I wish I could give 0 stars. I called today to get an appointment and the person who booked the appointment asked for my insurance info. so I figured they would verify my information before I get there, or ask qualifying questions about your insurance since every other doctors office does. Well nope I have primary blue cross blue shield and amerigroup as secondary which is under medicaid. So I took off work early to go here because I am in major pain and never got to see the doctor because I sat there for over 20 minutes and then they call me back to the desk to tell me I have co-insurance. They then inform me they dont take medicaid. I then called my insurance company and they told me they were billing 25% of what ever service they were going to do in office that day. Well they asked for $87.50 so they were charging over $300 for an office visit. While I was there it seemed like they were only after money as each patient was told their charges were between $90 and $220.00 and that is just in the time I was there. Dont bother what they say about his staff is very true they dont seem to know what they are doing. Thanks for wasting my time.

Dr. Nwaneri is my husbands surgeon and so far he has taken amazing care of him! His office staff can be hard to get in touch with to make appointments or get paperwork completed but he himself has always been very responsive! Thank you for taking such great care of my husband!

Dr. Nwaneri has the expertise and patience that we patients look for and appreciate. He is cautious and does not rush to treatment without consultation and careful examination. Dr. Nwaneri has been my physician since 2003, when I was first injured. He has performed knee replacement successfully (in 2011), most recently April 2018. I highly recommend Dr. Nwaneri

Dr. Nwaneri has been my othopedic Doctor since 1999 and he has provided Excellent services for/to me. Right rotator cuff, 2004 right hip replacement of which I am told are you sure, everyone I know who had had a replacement are still limping and most recent, Dr. Nwaneri repaired 3 ligament tears and a municucus tear in 2018. Dr. Nwaneri is The Greatest

This doctor has rules posted in his office stating if you are 15 min late for your appt. you have to reschedule your appt., however, We have been in his office and now hes 45 min past our appt. and we were just advised he was late today, to continue to wait for him. He was 3 hours late for surgery two days ago as well. This doctor has no respect for other peoples time, just his own. Unhelpful as well; is his staff is rude about their patients being upset over sitting in an ice cold waiting room. No one should have to be in pain ( 2 days post surgery): and just sit in the cold. I never recommend a practice that runs this far behind without any consideration for their patients.......The next knee can be done by a more considerate doctor and staff. Shame on them!! Its just money....not people.

Dr. Nwaneri has been a blessing for me. I was in bad condition with my knees for one month. I was unable to walk because of the pain Until one day when God gave me the strength to get up and drive myself to Dr. Nwaneris office. After seeing his patient in scruciating pain, Dr. Nwaneri was concerned and wasnt going to let his patient stay in pain. I left his office with no pain and my treatment from him has lasted over 3 years. Thank you Dr. Nwaneri. You are a great Doctor and I thank God for you.
