I am very happy with my visit to this dental office. I called with an emergency request on a Sunday, and Dr. Heisler made himself available and came in just for me to fix the situation- which he did perfectly. This was my first visit there as well, which is more impressive. I will be returning.

I was in search for a new dentist and my good friend recommended Eliot Heisler. Super easy to make an appointment and the day of my visit, there was no wait! The staff there were super friendly and attentive. Eliot Heisler was honest which was a big plus. My filling was quick and pain free. Did I mention there is a tv and massage chair? The even gave me a Elite Dental Beach towel. Happy I decided to make the change.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! When you first enter, it feels clean and welcomed by the staff like going to a spa (but of course, for your teeth!). I went in on a Saturday to meet the most gentle and well-informed dentist. I adored how Dr. Chan took her time to explain every step she was doing because sometimes operating and cleaning your mouth can get awkward. Her attentiveness to small details made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The whole experience was pleasant from the beginning to the end. For more information, make sure you stay connected with Melanie (manager) who greeted me and followed up with my next appointments. She is professional and personable. She can answer all your concerns from basic cleanings to your insurance coverages. I highly recommend you going there for your next visit.

My wife and I have been under the care of doc. H, and his wonderful staff for over a decade. We have tried other places, but have not found one that beats his expertise and friendliness. His equipment is up to date with the latest technology and everyone in the office is so helpful and accomodating! I would recommend everyone to go visit him and experience it for yourself! I will not be surprised if you change your doctor going forward!

I came to find Dr Heisler by my oral surgeon for a double implant, I needed a dentist for the 2 crowns to complete and Dr Heisler did an amazing job, he is a perfectionist and one of the most personable trustworthy Dentists I have ever been to. He recently did some cosmetic work on a chipped front tooth that has completely changed my smile without breaking the bank. Also, the entire staff especially , Melanie the office manager and Lorraine the hygienist are professional and wonderful!

Stella is the best dental hygienist (very thorough) and is great with my 11-year old daughter. Dr. Heisler is very efficient. First time coming as we switched dentist after Covid 19 quarantine, and the service and cleanliness were above and beyond our expectations. We were scheduled so no other patients were around and would definitely recommend.

Dr Heisler and his staff are amazing. I’ve known them 10 years and they always treat me so well that I continue to visit even though it’s almost 2 hours round trip. I needed some cosmetic work done recently. It turned out to be fairly complicated because there were medical considerations as well. Dr Heisler recommended crowns. It’s not a trivial process; the procedure happens in stages and I needed several visits. However, the end result is spectacular and it was so worth it - my teeth look great and I’m so happy. If you’re not happy with your smile, go to Dr Heisler - he’ll fix it. He is so easy to talk to and a great doctor. Don’t wait until things get worse. I’m glad I went before we would have had to take more drastic measures.

Stella is the best hygienist . she cleans everything, including stains that others in the past have ignored. Thorough, yet gentle enough. I go to her mainly because she actually cleans your teeth. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Elite Dental Spa. From beginning to end, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is helpful, friendly, and inviting. The chairs are equipped with a built in massager and you are able to watch Netflix to help past the time and allow for a trip to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend others to go see Dr. Heisler for all dental needs.

I have been coming here ever since Stella got out of school, they always treat me and my family great. Both Stella and her sister Shirley do a great job with their cleanings. I come from 1 hour away just because of Stella and their staff. They helped my wife get her teeth and gums healthy again after her previous dentist messed it up. My son enjoys going to the dentist because of them. Dr. Heisler did an excellent job re-doing my bridge and making sure that I looked great for my wedding.

I can always expect to have a pleasant appointment thats on time and comfortable; the office staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Heisler consistently does a fantastic job for my teeth and those of my whole family!

I have been going to Elite Dental Spa for a very long time. I used to work there as a receptionist actually in college :) Dr. Heisler is a sweet man and a great dentist! His office is conveniently located across the street from the GN train station - which is a huge plus for folks like me who are commuting from NYC. His staff is friendly and attentive - the woman who handles cleanings is very quick and professional. I know going to the dentist can be a daunting experience but Elite Dental Spa ensures your experience is easy from arrival to departure. When you get taken back to the dentist chair - they put on netflix for you so you can be distracted while you get your teeth cleaned/fixed :) Before you leave Dr. Heisler always sends off his patients with a nice goody bag of toothbrushes and toothpaste (it feels like a well deserved prize after a cleaning). Really have nothing but great things to say about this office and this dentist - 100% recommend :)

Ive been going to Dr. Eliot Heisler at Elite Dental Spa for a few years now. Elite Dental is A++ - really top notch. I recommend Dr. Heisler and his team very highly. Heres why:1. Dr. Heisler uses very modern technology, and spends the necessary time with patients.2. Both Dr. Heisler and his team are very thorough. Theyll find a small cavity before it develops into a big one. But they wont suggest unnecessary work! They find the right balance here.3. The whole experience is just SO NICE! Its not actually a spa (youre still at the dentist) but they do what they can to make it close. The chair you sit in is a MASSAGE CHAIR, and they let you choose whatever you want to watch on Netflix. Everyone is very gentle but also attentive and smart. Theyll put you at ease but they arent wasting your time.4. What else can I say? The whole team always remembers me, theyll put in the work to navigate insurance, and they do a tremendous job.5. They give away cool swag! I have an Elite Dental Beach blanket, and an Elite Dental water bottle. Plus they are able to make good recommendations about what toothbrush, whiteners to use or avoid etc.Dr. Heislers office is right by the Great Neck LIRR train. So anyone who lives near the Port Washington LIRR line can get there easily - and they are also a quick train ride from Manhattan (you can catch the Port Washington LIRR from Penn Station.)

Ive been seeing Dr. Heisler for over a year now after moving back to Great Neck. He is one of the towns best-kept secrets! My only regret is that I didnt find him earlier.Dr. Heisler and his staff are super-personable, courteous, and professional. I never feel rushed or pressured to do unnecessary dental work, and I always trust their opinion. Lorraine, one of the dental hygienists, gave me the most thorough cleaning of my life! It took well over half an hour and it was her last appointment of the day, but she remained patient with me the whole time.In addition, Dr. Heisler did a terrific job bonding a chipped tooth of mine. My tooth looks as good as new, the bonding blended in perfectly with the rest of my tooth, and I cant even tell that its there.Some other perks of Dr. Heislers practice include a super-convenient location right by the Great Neck railroad station, an upscale, modern office décor, and the latest hi-tech equipment. By far my best experience with any dentist in my entire life!

Best Best Best dental experience ever !!!!Ive always been afraid to go to the dentist , its the last thing I want to do . Dr Heisler and his amazing staff make you feel safe and comfortable . Its a beautiful clean office with dental chairs that are massaging you as you lay back . Its a very relaxing appointment . He is honest reliable knowledgable and fair . He worked with my insurance plan easily . I look forward to him being my go to dentist forever !!!!!!! I cant recommend him enough !

Dr. Heisler has been my dentist for approximately 15 years. He is highly skilled and meticulous in his work. For example: When I needed a crown he did not like how the crown covered my tooth and sent it back to the lab for improvement. The improved crown fitted perfectly. Dr. Heisler is not an aggressive dentist in the sense that if something is not really important to do, he doesnt do it. Said another way, Dr. Heisler does not over-treat. He does that which is necessary to do. An example of this less aggressive approach is that I had pain in my tooth and went to Dr. Heisler. He examined me and found nothing and sent me home. The pain soon went away never to return. Another dentist may have been more aggressive and may have treated me. Thats why I continue to use Dr. Heisler because I have confidence in both his diagnosis and treatment. And finally, his entire staff is polite, friendly and efficient. Thats so important to a nervous patient ... like me.

I have been going to Elite Dental Spa for the last 10 years. I moved to Florida over 4 years ago and tried numerous dentists but still can’t find the right dentist that doesn’t make me cringe during a cleaning or have me in tears during my dental work. So yes, I have been flying (given COVID times we drove) to New York and during my short time here, I always make sure to set an appointment up to see Dr H. (Don’t worry, we got to New York before Florida was bad and did our 14-day quarantine!) Unfortunately, I have tons of cavities that require lots of dental work and I am very sensitive to pain. I have not seen Dr H for almost 2 years since I was pregnant and being out of town so I finally went yesterday. I knew I had some cavities and he found a crack in my filling and Dr H went in to fix it and saw decay (disgusting)!! He tried to make me feel better to say it wasn’t that bad but glad we caught it on time, but I knew he was being nice because I smelt it and can tell it was gross. He worked on 2 teeth and just listening to all the work, I was scared that I would feel the pain afterwards. However, during the entire time he worked on it and even after the novocain wore off, I felt nothing! It doesn’t even feel like I got my teeth worked on!! That is a true testament on why it is worth driving 20 hours to come to Elite Dental Spa! And last but not least, this is all during a pandemic where everyone had the proper PPE on and I was not concerned at all, and I have a 6 month old I need to worry about. Thank you to the Elite family for everything!
