The best Doctor when endoscopy needs he do it by himself I was treated several times

Ive been satisfied with the doctor. I had to ask a lot of questions maybe to give a particular away for a solution but if you talk to your doctor, I think youll be satisfied. Very nice staff

Im so dissapointed to read some of these comments which are very few matter fact 2 maybe 3 - I find Dr. Shaw to be a wonderful Dr. and his staff. Maybe 1 in the office I would replace. I would truly recommend him to a friend. He is not the type of doctor to just give you medicine. If a doctor is giving you medicine YOU should ask what is this for or how should I take. And no your reports should not be givin over the phone you could be anyone calling to find out about you. I highly recommend

As soon as I saw the doctor, I was told I needed an endoscopy without even knowing anything about me. They didnt care about my medical records or anything. Just do the procedure and well figure out what to do next. Maybe well find something the doc says. Thats after they had come in the office and charged $150.Do unnecessary procedures and collect money. rinse and repeat - Thats how these scammers role!

This guy is a hack. Im not sure how he is licensed for this job. I went in for what I thought was something serious in his area of expertise.He said he wouldnt know what was wrong with me without some lab work done on me.So of course, that meant I had to come back after the lab results were sent to him. Before I left, I was the one who had to ask about taking anything to relieve some pain. If I didnt bring this up, I wouldve left feeling like I did walking in. I ended up getting prescribed some stuff. When the lab results were in, his staff didnt bother to contact me that they received it. When I called a week later, the staff made up some excuse that I was supposed to follow up after my medication. Only problem with that is that they never told me from my previous visit. This Dr told me nothing about how to take the medicine or about the labs I was supposed to do. Every doctor is supposed to call the patient if they were the ones that ordered the lab work. That way, they can schedule a Drs visit. Thats how the Doctors get paid!None of that happened. So I show up the second time and the Dr told me it is not nearly as serious as I thought. That was a relief however, he refused to give me more of the medication. He said it was because I had to take more lab tests. Now Im confused but I went along with it.Once again, I never got a call from the Drs office that my results were in.When I called a week later, the incompetent staffer told me they cant give lab results over the phone. NO KIDDING!You can still call the patient and let them know the results are in and you can make an appointment with the Dr to consult. The staff is supposed to do that but those ladies (i never saw a male staffer) are lazy. So lazy that when its time to handle a cash transaction, they have a discussion over who is going to do it while the other does nothing. To lazy to stamp the receipt, Im the one who had to tell her to put something on there so we know where it came from. She didnt do it the first time. The doctor is so incompetent as well. Because his staff is a reflection of him. Thats how it works. He didnt give me any new information about what was going on. I had to do my own research and tell him. Before he took my money without earning it from the Dr visits, he pushed me on to the next specialist since he finally stopped pretending to know what he was doing.The only good thing that came out of my experience with this doctor and his staff is that they were so bad that it makes me appreciate my formerDr and his staff.I was so naive to think that all Doctors office was like my former Dr who sadly passed away.Stay from Dr. Shah. His staff sucks too. When you call them out on something that they did wrong, theyll put their own boss under the bus!
