Just moved downtown Grand Rapids last summer and needed to relocate my dentist to the West Side of the state. Googled best dentist’s in the area and Midtowne Smiles was one of the first places to pop up! I had a great experience and felt very pampered after I left. My smile is back and better than ever. Best dental office & team I have ever encountered. Hygienists are well trained & experienced. Very helpful & always smiling. It is obvious that everyone who works here loves what they do & are very good at it. All my questions (always have so many) are always answered in great depth. The staff definitely takes care of you and greatly appreciates the time you spend with them even if that is for a half hour. The parking is simple & quick & validated when you come to Mid Towne. If youre looking for a new dentist just stop here. My first visit was easy and friendly. Aimee was great and included me in the process by reviewing all of my pictures and going over any issues with my teeth during my cleaning. Dr. Burton was fantastic. He clearly knows his stuff! I felt at ease and comfortable the entire time. So glad I found this practice!

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Burton’s office, and Amy in particular. I had what I would consider some fairly uncomfortable dental work that needed to be done- Amy did her best to make me feel at ease and comfortable and pain free throughout the process. My teeth are healthier and I have overcome my fear of the dentist for sure! I will also add this office is extremely clean and professional. They are very up front about cost and billing! No surprise bills on the back end.

I was recently referred here to get an appliance made for my sleep apnea. Everyone in this office is wonderful. My family now also gets our regular cleaning appointments here too. They are very thorough and caught some things that our previous dentist did not. Teeth are very important and now we feel we are at a place that will take excellent care of us!! Highly recommend!!

I chose this dentist at first because they accepted new patients without insurance at the most reasonable price I could find. It was a great experience and I will continue to go back. The office is clean and comfortable. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Each time Ive been there the hygienist was thorough and gentle.

They gave me probably the most thorough and high tech cleaning Ive ever had in my life. They take a ton of baselines for your chart, like x-rays, actual photos, cancer screening results, so that theres no guess work in was my tooth always like this or anything. Staff was also friendly and seemed to hit the right balance of curious small talk and silence. Would recommend to a friend

I cant add much to all the great reviews. They were courteous, they were quick, very accomodating. Dr. Burton was no nonsense, he took care of the issue quickly and explained everything. Dr. Burton seems to be an excellent dentist from a medical standpoint.

Basic dental work and cleanings went good for a few years. Then I had a couple crowns done and Dr. Burton could never get my bite block straight. Worse yet my last visit was billed incorrectly and rejected by insurance. Tired of the back and forth I found a new dentist and my teeth are sitting straighter and getting better with each visit.

I recently had Dr. Burton do some work on my front teeth. I had been putting it off for years because it involved replacing existing bonding for a chipped tooth. Ugh. Would it hurt? Would it match my other teeth? I swallowed my fear and stepped up to have Dr. Burton do the work last month. Now Im wondering why I waited so long. It was painless and looks perfect.
