Dr. Carrel and the entire staff have been kind, knowledgeable, and quick to reply back to me regarding concerns, questions, medication issues or referrals we may need. I have contacted them often, and they have never made me feel as though Im bothering them. I highly recommend this office. We have experienced excellent care and service.

Dr. Carrel, his assistants and VPA have been very responsive to my husband who is home bound due to Primary Progressive MS. We have been treated professionally and have no complaints.

This Association is giving my husband much needed peace of mind. They are very professional, understanding, patient and friendly. They are not always able to confirm long beforehand when the next appointment will be, but they do their best to accommodate your needs. I would definitely recommend it.

We were left with no alternatives but to fire this service. Office staff is not able to communicate patient needs, address changes or follow up on medication instructions and orders. They blame everyone outside of their organization for their poor internal communication and lack of follow through. This is the first I heard of this was stated many times by staff after multiple calls from me to get answers to medication problems. This is a dangerous and unacceptable situation for my 97 year old mother. Do NOT use this organization! One star only as system does not allow zero stars.

We switched from the Marysville VPA (which by the way is a 5 star office) to the Grand Rapids office due to family issues. The review by Erin Kaiser ref this Grand Rapids VPA office nailed it !!! To say they are inept is an understatement. Ditto on everything she said. They have left us no choice but to look for a different service. Stay clear of this VPA or you’ll be left with nothing but extremely poor service and an over abundance of frustration.

The Grand Rapids office and their team is the most inept Ive ever encountered. Their customer service, whether by phone or in-person, is severely lacking: difficult to reach, zero follow-up, deflecting accountability, late for appointments and inconsistent medical care. Look for similar care elsewhere!
