I have my 4 front teeth and bottom tooth crowned I love them so much!!! Now I can smile with confidence all the time. All the staff was so wonderful, specially Dr. Zuckerman. She was very honest, perfectionist, experienced and personable. I felt very comfortable during all procedures. I absolutely love my experience with her and staff. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Z. She isvery professional but at the same time warm and friendly. She puts you at ease but she takes great care of your teeth. I’ve been going to Dr. Zuckerman for years and have always had a great experience with her and her staff, but this week, while I was on vacation - they went above and beyond. I called because I was experiencing some discomfort, & tightness in my jaw, & Dr. Zuckerman hopped on a FaceTime call to help show me how to massage the muscle and what to take to alleviate the pain, especially since I wouldn’t be able to get into the office. 10/10 would (and have) recommend!

Her receptionist, Denise, will fight your insurance company to get you covered and Grissel, her assistant, will hold your hand for a painful procedure. Dr. Zuckerman and her staff are very warm but at the same time extremely professional.As a new patient I found the entire experience of scheduling and rescheduling my appointment easy. The staff is helpful and understanding and they use a great tool to complete all the form from your phone before the appointment.Also all the appointment are reminded by text message which is great!The experience with Dr. Zuckerman and her assistant was very positive. Worst dentist ever. She charged me over $200 for x-ray only. She did not treat my tooth. I left the office still having so much pain. Never recommend her. Do NOT say Im confusing you with someone else. Its you, I saw you last year not this year. Please stop acting that you never saw me. Dr. Zuckerman is a fabulous dentist. Honest, gentle and she explains everything that needs to be done. Dr. Zuckerman is very meticulous and patient. When my previous dentist told me I needed a lot of work done I sought a second opinion, luckily I found Dr. Zuckerman. She told me my teeth were fine and that I did not need the procedures the previous dentist had claimed were necessary. 4 years later, my teeth are still in perfect condition! I went to Dr. Zuckermans office two days ago. I wanted to wait to write a review until the anesthesia wore off. I was very nervous at first about leaving my house due to coronavirus, but it was great. Everyone in the office was covered from head to toe and when I walked in they were fogging the office down with some sterilizer. I can not remember what it was called, but she told me all about it. Anyway, I came in because this tooth I have has been killing me since April, but I was too scared to go to the dentist during the Pandemic. My friend told me that I had to go see Dr. Heidi. She was fantastic. I did not feel her injection at all and my tooth feels SO MUCH BETTER. I have another appointment scheduled for next week. I actually made my wife and kids an appointment as well because I really feel so good. So glad that I found her. It actually turns out that not only does my friend go to her, that referred me, but my cousin goes there too for years.

I love coming to Dr. Zuckerman. She makes me feel so comfortable. I used to be extremely phobic when it came to the dentist. From the minute I called the receptionist, Denise, she explained everything to me and found me an appointment that worked around my hectic schedule.I knew I had a lot of cavities, which Dr. Zuckerman found on the x-rays. She formed a plan to help me get through it that made me comfortable. She took it really slowly. I am no longer phobic when I come here. I actually look forward to seeing the office and the staff. We have a really good time, laughing throughout the whole appointment. Since I have been coming here I completed all my dental work (for now). I actually am looking forward to my 6 month check-up.

I have been seeing Dr. Heidi for years. I used to live in D.C. When I moved here my friend referred me to this practice. I live in the city, take the train and a taxi... totally worth it. She is incredible. My teeth look great! She saw me as an emergency with a broken tooth. My crown looks and feels amazing. I can’t say enough about this practice. By the way, it’s really pretty and bright as well.

I was with my dentist for 15 years and then he retired 😞... now what am I going to do ... you finally find a dentist that makes you comfortable to go regularly.. and now he’s done... I was so upset ... A friend of mine told me about Dr. Zuckerman in Great Neck ... I said for me to travel to Great Neck she had to be kind, gentle and know what she’s doing... She assured me Dr. Zuckerman was all that and more.. So I called.. now being in tha medical field myself I tend to judge the office but the receptionist.. when I called Denise answered.. she was kind and very helpful.. because of my work schedule it was hard to find me a time but Denise worked it out ...( easy and awesome experience) ... Well appointment day I was very apprehensive.. I walked into the office and was greeted by Denise.. I thought how clean and nice the office looked which made me very happy ...I was taken back by Grizelle( sorry if I missspelled your name) she was very nice .. and then Dr. Zuckerman came in ... before a painless exam and a great deep cleaning by the Doctor herself.. she spoke to me and made me feel very comfortable... I have seen Dr. Zuckerman many other times since my first visit and each time and treatment... including a root canal.. was a great experience...
