The website says they do accept Medicaid or Medicare yet when I call I get told they do not. Weird and sounds like they only want to help the rich who have money to pay for a service like this because it obviously is not cheap

First Light is one of the worst companies if you are a veteran They have said on many occasions that they prefer clients that they can schedule for shifts of 6-12 hrs at a time. Most veterans only get a few hrs of help a week and ww need help every morning getting me up and showering, dressing and feeding Most of the caregivers that came were good, but as soon as you got use to them and trusting them they would put someone new in. The last caregiver they sent thought the COVID-19 was a joke and with my condition that wasn’t going to work. My wife called the company and talked to Branden about it and he hung up on her. Then just like that they terminated the VA contract without a word. My wife and I would give management for this company a negative Two and a few (very few) of their caregivers a five and the rest of them a one Good luck if you choose this company, because you will need it especially if you are a veteran

Extraordinary people!! They give great care and their staff is amazing. They helped our family out of a terrible situation. I would highly recommend!
