The manager was officious, and seemed irritated by me and my 85 year old mothers issues with her glasses. Thats big box volume and profit over customer service. The doctor, at least, took the time to explain things to me so I could help my mother.
The doctor was fantastic and the only reason I would come back. The assistances out front were another story. They were very chatty with each other, quick to ignore me when I walked in and acted like it was an inconvience that I had come in for an exam. There was also open food in the room the doctor took me in and she had to ask the one girl to come and move it. I dont know if I will go back.
The hours suck for the working person.
