Dr Chase diagnosed my brother with a fatal disease...and the Very next day their office calls to inform him they could no longer see him because they were not in his network. After he asked them more than once if they were in his network, because he didnt want to lose Dr Chase as his neurologist..and they told him they were. Our hearts were just broken over the diagnosis...then it was like..sorry bout your luck, see ya. No advice, no referrals for a new doctor, nothing. And to top it off, the woman that called was rude to him. I realize doctors dont work for free, but the way it was handled was wrong. Grow a heart Dr Chase &/ or his staff. No stars from me. Shame on you :(

Horrible! Dr Chase seems knowledgeable, but more like throw a pill at the problem and go. His nursing staff never calls you back. I use the email online chart function, no one emails me back. I have to call 3 or 4 times to even get an answer on SERIOUS issues. NOT HAPPY. They do not care about you.
