My results were sent to an unknown location so my doctor never received them. The office is small and cramped and not conducive to medical care of any sort and I feel bad for the staff there. Very impersonal place to go for testing, no friendly greeting so definitely customer service training is needed. I had to contact Quest to locate my results which the response was they couldnt find them but somehow through Myquest I found them and now I have to send to my doctors after three weeks after the testing was done. I am concerned that my personal health information has been compromised. I cannot reach Quest via telephone or your office to address this issues. I have other options for labs but decided to go here because it was closer to my house. Never again.

I was there today for blood work and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. And refused to help me or give me her name. There was another lady over there that she works there and she was a sweet hart may God bless her. The nasty lady name is kalen deer. I hope I will never see her again ever in my life.

If your employer requests that you complete a drug screening, DO NOT pick this one. Its been two weeks and no results. This is incredibly unprofessional and it seems like Im not the only one who has had trouble from this place.

Ive gone to this QD location in Greenbelt, MD for several years and the staff has always been very nice and professional, making sure I was comfortable during my visit. The service is usually very crowded, but handled quickly and my results are referred back to my doctor quickly too. The facilities has worn down through the years, so its due for renovation, particularly the bathrooms, however this need hasnt dampened the professional services received from the staff.

The good. The facility is conveniently located within a shopping center. It was clean and hygienic precautions were taken while my blood was drawn. This visit took all of ten minutes—a bonus I did not anticipate but for which I was grateful. The process was simple enough: sign in on the iPad and wait to be called. The bad. The customer service leaves more to be desired. The receptionist seemed nice enough until we spoke business. She kept on cutting me off when I tried to explain my insurance situation. Essentially, we both were saying the same thing and the conversation went around in circles. Because she tried to anticipate my words and thoughts, she would incorrectly complete my sentences and this sent us into a baffling to-and-fro. After commenting on the confusing affair, she then brought up my age, insinuating that I must be young and that was why communicating with me was difficult. Then she looked at my paperwork to verify her assumption before looking back at me and saying, “Oh. You’re really not that young.”While I am personally not offended by the age comment, it is, however, unprofessional and unbecoming of a business, particularly a medical one. Also, telling a person that you “get [his/her situation] all the time” is not qualifying statement for an individual case. You’re a receptionist; not a claims adjuster.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience here. I came in for an employer drug screen request. The staff was very unprofessional and has a lot of side conversation. Chanine, the person who collected my urine, told me I was acting weird and made everything uncomfortable. When I was washing my hands one of the employees opened the door by force. Then, I was leaving the door one of the staff said I was “fresh meat”. Definitely not a place you want to visit.

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in to the time I left the tall dark skinned tech and the short light skinned tech were very unprofessional and loud having side conversations and were not helpful at all. The tall dark skinned one then had an attitude when I asked her anything. I called my doctor and informed her of the unprofessional and advised her I will not come back to this location. They are very rude and unprofessional and corporate needs to handle this. This is not the first time “workers” from this location have been disrespectful.

Their personnel are so rude and disrespectful.Another problem is that they never pick up their phones. No matter how many times you call them, they just ignore it. As simple as that.

Would not give this place any stars. Rude and incompetent and rude staff who made us feel unwelcome. Would suggest public service lessons for the receptionist. Avoid if possible.

Very 😔 Sad! My Mom & I felt very depressed due to the rudeness and incompetent nature of the two Staff on duty especially Michelle. Not welcoming at all, they aggravated my Moms health condition. Very disappointed!
