never been so relaxed. I cant wait to go back!!

I had a shellac manicure with Amber Q. Amber was very helpful in picking out a color that I would like. It was also nice that they offer you a beverage (mimosa, glass of wine, etc.) I also love the ambiance of the spa.

I have called them twice to book an outing for 4 and was told that the manager would call me back, that she handles groups. When I didnt receive a call back within a few days, I called again and was told she was with a client and would call me back. Its been two business days and no return call yet, so I am changing our venue to another.

Had an appt for a mani ... upon check-in I was told the technician was running a few mins behind schedule... mind you I was right on time. After waiting 26 mins past my scheduled time, with no consideration to even update me; I walked out. Either poor time management or the previous client was late. In any case it was a complete disregard for my time or want for my continued business. I stopped at the front desk on my way out to ensure I wouldnt get charged for a cancellation and was given a sorry about that.May have been a fluke occurrence but it also wouldnt have been that hard to communicate better with your waiting client. Good customer service seems to be a lost art.Perhaps only go here if youre not a working individual on a time constraint.

I went there for a facial, massage, pedicure, and manicure. The massage and facial were good, and I enjoyed them. However, the way the salon did my nails turned me off to the place. My manicurist did not shape my nails well at all (even after I tried to get her to fix them; I can do a much better job at home!), and the polish started chipping within a few days. And by time I got home, I noticed my pedicure was full of bubbles/spots. It looked terrible! While the people who actually did my services were friendly, the owner/manager/whatever she was was extremely rude. I will never go back again.

Oh my goodness! I just left the Spa at West End. What an incredible place of relaxation and tranquility. Soft lighting, quiet, refective music and accommodating staff. I booked a 90 minute European facial with Stacy. When I called to book, she called me back herself to discuss what I needed and verified the appointment. I had some concerns about areas on my face and she performed a thorough evaluation and made some initial recommendations. Then I settled in for 90 minutes of pure uninterrupted bliss! Facial, exfoliants, a dextoxifiying mud pack for my back, a facial mask, head, neck, hands and feet were massaged. When finished I was allowed to relax even longer at the spa, no one rushed me out. When walking out, Stacy accompanied me and made some final recommendations and even graciously gave me a sample of the product she recommended. If you are in need of great skin care or just need pampering, this is the place to go!

WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER.I was barely greeted when I showed up for my appointment and found my own way to the waiting rooms before my appointment where I made my own tea.My facial was seriously awful. No other word to describe. The aesthetician (if she was formally trained Im shocked) basically used a clarisonic on my skin for 5 mins then put a mask on me. No steaming, no massage, no extractions, no expertise. I could of done it for a LOT less at home.The worst part was the massage...how can I even say that about a massage? Because I would rather have bees sting me and at least feel it then have a massage where the person BARELY even touches you and there is NO pressure. I asked her to go deeper and I seriously think a kitten with broken paws would have done more.I hated my day at the West End...and it was very expensive. Not returning.
