Highly recommend going here for whatever you need! Quick, easy check in process with helpful and personable receptionists. My technologist was also a very sweet person who made this sort of uncomfortable CT scan process so easy and brief. I have had a negative experience at other radiology centers, and now I know how this process should be done!

Check in at the front desk was great but the person that did my mammogram was a bad experience for me. I was asked to hold my breath too soon and was having difficulty breathing. She had difficulty performing the mammogram and I have red bruises on my chest and my breast is sore. On any of my future exam, I do not wish to have the same person I had today.If she is new at this I clearly understand.Thank youIf she is new at this then I clearly understand

From now on I would definitely opt to make an appointment. Showing up without an appointment simply means you take a number and wait. If they had a number you could call that gave you current average waiting time that would be helpful. Once you get past the reception area everything is much friendlier and smoother.

I have been going to Community Radiology Associates for years and the staff has always been pleasant and very kind. The office is very clean and I really appreciate the staff from the front desk to the x-ray, mammogram, to the CT Scan room. Thank you all!!

Had a wonderful experience here! I at rived 15 min early per instructions and used their virtual check in link to complete my forms and upload my insurance information. I was greeted kindly, checked in easily, and seated in an uncrowded and covid-safe lobby with distancing and partitions between seats. I was called back at my appointment time by my ultrasound tech who was friendly and welcoming. Throughout my procedure she was professional and informative, and we made good conversation. The whole process was easy, comfortable, and I’m so pleased with its the quality of care!

My visit this morning was wonderful. I was greeted by the most pleasant, personable receptionist who even took a moment to help me operate my new thermometer, which took her all of 5 seconds! When I was called to be seen in more than a timely manner by the technician once again, I could actually see her smile in her eyes. She was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, soft spoken which immediately put me at ease. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had in quite a while. If there’s a need for me to ever return, I’d run back and I’d highly recommend CRA to any and everyone in need of their services. What a blessing they are.

The VA scheduled my mammogram with this agency. The staff was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Appropriate COVID precautions were in place and adhered to. Technician, Rochelle was awesome-thorough and made the experience painless and as comfortable as possible. I would give five stars, but the gown as raggedy and torn.

First, the scheduler made an error with the exam she scheduled & called me back the next business day, which was a Monday, to advise me if the error. She rescheduled the appointment, but the next available wasn’t until Friday, when I initially had an appointment for Tuesday. I agreed, but also asked if another referral was needed & I was assured it was taken care of, she even put me on hold to call my doctor’s office. I arrived promptly at 12:30 pm. I pre-registered online so checking in was a breeze.I wait 1 minutes before I’m seen, literally lay on table and I was then asked what type of exam I was receiving. I thought should know this already. The nurse checked & comes back to advise I was scheduled for the wrong exam and another referral was needed, but my doctor’s off just went to lunch and I would have to wait a hour for them to return & than take the exam. I was on my lunch break since I was advised it would be a 45 minute appointment, but it turned into 3 hours! I was late returning to work, but today was the only day I could have this appointment because I was in the midst of arranging hospice care for my mom who wanted me checked to make sure I didn’t also have cancer. DO NOT GO HERE!! The incompetency of mere scheduling was unreal! Why don’t they double check referrals prior to having you get on the exam table? Why doesn’t the examiner know what exam they’re supposed to perform? There’s a disconnect between their office and scheduling that unprofessional. The exam techs should also know what they’re supposed to do vs. asking the patients. Not one person in that office would take accountability!

Very impressed with the service. Very organized, Quick, Informative. Following regulations for the COVID prevention. I was even more impressed with your receptionist on the 2nd floor.African American young lady went the extra step to help one of the patients. She had already explained that he needed to go to the other location across the street for an MRI.He came back with broken English telling her that they told him to come back to this location.She explained again but, she got up and walked him to the correct location. Very impressed.

I went for a ct scan It was pass 5 so it was empty which was great. it went really really well. The front desk secretary was really nice. I had a man I forgot his name but he did my ct scan and he was very sweet and caring the whole time. I was nervous as it is with my health issue and he made me be calm. I had prayed before going in I believe he’s truly an Angel that God sent to help me get through the scan. . Thank you 🙏🏻

Not recommended.I went there for a brief procedure the other day. My insurance covers radiology services with a $35 co-pay. The CRA employees at this location tried to make me to forgo my health insurance and pay them $400 out of pocket. My question is how for goodness sake I can trust them to correctly perform a procedure if they cant figure out the right amount of my co-pay?

I have them 4 stars only because there is a bit of wait time once you text HERE. I do like you can fill all your primary info by phone before you get there,no paperwork when you get thereHowever my Radiologist was excellent I would love her 5 stars. check your records,I think her name was Alicia and has a. Daughter born on my birthday April 5 keep her!

First it is very clean and Covid compliant. Everything went very professional and smooth.I had an appointment. From the pleasant greeting at check in to the church exam, it all get a 5 star from me.

The Greenbelt location was great they got me in and out fast the person that did my screening was so nice I really am glad I chose this location. If I have to do more screenings I will return to this location.Thank you

Today was a Monday visit and you could tell. I had an 8 o’clock appointment. The First Lady was just arriving with her breakfast in a bag in her hand and the 2nd lady was not feeling this Monday. Although, I will say I was in and out rather quickly.

The reception was very accommodating. I came on the wrong date for my mammogram and instead of the receptionist sending me out the door she was able to scheduled me in. Sorry I didnt get her name but she in the Suite 210 office at the Greenbelt location.

The front office staff along with radiology technicians were all very professional and friendly. The faculty was clean and sanitized. My wait time was acceptable. Parking is ample and easily accessible to the building.

Horrible. I sat on the phone for 20mins on July 2nd and scheduled an appointment on July 13th and even uploaded the imaging order. I Showed up and they claim the appointment wasn’t in the system. Customer service rep at the front desk was not the best. Go with Medstar.

Front end staff (older woman) was very kind and helpful. Our radiologist, Jasmine seemed to be not so personable. My last 2 pregnancies, I went to Tower Radiology in White Plains for my 1st trimester US. From the front desk staff to the radiologist, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I understand not all facilities are alike, however, this being my husbands first visit to this appointment, he nor I were impressed. If I have to go for anymore radiology appts, I would commute the 45-minutes. Sorry.

I have been coming to the Greenbelt Facility for years, and I have always received great service. Everyone is so friendly and very Professional.

I walked in and was impressed with the precautions that were taken for the pandemic. It was the most safe I’d felt in a room in months, with their socially distanced seating and plexiglass shields. Staff (from the front desk personnel to the technicians for my CT Scan) was pleasant and very easy to communicate with and I was seen swiftly. I definitely recommend going here!

I went to the Greenbelt location and my mammography tech was amazing, awesome bedside manner, polite and made me feel really comfortable. The check in receptionist was ok no greeting when I walked in. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of my ultrasound tech she didn’t introduce herself or greet and she wasn’t informative at all. She literally did the exam and came back and said the doctor said come back in six months, no reason why or anything.

I had a great experience today at CR in Greenbelt. I chose them because my mother used them for years and I see why. The staff is friendly and helpful. The techs are professional and caring. It was also nice conversations. I will recommend them.

Sadly, my experience here was uncomfortable and negligent from the start.They mixed up my paperwork at the front desk, I came in for a pelvic ultrasound and they wanted to perform an unrelated x-ray. I asked them to show me the paperwork and it was clearly someone elses along with my file. At the time of the ultrasound the technician used a lot of gel for the internal ultrasound which was expected, but when it was done she left and didnt even give me anything to wipe or clean the area nor did she instructed me where I could find it. I had to look around the room. As if this wasnt enough, as I was getting dress, I heard the door and see her coming in with a male patient!! While I am still in the room!! And she kept walking in to get him set up. I had to shout at them to stop.This is hard to accept for me I am still processing the negligence and real unprofessional behavior of this entire office. Compleaty unacceptable.

The check-in process worked great. I was finished within 20 minutes. Nicole is very nice and attentive as she explained each step while performing my mammogram screening. I usually go downstairs but would prefer this office in the future.

Community radiology in Greenbelt has done a good job with diagnosing my breast cancer and today was a follow up. The visit was done in a clean and distanced waiting room but as always checkin took time. Still I was seen only about 20 min after my appointment time. Leslie was the tech who did a nice job, made sure the films were readable and moved the process effortlessly it seemed and quickly got me a cd disc for my doctor to review, much faster than the last time. I continue to recommend this site for mammography.

I really like this location. They practice social distancing. Sanitizing before and after each patient. Everything was explained before, during and after the procedure.

People were really nice but I was told to get there 15 minutes early and text when I arrived. I arrived 30 minutes early, sent the “here” text, and then sat in my car for almost an hour before I had to call and ask if I was ever being seen. After I CALLED and they told me to come up, I sat and waited for another 30 minutes. Appointment at 9 and didn’t even go to the back until almost 10. So apparently their texting system is broken and you should just go upstairs regardless because they will see you in the order that you walk in anyways.

Whole process was very quick. Everything was done online prior to getting there. Keep up the good work.

Ive had several tests lately, and the staff has always been professional, and courteous. Every site is clean and I ike that you can get a CD of your test the same day!

I popped in without an appointment to their office for x-rays of my shoulder and upper arm. As a new patient, sign in took 5 min, waited for 10-15 min before being taken back for the x-rays. The technician was attentive and proceeded to take the x-rays with care, knowing that I had broken my arm and had surgery to implant a rod into the joint and humerus. She took care to put me into position for the x-rays without causing me pain. I received the images on CD within 5 min and was out the door.Front staff was professional and attentive. The office space was very clean and well-set-up for social distancing and the staff made sure customers followed these procedures. It was a very good experience.

I was really not so happy to go to a facility with all the Covid activities going on. I was impressed at how social distancing maintained. Being an Infection Preventionist in my facility, I paid very close attention to infection control. I would say that was great. There were canisters for used and clean pens and I observed the pens being wiped down. Staff were business as usual with all the formalities. I would not hesitate to recommend someone

After my appointment yesterday I went back and forth about whether or not to leave a review of my experience... But since they specifically request that we leave one after our visit, Ill go ahead and share my experience.Im 38 weeks pregnant and was referred to them by the Midwife who will be assisting my home birth. Throughout my pregnancy, I have been having my Ultrasounds done at UM Capital Region Med Group. The Technicians were always knowledgeable and the pictures of my Baby were printed on large paper and were very clear (I even got to 3D prints!) I also loved the fact that they had a screen at the foot of the bed so I could see everything Tech was seeing on her screen.Ok... I say all that to say, I had pretty much the OPPOSITE experience at Community Radiology.1) The Technician calls me to the back and has a blank, emotionless look on her face as Im walking across the room to the door. By the time I make it to her, she barely looks at me and kind of grunts what Im assuming was a perfunctory greeting. (To the defense of the office in general, her coldness was more noticeable because I had observed other staff calling clients to the back with warm greetings)2) We get in the room and she continues to treat me like honestly more of a dog than a human. She does not make any sort of eye contact, exchanges no pleasantries and kind of grunts commands at me. For example pointing to the bed with her back turned to me while grunting what I imagine was lay there. FORTUNATELY, the idea of seeing my baby always puts me in a good mood because the disrespect and lack of professionalism certainly warranted a not so friendly response. But after being fed up, I simply said in a clear and pronounced tone, Hello, How are you today? I could tell she was caught off guard, but she still barely acknowledged me. She did, however, say her first clear word since Id been in the room. She answered, BUSY. I replied, I can tell, you seem very distracted. She must have been embarrassed by my respectful, but very direct call out because her demeanor changed after that. The rest of the session actually was more of what I would expect from a pleasant and professional ultrasound appointment. My only other complaints are:1) That they didnt have a screen in front of me to see the process as it was happening (she was kind enough to turn her screen so that I could see his face)2) Unlike the large, clear pictures I I recieved at UM, the pictures here are small and fuzzy.3) Although the Technician became a lot more pleasant after I called her rudeness out, she did make a couple of comments that I know where unintentionally rude, but I would expect a medical professional and a WOMAN to know not to say to a pregnant woman.Overall, I definitely wouldnt recommend a Mama to see them, but it wouldnt be the worst place to go either.

I’ve been here before, and usually the service is fine, (which is why they’re getting two stars instead of one) but this time I brought my elderly father for his appointment. I understand that we are in covid times, and there are new protocols for safety, but when the front desk asks me to wait outside, they should do so in a polite manner, rather than yelling “if you’re not here to sign his paperwork you need to get out, go wait in the car”. Shout out to the guy with dreads who works the front desk. Please learn manners.

It all starts at the front..it seemed unorganized and the intake guy was not the most cordial..did not even speak...it would also be nice if they explained the things need to be done at the desk .. I had to pretty much ask if I was done.. remember you guys are the front line and will determine the tone moving forward... the technician I saw for my test was very professional and polite. She deserves a few more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was clean, and only a few people were in the waiting area. The chairs were socially distant, and some had plexiglass partials beside them. A pleasant experienceI did not have to wait long either. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I felt comfortable and assured that I was protected.

I had a great experience at Community Radiology. My tech was very helpful and friendly. The ladies who checked me in were friendly and helpful.

It takes so long for them to get the referrals in their system. Ask them to contact your doctors office and get the referral verbally. All of the fuss about the referral aside, everything else is fine. It was quick to do xray.

Absolutely unacceptable the way I was treated. I arrive for an emergency scan for my 8 year who needs surgery and have my other grade school children with me. I was told I needed to find a babysitter my children were not allowed in the office and I needed to reschedule an emergency appointment. The doctor specified it was urgent because the surgery he will need is time sensitive. I explained I do not use babysitters and my children are always with me. I was told they had to wait outside of the office and out if sight if my son was to be seen. I specifically asked if there were any special instructions because of covid and I was told to make sure everyone had on a mask thats ur. The waiting room was 100% vacant and there were over a dozen seats but my children ages 6, 8 & 9 were forced to stay by the elevators completely out of site from anyone else. I will never use this facility again. To be forced to put my children in harms way or possibly make it so my son is disabled for the rest of his life is ridiculous!!!!! I have been to a dozen appointments over the last two weeks and my children were either in the waiting room or with us in the room. I should have never been treated this way and been forced to leave my minor children unattended and out of sight. I will be contacting the ownership entity. This is no a covid regular this is a bias against my children. There was ample room for them to sit and no one else there. I am appalled at the way we were treated and blaming it on covid is nonsense. No other doctors facility has been this ridiculous to say I must force my children to wait outside unattended and out of anyones view. The people who work here must not be parents to think this was a reasonable request. You should be ashamed of the garbage you made us go through to have an important scan done for a hurt child. I cannot even express in words the unprofessionalism, disrespect and bias thrown towards my family today. I will deal with this on higher level. You cannot force a parent to do these types of things or threaten not to see the child. If you have ridiculous procedures in place you need inform patients when they make the appointment not embarras them and cause a scene and uncomfortable situation because you make up policies that have no grounds in the first place. Horrible staff!! Dont take your children here because they obviously have something against children and want to try and blame it on covid. Pathetic!!

I had three different studies performed on the same day. I was there for less than an hour. The staff and technicians were all very professional. The facility is very clean. They are well organized. I felt 100% safe as they are practicing social distancing.

I really like Community Radiology. Making an appointment is really easy. Because I am an at risk patient, cancer, diabetes, heart problems and age, I have been having most of my doctor appointments as telemedicine appointments. You can’t do that and get a mammogram. I was a bit concerned about going into the clinic, but I shouldn’t have worried. I felt very safe there. All precautions were taken. The staff was wonderful. I had a very short wait to be seen. The mammogram was done promptly and I was out in less than an hour.

I think the staff from the front desk to the staff conducting the mammograms are so professional,patience and friendly. I like come here for my appointments.

The staff was friendly, very professional, and most importantly my appointment was at ten. I was seen and completed what I had to do, in under a half hour. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was helpful. Only needed an x-ray but everyone was nice and they made sure we were safe and socially distanced.

First of all the staffs don’t follow their rules and regulations and their front desk staffs and management are very incomprehensible. We are all aware that there is a Covid-19 pandemic which comes with social distancing. I’ve been to all my doctor appointment with my children despite the social distancing and every single hospital that we have been to have an accommodation for parents with young kids. This one obviously don’t and should think about implementing one because it is not all mothers that have the privilege to have someone care for their child while they are at a doctor appointment. By the way a doctor office is more aware of the risk of Covid and they still accepts patients that are mother to bring their child still following the social distancing regulations.
