I’ve seen Dr. Martins for over 3 years and it’s been such a blessing. Besides the chiropractic care I’ve received, the spirit in the office is so refreshing and restful. I’ve gone to other chiropractors but I always felt like I needed more and more “adjustments”. But with Upstate I don’t feel that way. I feel normal. I don’t notice things in my back. I sleep better. I think it’s been a well worth investment in myself and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

I have been to may Chiropractors. Dr. Megan is by far the best. She is absolutely a wonderful pleasant soul but also well qualified and exceptionally good at what she does! I always had a great experience with her and so did my children including my very young 1 week old. My initial visit was pleasant and showed new technology, techniques & facilities I had not seen before. They are caring and effective. The adjustments are followed by a 15 minute rest in their resting suite which allowed my body to accept the adjustment better. I have seen excellent results with objective xrays before & after six months that attest to my results. I recommend.

Dr. Megan and Dr. Lindsay are both great! I am a chiropractor and get adjusted by both of them. You’ll receive chiropractic care that is unlike most chiropractic clinics. Dr. Megan is an amazing, knowledgeable and caring Chiropractor. I first came to Upstate 36 weeks pregnant with an unexpectedly transverse baby. Specializing in the Webster technique, Dr. Megan fit me into her schedule quickly, even adjusting me twice before my next midwife appointment! She was very gentle and made the whole process easy and absolutely painless. She even directed me to a special transverse Spinning Babies workbook and provided references for local acupuncture and moxibustion specialists. Five days later, my baby had turned head down!! I was shocked! I continued to see Dr. Megan weekly until the birth and believe she was absolutely the reason I was able to have the birth I had hoped for as my body was in much better alignment. My only regret is not making it a regular part of my pregnancy care! If youre looking for a chiropractor and especially if you are expecting - call Dr. Megan!!

Dr. Megan is absolutely amazing. This was the first time my daughter had seen a chiro, the 2nd for my son. She found my daughter had a broken tailbone we didnt even know about (and had seen a pediatrician *multiple times* in the range it was broken 😳). She also found the digestive blockages she had....that we specifically saw the Dr for..and they told us she was fine. 🙄Clearly not.Anyways, Dr. Megan fixed it. She also reduced my sons anxiety, bladder issues (also saw the ped for- multiple tests, etc...they said it was nothing and common...he had a nerve compressed causing him to urinate 30-50xs/DAY!!!), she ALSO reduced his ASD symptoms/nervous ticks/ocd behaviors.We absolutely LOVE her. She saved my sanity, and acknowledged my motherly instincts when the medical world did not. Therefore, finding AND CURING my children/childrens problems.Theyre doing MUCH better now and hopefully well be back soon. If youre questioning if a chiropractor is good for you, or they work, I would testify in court ALL DAY...they *WILL* CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Megan has been working on me for about 2 years. Im 57 with a very physical job and a former college football player. In other words, I have not been kind to my body. Dr. Megans approach to Chiropractic is very different than any other chiropractor I have been to. Her results though have been terrific!! My infant son and I go see Dr. Megan every couple weeks. He loves seeing all the friendly people in the waiting area and always has big smiles for Dr. Megan during his adjustment. Dr. Megan is so gentle and sweet with all of the babies and kids who come in.

Ive been seeing Dr. Megan for about 8 months 2 times a week. I am a large guy 6ft 6in and about 380 lbs. At first I was worried she would have trouble giving me adjustments but she showed me I had nothing to worry about. Since seeing her I have seen reduced swelling and pain from nerve issues in my back. Within 2 weeks of starting adjustments the swellings in my legs and feet Id been having problems with, went away. With the swelling gone and the pain in my lower back, legs, and feet lessening I was able to finally start sleeping well. I went from 3 to 4 hours a night max to 6 to 7 hours easy. I am able to focus better at work and enjoy going off with my wife again. I am even considering joining a gym to build up my muscles and lose weight. Im not in perfect condition but Dr Megan keeps me functioning the best I can at this point. I highly recommend a visit to see how she can help you.

I realized today, as I walked in for an adjustment, that during the previous weekend I had not experienced lower back pain, which is amazing because I walked approximately 24 miles over 3 days! Dr. Megan offers a great approach to chiropractic healthcare. Before every adjustment, she checks the cervical vertebrae (neck) by thermal scan, next she checks leg length and a few other things depending on patient’s needs, then she makes adjustments accordingly. Depending on the cervical scan and other checks it may be a simpler adjustment, or it may have to be an adjustment to the upper cervical vertebra. An upper cervical adjustment is immediately followed by laying down in the ‘resting suite’ with a neck pillow for 15 minutes or so (I typically take full advantage of this time and fall asleep). After time is up, Dr. Megan will rescan the neck to make sure the adjustment is holding well. If she feels another adjustment needs to be made, she’ll do so. She is very thorough, and her care and passion for chiropractic and her patients is very evident.My wife, two daughters (10 & 7), and I have been under the care of Dr. Megan weekly at Upstate Specific Chiropractic for over a year now. We have experienced nothing but positive results, including less sick visits to the doctor, fewer aches/pains, improved digestion, and better sleeping.I recommend Dr. Megan to everyone looking for a great way to approach proactive healthcare.

Ive been going to chiropractors for 15 years, and every one has told me that Ill need to go for the rest of my life because of the shape of my spine. Dr. Hill is the first chiropractor to actually start fixing my spine instead of just making the same adjustments every two weeks that only give me temporary results. Hes completely different than other chiropractors, and I would highly recommend him.Dr. Hill works to correct the spine at the top, where it meets the skull. This threw me at first, because I was used to chiropractors adjusting my back and neck in several areas. Dr. Hill makes one adjustment at the neck. Thats it. But after three months of care, my body is more balanced and in better alignment than Ive ever felt. I didnt know that someone could actually correct the shape of my spine, and Im so glad I started going to Upper Cervical Chiropractic.

Dr. Afshar is not your normal back cracking chiropractor. She really understands how the body works and treats the body as a whole and not just the symptoms. I have been to several other chiropractors before and experienced temporary relief and that great just cracked feeling but Dr. Afshar has been able to get me to a place where I am consistently holding my adjustments and seeing many changes in my overall body functioning that I can only attribute to chiropractic care.
