My uncle was living at Greenville place for a couple of months we had to move him out the management was horrible they where so rude very disrespectful they dont engage with the residents they dont dress professionally theres no communication between the management and the staff . They treat the staff rudely they have no respect for their staff the food is horrible for the price that the residents pays theres no activities going on the only good thing I can say is that the caregivers , med techs went above and beyond for the residents needs and made sure they were well taken care of the executive director cares more about her looks than she does for her facility she never returns emails she never returns calls I would not recommend putting your loved ones in this place

Not a good place to move loved ones in, management is never there or avaliable when I tried to have a meeting or call with them. Im thankful I got my loved one out.

I work with hospice, and I have worked closely with the staff at Greenville Place. You cannot find a more caring staff than at Greenville Place. The Executive Director knows each resident first-hand, and ensures resident care with a hands-on approach. The staff is always friendly and accessible. The facility is always clean and resident-friendly. I would recommend this community to anyone.

My 96 year old grandmother is thriving again since moving to the Memory Care Unit at Greenville Place. Despite the isolation Covid-19 has created she has continued to improve. Fortunately, the staff working with her is wonderful and supportive of her needs. She has really regained her incredibly pleasant personality since moving to Greenville Place in June.

My mother just moved in a month and a half ago. I feel like no one ever answers the phone, which is a problem when needing to speak to the med room regarding her medication. Also I’ve noticed a huge turnover, I assume that’s due to management.

Such a wonderful community! The staff is very caring and welcoming to residents and team members! Wonderful things happening with this community.

I was disappointed in the care provided to my mother. She got sick and had to go to the hospital and never returned. When we went to pick up her belongings a number of valuables had been taken from her room and never recovered.

Greenville Place has been great! My Dad has been a resident in the Memory Care unit for 1 year. The caregivers are great especially Dawn the Activities director in memory care, she is very loving and genuinely cares for the residents. We had Dad in another facility for a year before Greenville Place and were very unhappy and never saw the level of care and compassion I see at Greenville Place. I recommend them to anyone needing care for their loved one.

My aunt has lived here for the past few months. I live in Georgia but I come regularly to visit. Its very easy to get to from 85 which makes it easy to get to for me. The building is under going some great renovations and is looking really good. They recently made some management changes but I think all for the good. I have seen some people from the company that owns it and they to be going good things. My aunt seems happy and has made some great friends which is great to see. Overall I am happy here

I am so pleased with Greenville Place. The staff seems to truly love Daddy and takes good care of him. He always seems happy. Dawn Grubbs has been personally helpful to me and I know she loves my Daddy. Our experience with his previous facility was not good. He has been here for a year and is well adjusted. So thankful for a place where Daddy is safe!

Weve been very happy with Greenville Place! My mother is vegetarian and getting adequate protein can be difficult, but Greenville Place has gone above and beyond to offer options for her. Theyve been very responsive to our requests, needs, or questions. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place for their loved one!

The staff at Greenville Place are among the friendliest I have seen! No matter what department they work in, there are smiling faces and an eagerness to help. They truly encourage a family-like atmosphere and respond well to residents needs. The dining services does a great job as I have sampled the food a couple of times. I am a healthcare professional and would recommend this community to my family.

Greenville Place ROCKS! My mother is a resident & has been there for 9 years. She moved into the Assisted Living bldg.where she lived there until it was time to move on to the MEMORY CARE BUILDING a locked facility. has been safe and happy and extremely well cared for the entire duration.The staff is beyond compare. All truly LOVE The residents as their own precious family and I have seen this up close because I live in the adjoining neighborhood

I have been a resident for 3 years. When I came here it was a 4 star facility. The Executive Director left after 2 years and her successor was highly incompetent. The lack of care and the food was WalMart frozen food quality. Residents left in droves. A new Executive Director is now on board and she has done a wonderful job in restaffing the facility. The medical team and care givers a well versed and caring. The Activities Director is a gem. Weekly food outings, weekly trips to Walmart. Trips to various sporting venues. The new chef has raised to menu quality back to a 4 star rating. I am glad that I decided to remain here at Greenville Place.

Clean building and nice staff

The staff have an attitude that providing good care is not their job. The staff that DID care were fired and replaced with do nothing staff. I wouldnt leave a half blind, 3 legged dog in their care.

My mother was at Greenville Place for 1 1/2 years. While there are some kind and caring staff members and caregivers, they cannot compensate for the overall corporate attitude that demands high profits without much if any concern for the quality of life provided for the residents. The budget seems to have been cut so low that the food became a joke. I brought in additional meals for my mother every day or so as some of the meals in the dining room were almost inedible. There are many problems there. Don’t let the pretty facility fool you. I am very happy to have finally gotten my mother away from there and look forward to more pleasant experiences elsewhere.Also, I noticed that some of the 5 star reviews posted here are from employees and management at Greenville Place. Hmmmm.

Show up June 12. Residents are complaining about very little avtivities. Spoke with other residents and staff and they confirmed this. Went to check the schedule of events posted in the main hall next to the dining room, directly across from the office, it was for May, I took a picture in case they remember to change it tomorrow. This is very expensive babystting.

1st building, I was able to walk in unguarded, no one was at front desk to assist, roamed until I realized was at the wrong building after I walked around to find someone. I thought that was not good security measures.
