Dr. Henry has been my chiropractor for a few years. He has been very helpful in alleviating my lower back pain and my migraines have improved as well. Im a very busy Mom of three very busy kids. His office staff (Ms. Renee) always gets me in right away no matter how long its been since my last visit. They are great at working with my insurance company too. Ive never had any billing issues. I love the new office and the location is close to my home which is another plus. Dr. Henry is very knowledgeable and gentle with the manipulations. Frank has had the benefit of the adjustments from Dr. Henry and has seen remarkable improvement in his neck/back pain. His recommendation of orthotics and a TENS machine has made a difference too. I have had massages there and Susan is excellent! The massages are a big stress reliever. My husband bought me a massage package for a gift. I moved here from PA and was looking for a good chiropractor because I had been doctoring with my back for years. I never thought Id find someone I liked as good as my chiropractor in Pa and my first experience in SC wasnt good. Then I found Dr. Henry and I am so glad I did. He is very compassionate about your pain problems and is very knowledgeable about any kind of pain or cause of pain.I have been very pleased with the care I receive at Prime Care and Dr. Henry. I am currently getting the decompression treatments for my back. I have severe degenerative disc problems and when I walked or did any kind of physical work inside or out I had to wear a back brace or I had all kinds of problems, pains and cramps. I am now walking more regularly without a brace. Although I am not quite finished with my treatments I am already seeing improvement. When I go in to see Dr. Henry I know I am going to get the best of care and his staff are also very caringand knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who has problems with any kind of pain.

I highly recommend Dr. Henry. I have lower back pain flair ups typically due to exercising. This past week, after working out, my back started to hurt so I called Dr. Henrys office and they got me in the same day. Immediately after seeing him, my back felt 60% better. I saw him one more time --the very next day--and after that treatment, my back was almost completely back to normal--just in time for Christmas! I think Dr. Henry is one of the best medical practitioners in Greenville. The staff is nice, too.

Dr Henry seems like a decent guy and was nice enough to work with. However, the girl up front at the counter has a bit of an attitude (Casey? not sure on spelling). Three times she was rude. Once when I called and talked to her about my insurance, and two other times talking to other patients over the phone. The last time when I was there she answered the phone and proceeded to roll her eyes while listening to whomever was calling. Im sorry, but you shouldnt be in a customer service position if you cant be respectful to your clients.As far as treatment goes, I am not sure hes the type of chiropractor for me. I typically go into chiropractors who crack & pop you on an adjustment table. Dr Henry seems like he takes a little more of a conservative approach. Maybe this was because I just had lumbar surgery a few months ago and he felt the need to be more cautious. I am not sure. I have been to other chiropractors that treat in a similar method. Just not my flavor of tea.The facility is nice, clean, and they have coffee up front. The nurse (I think) Amanda was nice and friendly. Dr Henry seems like a good chiropractor, but you lose two stars for Miss Attitude.Edit:So I am lowering my rating from 3 to 1 because of the response I got from my honest review. I received a letter in the mail from Dr Henry not two days post this review, terminating our professional relationship. Instead of apologizing to me, calling me, or trying to make it right like almost any other business, he pulls this. I am sorry you cant take a little bit of honesty.So for one, your response is irrelevant. At no point did I make a fuss on the review about how you charged me $55 at the time of the visit, despite telling you that I hit my deductible and it would not be $55. I paid the $55, and didnt make a big deal. I did call the next day to get information about how much you were billing insurance and was told by the receptionist that she couldnt look up my claim because it was over $200 (it actually wasnt, it was $135). She was not friendly on the phone, kept stalling, and actually hung up on me when I said we would see what the EOB showed. Amazingly, I was correct and my insurance paid all of the visit except $11. In addition, my insurance paid 100% of the next visit because I hit out-of-pocket-max but she still tried charging me $55 after my second visit. Oddly enough, you sent me a refund check for $33. When I do the math, if my insurance paid all but $11, you would owe me $44. Feel free to mail me another check.I cant recommend this facility. Customer service should be any business top priority.
