We went there to browse glasses, the rope to the glasses section was half blocked, so we were not sure if it was open or not. Being COVID times, we were very careful and only touched and held onto one pair of glasses. We didn’t see there was a sign until the rude employee with a lab coat without credentials approached us. Her attitude was very condescending and tone was inappropriate with my child there.She went on “did you not see the sign there we are not open”. No we didn’t, next time display it on the rope and completely close off your area instead of having a half-a** sign made in notepad put to the side. Literally the sign said closed until 1:30 and it was almost 1:50 when we were there. Then she asks if we were using insurance, what price range, lenses are “free” for children glasses, and all that. Then becomes rude again “did you not see my sign”.I just walked off and took my business elsewhere. I’m glad I did because I found kind and knowledgeable people at LensCrafters. I should have gone there in the first place. I couldn’t image going back to this Sam’s club for glasses repair knowing that kind of attitude is allowed to be there. Other reviews below mine have the same issue within months of each other. I do not plan to return to any Sams club for glasses.Things to improve on:1. Put better signage up; with red stop signs, something that doesn’t blend in.2. Employee training in customer service3. Get rid of that employee, you are losing business.

Very rude personal seems like they dont know how to do their work. A Hispanic tall slim lady has a very rude attitude and doesnt seem to care about customers. She just plain solid rude. I will take my business elsewhere. Need better personal

I didn’t care for the ladies working there today March 31,2021 at 1:30 pm a Hispanic lady and an older white woman. They had a snobby attitude and I didn’t like the tone in which they spoke to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I also didn’t appreciate one of them yelling after me when I had already been standing there at the front desk for 5-10 minutes and she never said a word. So I walked off she was yelling at me in a very condescending tone if I needed help or what????Very unprofessional.

The lady there her name starts with a Y, she was a life saver! My husband could not see after loosing a contact and she was quick to help.

I have been going here for years and my sister as well ♡.
