Legacy at Southpointe Dr has become a family to our family. And this is what you hope for.It is a lovely, quiet property -newly painted.Residents enjoy their own things from home in their rooms. Joni, A very lovely lady, assists our mom with making the bed and putting laundry away and more.Our mom enjoys the Residents, staff, the activities, and the fact that they always hear their input for improvements.The activities are delightful. In normal times there is exercise, music, amazing holiday events, games, wine and cheese all planned out by Courtney their activity director extraordinaire! Everything she plans puts a smile on your face. The families feel very included.The staff has been lovingly careful about COVID-19 and we have been pleased. Courtney works hard to keep it as normal, peaceful a situation as possible during a tough time.We feel that this is a very high value residential facility. So our family recommends this lovely location for all who might want to tour and consider it in your own research.

Great community. Very friendly with staff in every department that truly enjoy what they do. You can see the pride they take in a job well done as they interact with each other and the residents they take care of every day. Residents are happy and that is when you know good things are happening.

I might be a little biase because I work here, the staff really do know and care about the residents here. It may not be perfect, but they strive for excellence. Check it out for yourself and see all of the smiling faces.

The only nice about the building is the outside and some of the staff. Ive seen a lot of Assisted Living/Memory Care facility and yes I understand that some are not perfect but this hits rock bottom. First off the receptionist just sits in her chair all day and does ABSOULETLY NOTHING..(EASY PAY)...The Sales Director KIM all she does is Priss around with her little tight pants and high heels just to sell a room and once they are in there management just forgets about them.. Last but not least MICHAEL THOMAS is the worse EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR A FACILITY HAS EVER SEEN ...WHY WOULD YOU EVEN HIRE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN BOUNCED AROUND FROM DIFFERENT FACILITES ALL OVER GREENVILLE COUNTY....THIS MAN CLEARLY DOESNT HAVE A CARE IN THE WORLD FOR HIS STAFF LET ALONE HIS RESIDENTS...ALL HE DOES IS SIT IN HIS OFFICE ALL DAY WITH THE DOOR SHUT..I CAN BET $400 THAT HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW ALL HIS RESIDENTS NOW THATS SAD..HOW ABOUT REMOVE THE DIRECTOR FROM HIS TITLE AND JUST EXECUTE HIM FROM THE BUSINESS..NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AS LONG AS HE IS THERE..I SURELY HATE FOR THE STAFF WHICH RAY CHARLES CAN SEE THAT THEY ARE SHORT..AND I CAN GUARNATEE AS LONG AS I WAS THERE NO ONE(MANAGEMENT) STEPPED ON THE FLOOR TO HELP THEM..HANG IN THERE GIRLS OR BETTER YET START APPLYING TO THE NEW FACILITIES THAT HAVE JUST OPENED..OR MAYBE COOPERATE WILL LET MANAGEMENT GO AND YOULL BE ON BOARD WITH SOMEONE NEW..
