I Recently had my annual eye visits With advanced eye care. Its always a pleasant experience and the Optometrist is very knowledgeable and always give good positive feedback.The staff is very professional. The office is very cleaned and well decoratedThey do have a great selection of Eyewear.I like that the never pressure you to buy in house if you advise you use another option. I would highly recommend this eyecare service. Our family have been seen at this office for the last 3 years. They are very prompt And always a short wait time to see the doctor.Thank you all for your excellent customer service.

Dr. Price is great! I enjoyed that he explained things in detail to me about the photos they took and my eye health. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I went alone and had their help picking the best pair of frames for my face.

Advanced Eyecare is an amazing place. They explained everything in detail and were happy to answer all my questions and concerns. They also helped in finding a good eyeglass frame that suited me. I have now recommended Advanced Eyecare to my children and their families.

I love Advanced Eyecare and have kept them as my eye doctor even though I moved much further away. They’re super friendly—the entire staff. They remember details you shared with them years ago that aren’t necessarily related to your eye care, but it shows how much they care about each patient. I won’t ever switch as long as the doctors remain the same and the entire staff is there.

I’ve gone to this location a few times and have not had a problem. I recently gone and it was a smooth visit. My kids came along and they didn’t make it a big deal which at the end of the day decreases my stress level. The doctor was new to me which I had no complaints. She was informative straight to the point and got me in and out. I found glasses after the 3rd pair and they were sure to explain the procedures of trying on due to COVID which was clear instructions. I will be returning to this location.

This is an impressive place. It is clean and appears to be well run. The employees are exceptionally nice. The doctor I visited was professional and very helpful. Like her bio on the website she took the time to address my questions and provide complete and comprehensive answers.

I visited for the first time last week and saw Dr. Daniel Price. He was very attentive to my previous/ongoing eye issues and recommended me a brand of contacts that his wife personally uses. One of the other employees, Catherine, helped me find eyeglasses covered by my insurance that was similar to the shape of my current glasses per my request.

From check in to seeing the doctor (who is amazing) and the ladies that fix your glasses just amazing and kind and efficient

This was my first time here since I moved to Texas from California last August. Everyone in the office were very nice. I saw Dr. Dinh who was so nice and very thorough. She gave me some new information on some vision issues which gave me some options to improve things. I am so happy I found this place and I will continue to go here for all vision issues.

Great Customer Care! I went to see Dr Dinh and my mom Dr Allison Price. Both doctors treated us with so much care. I highly recommended either doctor. They treat you like family. They also have people who speak Spanish. The staff follows all COVID guidelines and their office is very clean.

My husband and I have been going to Advance Eyecare for 3 years. We love it. The staff is amazing. My favorite is Christie. She picks out my glasses and I am always cute. If you are looking for a new Eyecare this is the place.

Glasses incorrectly made 2x. I then took them to my Eye Dr and had her recheck my eyes and she looked at the lenses under her microscope and found they were wrong. Even measured the axis. It was incorrect. I called advanced eyecare because I purchased the lenses and frames here......its a mistake I wont do again. The manager is rude. She said we will not remake these again. I said well I will file a false claim with my.insurance and tell them they can contact my eye Dr and find out what happened. Do not come here!

They took care of the papers, I got my vision tested and for the first time, Dr. Lee gave me options, listened to all the improvements I wanted to have, and DELIVERED on every one of them.I even got the whole visit done in 30 mins. The bar is set so very high for the next years visit. Im not saying anything for certain, but I will look here first and probably not find a better experience.

I’ve been going to Advanced a while now, (3 yr+)and Dr Price is nothing short of amazing as well as her staff. Even during this pandemic 😷 they safely saw me and got me new glasses in less than the quoted time. Now here is months later, and I’m leaving the store my glasses fall off my face. Get really scratched lenses!! I call Advance explain my situation, and because I choose a higher quality lens it came with replacement warranty! I’m beyond over joyed and thankful to them!!

I really enjoyed the office and Dr. Price (male). I went a week ago and felt very safe - the way they wiped down pens and the clipboard, even how they had you try on frames and cleaned them after you were done hunting through the frames. Dr. Price is nice and engaging and explained what had changed in my prescription in an easy to understand manner. They also worked with my Vision insurance which was great! I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been going to Advanced eye care since at least 2010 and we love this office! The doctors and staff have always been very kind and friendly. Always willing to help and make sure you understand everything! Will continue to go to them as long as we can.

My experience at advanced eye care was good and it was my first time visiting this office. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Shortly after, I was having my eye exam. Very close attention was paid to having a sterile environment regarding the corona virus every step of the way. The Doctor Robin Hughs was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and conducted a thorough exam. I look forward to my next visit with confidence that I will receive excellent care for my eyes.

Dr. Price is the absolute best eye doctor. She listens to your concerns and answers your questions and is very encouraging. The staff are very pleasant and take care of you. The only issue I had is the selection of glasses. There are not very many to choose from and I have a difficult time bc I cant see, I need bright lights and large mirrors that I can put close to my face. But the young lady certainly helped she actually had to pick them for me.

I hate to write a “bad review” because the doctors are incredibly amazing, friendly and never felt more welcome but what you buy and how it last its a major part of a company, but that its a huge deal in a company and thats mainly the reason I don’t give it one star because the doctors were incredibly nice, I got some glasses for work, I work in-front of a computer that being said I don’t wear the glasses on the daily but within the first week I had scratches on my lenses after I got the coatings to prevent them but i figured it was just my fault and just carry on my life eventually i just saw a little more scratches and i just though it was weird because never gotten that protection and now that i did i had so many more but i could still see, 2 months later closing the glasses felt like it was something stuck in it gave it a check at it was nothing they just felt that way. But now i had it the glasses look much older then i had them and the part the closes the glasses are green like if i had them dip in water or something, just very disappointed because they aren’t cheap glasses and when I bought cheaper ones at Americas best because i didn’t had insurance at the moment they lasted me years and in fact i still have them.

I hesitate to post a review, simply because I want to be able to get an appointment! This practice is over the top. The service and availability is way above what is expected. Dr Price is so accommodating and personable, giving me a thorough explanation and reasoning for his prescription for me along with options. The practice also allowed my wife to get an exam at the same time of my appointment during the busiest time of year. This is the best optometrist I have been to in over 25 years of eye correction. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
