I cant believe how rude and nasty the people who work here are. Starting from the male supervisor to every female employee, theyre all garbage. Do not fall victim of this place/ people!

Go anywhere other than this place, waited 2 and a half hours today and they were the ones with an attitude, The employees are a waste of a paycheck...useless and pathetic

I called the head to verify I could come in for an appointment and this place was like yeah go for it. So I asked do I need to bring anything and they said just your ID and your insurance card. Upon arrival they say do you have paperwork from your doctor and I say yeah they sent it to me in an email because this is 2021 and who has paper referrals for a simple routine blood work. They said sorry we dont accept any email communication you have to have it printed to bring it in person I said cool can I send it to you to print and they said sorry thats against our policy. make sure you have your paper otherwise this place will waste your time.

My son was really scared but the ladies Brandy and Debbie made him feel comfortable and had a lot of patience with him (thank you)From the front desk to the room everyone was nice and professionalWould definitely recommend this place!!!!

The boss started talking to the one at the window and I waited as a customer and complained to her and the boss laughed and laughed. 09/15/2020 at 4:14 a.m. because if Im going to look for someone superior to supervise all the laboratories, he doesnt like to work started from the bosses to the laboratory workers.

I had a great experience here. From the front desk to the phlebotomist, everyone was SUPER nice, friendly, professional, and helpful! I made an appointment online and I didn’t wait at all.

Absolutely 0 possibility to keep social distancing in this office!!! They are packed with a dozen people in the waiting room. This is terrible!

I do not recommend this location to anyone the staff is rude. They close and lock the doors at 11:45 I had to pick up an container the front desk lady with the red dreads was rude af . I don’t recommend this location to anyone ‼️

Terrible place!! The lady who took my blood was coughing severely and was wheezing but she said it’s her allergies, but who knows what it really was. There is a stay at home order in place in MD telling everyone including healthy people to stay at home as much as possible. And labcorp is making a sick person with corona like symptoms come to work instead of letting her stay home.

This location is not properly marked! It’s on the back of the building. You have to enter through the back double doors to find suite 104. No reflection on LabCorp but...frustrating nonetheless

Totally unprofessional the front desk lady was so rude to me did and my daughter. Yes I understand working with a child is hard but that lady had no right to talk to my daughter the way she did. I dont recommend that place at all. Oh yeah one thing they put the urine cups on top of the counter wheres the receptionists at, when they called you to the front try not to touch the counter.

The kiosk check in was nice.

As I read in a few reviews. There was a smell in the office. But I wasnt in there long, fast service. And the lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. Overall my experience was good. Tech that took the blood was very thorough and it only took a few minutes.

I was in and out in less then 15min. The very nice to me. They had no problem with getting my blood.. over all i was pleased

Slowest LabCorp location ever, the one across from Beltway plaza is just 5 mins down the road and 10x quicker

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour before I was seen.I explained I had very small veins in my arm, and she would have to draw it from my hand. She couldnt get enough blood for the doctor, and told me I would have to come back. Just threw away the blood she did take. I am livid. She did not know what she was doing.

They are unprofessional, and you have to wait at least an hour before they see you. You’d be lucky if it’s an hour. If you want to be in and out, you are better off going to another location.

Worst location so unprofessional the lady didn’t even know what I came in for and just said we don’t do that here. Just save yourself a hassle and go to the one on college park

15 minutes in and out without an appointment. Great experience for the second time. Ill recommend this site for friends and family.

I had a horrible experience here! The lady at the front desk was very rude. She treated me and all of the other patients there as an annoyance. She rolled her eyes at basic questions like where do I put this?. Other patients were having a hard time with the system and she treated them like idiots. The nurse taking my blood was not much better. I have a tattoo on one arm and she got angry at the fact that it was inconvenient for her. I understand that there are a lot of patients going through here and that it can be stressful on the workers, however, no patient should be treated in this manor especially since getting bloodwork done can be stressful for a lot of people. If the workers are annoyed at the job or life they should not be taking it out on the patients (ie. customers) that are coming to them for help.

Very slow service... I ended up leaving after waiting for an hour for a urine sample.

These new systems were installed to help the check-in process but has not proved to be effective. Im in the lab now where about 20 to 30 people are waiting to be served. This is ridiculous!!! Ive been coming here for a while & there is ALWAYS something wrong with the new system. I do not want to spend my day waiting to get my blood work done. There are never enough people working!!!3/16/19 I will be going to another lab. Once again the systems are not working, there are not enough people working & the lady working the desk is being rude because of her frustration. I am done with Lab Corp!!!

You need to take an elevator to visit this office.(It was confusing to find out the office at the first time.) The staff took my babys blood nicely with care.

I went to do my labwork resently and my dr didnt got my results they said they dont have me i couldnt get my results bad labwork 😡

I have brought my husband to this location every 6 weeks for the last 5+ years. It always was a good experience until major staff changes were made about 6 months ago. We are now looking for a new place and maybe company.

Very unprofessional young female staff. I was stuck more than once and she clearly didnt know what a vein was or how to use a needle. I will never use this location again and I recommend no one else does. Im looking for a complaint number as as type. Ridiculous!

Worst had my 1 yr old blood drawn and this person was fishing inside my son vein causing him a hematoma. They are rude and very ghetto

Steer clear, unless wasting time in a crowded waiting pen (even *after* making an appointment in advance and checking in early with a QR) is your thing.

Stay away from this location. The front desk lady was so rude!!!!! I dont think I have met anyone this rude from any docs office. The lan tech that drew my blood did not band aid it right. When I got home I found there was a lot of bleeding and my arm was bruised for two weeks!

Smelled so bad in there I didnt even get seen,girls at the front desk were talking amongst themselves didnt greet me at all and seemed irritated when I asked a question, I ended up leaving because the smell was so bad in the wait room. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hours of operation says 7 am open on Google maps but when you get here it says opens at 8 am

45 minutes until she took my info. Actually had scratched my name even though they had not called me yet. Only one in the room. What a waste of my time.

Terrible service..They treat you with disgust, they speak to you as if they are the owners of the world ..They do not have the inputs. I went twice and they didnt have the supplies
