THINC has been so helpful over the last 2 years for me and my health. I never knew what I was missing and was always scared of the chiropractor but the techniques they use are wonderful. They have become like friends and have loved on me so well. I’m also convinced my pregnancy and delivery went so well because I received specialized care during that time. I’ve never really considered chiropractor therapy or really understood how much can be gained by going. I started going due to a diagnosis of mild degeneration of the lower spine (age). I’m very active and was determined to stay that way! Doctors and physical therapy were tried but no real relief or gain of movement without pain. Dr Zane at Thinc listened to me and knew I didn’t have much faith In chiropractic therapy. I have been amazed! I have more days without aches than I do with them. The staff is truly amazing and upbeat and they are always looking for ways to keep the patients smiling.

The people at Thinc are extremely nice. They did a thorough exam with x-rays and laid out a plan. They do reassessments throughout the treatment plan and the scheduling using the app is easy. My only criticism is that the billing was not clearly explained up front, so it wasn’t ideal for someone who likes to be exact with his insurance claims/finances or needs it to count towards maximums. However, when I brought it up, they sat down and fully explained how they operate. Again, the care is great and the people are nice.

Where do I even start when expressing gratitude for Dr Zane & Kathryn? A picture is worth a thousand words. Our autistic son who constantly struggles with anxiety and stress, has made huge strides with overcoming these challenges since being under the compassionate care of Dr Zane. My wife and I, along with our daughter also receive weekly adjustments and everyone of us have noticed significant improvements in our concentration, stress levels, posture and general wellbeing. We can’t recommend THINC Chiropractic enough and are honoured to be part of the THINC family!

Talk to your insurance company to understand your payment responsibilities and do not get hoodwinked by this place. Find a reputable chiropractor and avoid this scam artist at all costs!The Google Special is $29 for a non-medical professional to explain at a 3rd grade level how the spine works and be cheery toward you (albeit not anatomically or scientifically correct). From there, your bill will spike to $80 after Zane Gray touches your vertebrae and sounds off numbers and letters with zero explanation, then recommends X-rays. Nothing will be explained to you here, though Zane will audibly gasp with horror as the X-rays are taken. Clearly you have MAJOR issues (or as theyre referred to opportunities), but not important enough to do anything but schedule a follow up visit ASAP to discuss your wellness plan and payment schedule.When you come back for your second visit you will be shown your X-rays and once again reminded of the horror and opportunities. Then comes the payment discussion. Payment plans will be presented to you, and you must agree upon one and pay in order to be adjusted. I verified with my insurance prior to this visit, which I recommend everyone do, that a $14 copay was what Id be responsible for per visit, and 20% coinsurance on top of that until I hit my total deductible. No big deal, and no, copays dont just kick in once youve already hit your deductible. Zane tried to explain that they were not setup to accept payment on a per visit basis (Im sorry....what? They definitely have a credit card reader as I experienced in my first visit), and instead insisted on me paying for a plan to be seen 3x per week at 3 payments of $671 per month or $1,810 paid in full up front for 3-months. He then proceeded to try and mansplain my health insurance to me, which 100% contradicted what the insurer communicated earlier on the day.This was snake oil salesman tactics 101 and I would recommend running the other direction. If there is a reason the medical profession looks down on chiropractic care for alleged pseudo-science and make-a-buck tactics, this place exudes it. Not acceptable.

When we first made our appointment with Dr. Zane, we didn’t know much about all the benefits of the chiropractic adjustments. We were looking for some help for our 10 year old daughter whose shoulder was “popping out of a socket” during physical activities. Not only did Dr. Zane helped her with that (within a few first sessions!), but also her digestion and sleep improved drastically! We didn’t have to think twice before our entire family signed up for our own chiropractic adjustments. Our 14 year old nonverbal autistic son with extreme anxiety and sensory issues is now the first one to jump on the table verbalizing his demands (“right there, click”). It’s amazing to witness the undeniable progress and healing of our entire family. Since we started our adjustments, we don’t get sick as often and when we do, it takes no time to recover. We never thought we would find a doctor who would have such an amazing way with our son, who’d understand autism not only from a medical standpoint but a human side too. Dr. Zane and THINC Chiropractic truly care about each and every patient!

You might think you know what a chiropractor is like. Let me tell you, you don’t. Thinc is different than any Chiro I’ve ever been to. The office is absolutely full of JOY!!! Not only is the assessment process thorough and easy, there are many opportunities for questions during the planning session and I was fully aware of all the options for treatment and payment. Communication is so easy as well.And on top of all that, the plans are fluid and changing with each treatment. If I come in saying I’m having an issue, it is immediately assessed and a plan is made.I specifically appreciate that each adjustment is focused on only what NEEDS to be adjusted that day, not manual manipulation of all joints. I also can testify to the efficacy of micro adjustments. I went in with low expectations of head, neck and back pain relief and a few months in I’m sleeping better, I have ZERO headaches (expect for when I partake of too much wine 😏) and my back is so much better!!

THINC has helped me, my wife, and our baby tremendously with our chiropractic needs that we didn’t even know we needed until checking them out. We feel so much better and will continue to visit THINC well into the future. Also, as a bonus, they are extremely friendly and care more about your well being than your money.

Highly recommend if youre dealing with chronic migraines.Ive been dealing with back/joint pain for years and those were at least manageable and I got used to that pain over time. What I could never go around were my migraines. I built a tolerance to them and the pain but the additional problems that came with them were seriously hurting my personal and work life.I couldnt focus or remember anything. I was constantly in a bad mood and I work in bright lights all day long so you can only imagine how overloaded I was with pain. I started getting chiropractic care because I could not work. I was basically here but unable to actually do anything.While I do still deal with migraines, theyre farther apart and more manageable than before. My back pain has improved along with some shoulder pain I had to work with.Theyre super friendly and want to work with people to get them where they need to be in their health journey. Their office is always clean and they give you ample amount of information to help you understand, learn, and how to follow your treatment.I definitely recommend them - especially for chronic migraine issues.

Ive been coming here for month with extreme back/hip pain. At times barely walking. I can see/tell a difference already and they all truly care. Even when you are in extreme pain and are mean such as I was. I love that Emily is walking by faith and praying with me. Being shut in and this office are only human contact I have they are high light of my days. I wish I could see him for ever but my financial situation wont allow me. Depending on the route I take, Ive driven past between 5-8 other Chiropractors on the way to take my family to THINC Chiropractic for the past 4 months. It has been well worth it. From the very first appointment Dr. Zane has always made the Chiropractic experience educational for me, and fun for the kids.Ive been to several Chiropractors before, from the $5 adjustment show up whenever, back-whacker to the I poked at you for 37 seconds, heres your 3 year treatment plan, thatll be $6000. THINC has been perfect. They use modern technology to intelligently assess your needs, and even take x-rays if necessary. Then they take the time to walk through your evaluation, explain what all the data means, and recommend a plan of treatment.Theres no hard sell, theyre not just trying to take your money, they genuinely want to help you live well. They even set a per-family maximum cost, so that bigger families can get everyone the treatment they need without having to break the bank. Theyre also the only long-term Chiropractic office Ive been to that will let you reschedule a missed appointment to make sure you get all the visits your plan recommends. Im happy that my treatment has been progressing well, but I genuinely miss getting to visit twice a week now that I only need to go once.Dr. Zane is smart and great at explaining what hes doing to kids and adults both. Kathryn is always so kind and helpful, always reminds me whos going on what day when I get it mixed up, and Emily is an absolute ray of sunshine. Im pretty sure my kids love her more than they love me, and Im honestly Ok with it. If you have ever considered Chiropractic care, or even if you havent go visit these guys. Its worth the few bucks for an initial evaluation just to meet them and maybe youll learn that your spine is behind some pretty surprising stuff.

I started in February 2020, I could barely move the left side of my body which impacted my mobility. I could barely walk. When I walked into THINC they were welcoming and knowledgable. They were are able to explain to me what was happening in my body and how they could help. Up until then the doctors could not agree with what would help with my pain and mobility. Following the plan of action with Dr. Zane, I have my mobility back. I am able to walk and even fully use the left side of my body. The excruciating pain I experienced is barely a blimp on the radar. Every visit I am greeted with a smile and a kind encouraging word. They are there for me physically and emotionally. They made sure I understood every step of the process. Pleasant office and staff. Personally, never had an adjustment there, they are huge on education. However, it’s hard to listen to what chiropractic can do, when you are in pain. It’s even harder, knowing you won’t get an adjustment the second visit either.Snacks were offered, sugar cookies and hot cider.Hard to know how many stars to give?
