The best health care professionals Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Dr. Hang and her whole team saved my life! I must give them the credit for dealing with me at my worst to help me achieve a better health and lifestyle all around! All the nurses there are so patient, empathetic to the patients needs, and show nothing but compassion and understanding of every visit n phone call with my concerns of my health through my whole experience with the whole team the past year... Outstanding customer service and fast call back when you have any concerns. I cant say it enough that the women Ive dealt with this past year have all been amazing!

The wait is always freaking ridiculous, even if I call ahead or have like an appointment type thing their systems mess up and I dont see the doc or whoever for like an hour. So crazy how technology just messes it up, the nurse and staff otherwise are nice, and the prescription place right there is chill to have so that you know what youre getting right away

Every time we come here there are issues with our lab orders from our doctor who’s an outside provider. Even though when I make the lab appointment I have them verify that they have the orders. Then we arrive at or before our appointment and we wait 45 minutes to get our blood drawn. This has happened every time we have come here and there’s a reason why I pay for better care with a private practice provider. Never coming back here again. Good thing our primary will have a phlebotomist soon.

Horrible fd. Said my chest hurt and was wondering why. Im young btw, they ordered ekg and other tests I did not need. Turns out It was indigestion. Yeah their there to help you, just not financially!

There is absolutely no point to save a spot online. I saved a spot and checked in 15 min before like they said to do and am still waiting an hour later. They are still taking people who got here an hour after me. I complained but then they said I was next. That was 20 minutes ago and they have called up 3 people since. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have tried to see three different doctors at this office and they seem very stressed and treat you like a number and not a person. They try to get you out of the office as quick as possible. I worked for aurora for sometime and I have never been treated so poorly. I sent in a bad survey on the doctors three months ago and still have yet to get a reply or check in. I went to the new aurora in greenfield and how the administration works and the staff works is soooooo different. If your an aurora network I would HIGHLY recommend greenfield. Don’t waste your time at this office. Even scheduling a test the staff is rude and do the bare minimum.

Absolutely love this place. It is always a quick visit. Today was the best visit by far. It is my sons birthday and he ended up having strep. Every person that he encountered was so positive and made him feel better about having to be there and sick on his birthday. We were in and out, as usual. And as we exited even though it was past closing, every person, doctors, nurses, and receptionists came together and sang my son Happy Birthday! Made my sons night. What a great way to make someone feel so special. Thank you all ☺

Aurora Health Center is part of a huge healthcare organism. Your case details, lab results, and prescriptions are available throughout the Aurora network. If you go elsewhere or to the hospital (St Lukes, for example), you will appreciate it.This reviewer used the Health Center twice within a year. The medical issue was the same. During each visit, I was quickly checked in and politely treated. Surly staff did not exist.During my recent visit, Sarah V, PA, and the RN, (forgot to note name), were excellent. They listen to our symptoms and concerns while updating the records. If billing issues may affect tests or treatment, they also say how to contact the patient advocate for help. Know your situation and act accordingly.

I’m a healthcare worker and when I walked into the urgent care yesterday with arm pain due to a prior work related injury I had sustained I expected to be seen regardless. It was 815 pm and they closed at 9pm. No one was in the waiting room. The receptionist put a stop to me when I told her it was WC related and I’m being seeing for this injury. She brought out an Asian RN who then told me that they couldn’t see me because that’s something my occupational health department would take care of. I had re injured my arm last night and on the way home decided to have it evaluated by a Dr since my OC health department was closed. I’ve never been turned away or witnessed any pt turned away ever and I’ve worked triage in the ER and other hospital positions with a variety of PT complaints. I had to take my injured arm to an area hospital due to their negligent unwillingness to see another pt before closing. After last night I would not ever recommend this Urgent care. The two staff workers, the older white lady in the reception desk and the Asian Rn should be ashamed to not even see a PT no matter what the reason was. Shame on them.

Wonderful Clinic! The clinic itself is very Clean & well kept, with up to date equipment. The staff including doctors, nurses & front desk staff have always been nothing but Courteous, Kind & Helpful. My family (Adults & Kids) have all been patients here for years. None of us have ever had a real complaint other then maybe an appointment running a tad behind but lets face it Doctors are people too, its going to happens once and awhile.Dr. Mir Khan was an amazing doctor even my daughter who was his patient from ages of7-13y/o loved having him as our family doctor. Sadly since his passing we had to switch primary care doctors but thankfully we chose 1 of Dr. Khans partners Dr. Mary McCoy who is also a very kind, understanding & thorough doctor. We are very pleased with her as our new family/primary care doctor.

Waiting for urgent care... Literally sat here for 30 minutes before anything happened. My sister went in for her tests and labs and then someone came in and told us they were waiting for the labs to be read. An hour later still nothing. I’ve now been here for 3 hours and they are telling us that it’s nothing. If it’s nothing it shouldn’t take 3 hours to tell us so.

Concerning due to the fact that patients come here with the expectation that their medical concerns will be heard and they are not. This is negligence and unacceptable.

Dr. Angela Petrie was such an amazing help. Took her time and analyzed what was REALLY wrong with me rather then rushing me like the Dr. I had the day before. Went above and beyond to call for extra information and made sure i was taken care of no matter what odds. I so recommend her.

Exceptionally dissapoidisa in the value and response from Doctors. I was in 11 days ago, charged over $500 for 13 minutes with a doctor. Got my prescriptions, the just 12 days later while 2,000 miles away for work I asked for a refill on skin ountment and was denied. Unbelievable !!

Im a total baby about needles- and my phlebotomist Katura (I believe) was so good I was still waiting to feel the poke of the needle when she took the band off and said I would be good to go. Ill be going out of my way to come here for labs in the future.

Staff was friendly and I enjoyed the online appointment scheduler; however, the pricing is wildly out of control. I went in to see if I had strep or just a cold/flu. The strep test was $80 which Im okay with, but then there was another $370 worth of fees for a doctor visit. What did I walk away with? A handout of copy/paste notes with tips such as eat soup and drink fluids. Helpful, yes, but I dont understand why it costs me $250 to learn this. If youre going to rip people off, why dont you post your pricing above the check in desk so we have a fighting chance.

Dr. Gharia is wonderful! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 10 minutes before being seen by the doctor. Highly recommend.

I just had to visit for my sick 9 month old along with my 6 year old who was sucha good sport in waiting everyone involved in our care was amazing even with it being late I love this location. They even gave my 6 yr old little bags with goodies made him feel better after a long day at school and waiting ALWAYS HAVE THE BEST STAFF

Worse walkin ive ever dealt with docs have no doctors discretion here they punch in symptoms it comes back with meds n diagnosis. I came in with meds i needed i know cause this sickness hits me every year my doc gives same stuff every time. Well docs little computer says i cant have them cause it has minute amounts of codeine in it. My old doc already put in the leg work to make sure id be ok having me sit in emergency room when i took it no adverse effects. Now some computer says all that was for nothing cause i cant have it now and its the only thing that works. Im fuming mad right now they have all my records but that dont matter they gave it to me last 5 years every winter. I have to find an old school doctors office cause places like this are worthless i can go on web md n do a better job. Now i just have to find a supplier n thats more dangerous because i wont be sure its same mg or dosages. N not sure on laws bout scripts but ill figure that out long before i ever walkin to one these again.

We only waited 5 minutes and the Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly Poenisch was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacist, Don Strahl was also very nice and had our prescription in less than 10 minutes.

Went in for thigh numbness, they were concerned because i had low blood pressure and a fever, even though i had a cup of coffee with me that was hot. The NP didnt even touch my thigh or try and figure it out, just tgat i needed to see my primary care dr. What a waste of time!!

I went in with abdominal pain. Waited for an hour and a half, even though I was second in line. I saw the doctor for about 2 minutes. He did not seem to care about any of the information I had given him, did not take into account my symptoms, and simply referred me to the emergency room. He literally told me that my primary care physician wouldnt be able to do anything for me. Seriously. I felt as though it was just scare tactics in order for me to go to the ER and pay hundreds of dollars just to find out that I have a pulled muscle. I will not be going back. Ever.

Went in with severe cough and body aches. Was treat for sinus infection. Called back 3 times stating my cough was not getting better. Kept telling me to gargle salt water or eat popsicles. They would not prescribe me cough medicine. Treated me like a drug addict trying to get my fix. Needless to say I ended up in the ER once my throat started swelling due to uncontrollable coughing.

The worst experience of my life. I was hit by a car walking and called to follow up with my primary doctor. The nurse was so rude, would not do anything else until I followed up with my doctor. So made a appointment and the day came THEY called a hour before my appointment n canceled it. I still had pain and a sore throat so I made ANOTHER appointment at urgent care. Well I was told I was seeing a doctor. Didnt see one saw a NP and she was rude making me feel like I was drug addict because she assume I just wanted pain meds when all I want was a actual Dr. to look at my shoulder!!!!Maybe give me a extra strength icey patch .. or maybe suggest something else ,anything. AN Then MY THROAT didnt give me antibiotic or anything even though I havent eaten and my tongue has been swollen for days. AN THE BEST PART was after I walked out because she did nothing I can hear the whole staff in the back talking about me and my symptoms. NOT ONLY IS THAT RUDE IT AGAINST HIPPA AND UNPROFESSIONAL! THE WOST PLACE I EVER EXPERIENCED. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS GO TO COLUMBIA ST.MARYS OR ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is my 3rd time coming here for this NON bacterial/viral Flu. Todays visit I ended up with a NP??? I did get a chest x-ray but no labs. Still have lung pain and difficulty breathing. Been sick for months and this NP just didnt get it. Im not happy not knowing whats wrong with my breathing but I guess it doesnt matter. Rest and heat will cure me?? If you want to waste time and maybe get a diagnosis, go to the ER! Edgerton Urgent Care is Aweful!

Why the heck would I book a spot on line ahead of time? How would you know to do this? I looked up the closest Urgent Care to my Brother in laws house so he can get his ankle looked at. This was the closest....we arrive...HAVE TO SIGN IN AT THE KIOSK FIRST BEFORE THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK CAN HELP HIM. What???? There are 2 people in the waiting room when we arrive...the kiosk says it will be 90 to 105 minutes. This is why I go to Froedert myself....

Took my daughter in because of a rash and had the worst experience ever. Waited about 20-30 mins for the nurse practitioner to come in. After she looked at my daughter she said she was going to send her prescriptions in and be right back and never came back. I had to find her to get my info so we could leave. Absolutely awful! Who makes a 4 year old wait like that?

They take u in order of urgency. I walked in with a ring that was stuck on my finger. They took me back immediately cus finger was blue. My mom, who accompanied me to appt, said patients in lobby were questionine y I got to go in before them. They explained to complaints that I could lose finger.so I got to experience them takin me back before many others.I have always had a good experience here.

Nurses snicker among themselves within eyeshot of patients. They force right wing fox news down your throat blasting on the TV while you wait to see your corporate approved doctor.

I just came from this clinic with my daughter and the doctor treated me like a horrible Mom for waiting so long to bring her in. Um common cold last 10-14days and doctors usually dont want to see before that unless serious concerns. I will NEVER return to this location again.

They always seem to be busy, frequently have waited more than an hour to be seen and usually its about 3 hours before we get back out of the Urgent Care clinic. Ive switched to going to the Aurora Urgent Care on Loomis in Franklin.
