Some of the people that work here a great and others don’t know anything. I don’t get my eye exam here but they do have a great selection of glasses. They take great care of you, usually in and out.

Really excellent. The whole staff is super helpful and friendly. It usually feels like a fiasco whenever I take my kids and myself for a block of three appointments, but everything was painless and went smoothly! Their procedures and equipment are way more up to date than our prior optometrist. No horrible dialating eye drops, and no air puff! My kids hated those and it was always a battle. Found our new optometrist for sure! The doctor is also very very nice and personal. Recommended!

You won’t have to wait very long to get seen if you have an appointment which I appreciated. The office is well kept and the doctors very professional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a bit more expensive than my previous eye doctor but the convenience and professionalism is worth it all.

Place let the phone ring for idk how long and when lady finally answered, she answered in a bad manner like if she was bothered. All I was trying to do was schedule my 4 year old who now needs glasses.. and at that, I had a simple yes or no question 😩

Dr. Do and all the staff at 20/20 iCare are phenomenal. They are able to address all my basic optometry needs; including yearly exams, contacts and glasses, but they were able to identify a particular eye pathology that I was symptomatic for. I am now more aware of the health of my eyes than I have ever been, and have Dr. Do to thank for that. They are thorough and compassionate in their work and for their clients.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Got an exam and our glasses last year. Came back for a follow-up. There was NO wait time when we arrived even with the COVID protocols in place. The staff was welcoming and professional. Dr Samin is an awesome doctor and very easy to talk to. She answered all our questions. After the exam, we enjoyed old school music with the staff while we discussed our payment and benefits. We were in an out in a reasonable amount of time so we could enjoy the rest of our day.

My wife saw Dr. Doan this time. She felt her time spent with the doctor was rushed. Dr.Doan talked fast like she was in a hurry. Everything was fast. Taking time with patients allows you to get to know them better and really hear their concerns. My wife didnt feel like she received compassionate care. The reason Im posting on her behalf is due to the fact Google doesnt allow multiple posts from the same Google user. My wife already had a post from a year ago with Dr. Hoang at this eye clinic.

Dr. Samin was very polite and took good care of me. Made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had.Also the staff is always friendly and they always acknowledge you when you walk in (some places don’t lol) Highly recommend! :)

Easy and quick examination with barely any wait time (early morning). Dr. Doan addressed any concerns I had. Staff is friendly and very helpful when I was selecting a pair of glasses (everyone seemed to enjoy working there).The practice is well prepared against COVID-19. Patients use trays to place glasses after trying them on which will be sanitized before being replaced back onto the display shelves again. Used pens when filling out paperwork is also sanitized. I personally appreciate the little things employees do to be helpful and safe.

The doctors are great. The employees that assist you with insurance questions and eye wear are amazing. On the other hand, the employees at the front desk are so unprofessional. Without communicating with others in the office. I was chased out the front door and asked if I paid. Told the employee that I did and then I was told to wait because she had to check. When I called back to express how I felt about the situation. They didn’t show any concerns. Stated that it was a mistake and did not offer an apology. The way she spoke on the phone was very nonchalant and she continued to rush me off the phone. My family and I have gone here for years, but this will definitely be our last time.

I went to 20/20 iCare for the first time today. Dr Doan was awesome , I am typically nervous when I go to someone I don’t know but she put me at ease immediately and was so nice. Yvonne helped me find the perfect frames and contacts. She was the sweetest person ever, very good and knowledgeable and didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need like a lot of Vision centers. Love this office! Been going for years and people know us by name and/or face. Went this month for my yearly and Dr. Jenny was great. Both sales ladies were awesome and helpful. The first day (same day as my exam) one young lady helped pick out glasses and was very patient with my particular self. I went back again today, to get a second pair and the other sales woman Yvonne was just as awesome! She welcomed me by name, helped select a second pair, and was informative as well as courteous. I appreciate the atmosphere and feeling like I’m appreciated in return. Going on five years now and never changing!

When you make a appointment for 3 members of your family two week ahead and the day of the appointment tell you that they only have 1 space to take care you. That is definitely really bad service. Dont waste you time like me...And no they did no offer to take care my family as a walk-in. They told me that the only thing that they can do for me is to make a appointment for another day...Please dont lie.

Dr. Do is super patient and very thorough. Out of all of the times I had my eyes checked by other doctors in the last 8 years, Dr. Do was the only one that questioned whether or not I ever had allergies in my eyes before. I always thought I just had super watery eyes. He prescribed eye drop medication and has helped me so much with something I just thought was normal for me. He also redid my eye exam when I had a hard time reading or seeing my computer screen and was able to adjust my prescription. They have a pretty wide variety of name-brand glasses as well. Prices could be a little better but with the luxury brand, it makes sense. Staff was friendly and were able to answer all of questions. They worked quickly and was able to process my order in on my last day of insurance. I highly recommend.

Ive gone to this location for over 8 years. I waited until I was out of contacts and called to make an appointment last minute. Junior answered the phone and was polite, knowledgeable regarding my insurance and booked my appointment asap. I arrived and was greeted immediately by cheerful staff. Tim told me he could assist me and was very personable. He did my I initial testing and then told me the Dr would be right with me. The door barely closed when this sweet Dr came in. She was professional with the sweetest personality. She gave my eyes a thorough exam and asked if I had any questions. She then showed me to a chair where I finalized my transaction and paid. The whole experience was 5 STAR. I had read the reviews and almost didnt go back to this office because of the low rating and then I decided I had always had a good experience so I would decide for myself. Im glad I trusted my instinct and the staff at this office. The manager and the 6 staff members plus the doctor were all great. I highly still recommend this office.

SCHEDULE WITH DR SAMIN!Went today for an exam. Staff was super nice and helpful. The doctor actually cared about getting my prescription right. Unlike the others that hurry you up and try to get to their next appointment. The lady (didn’t get her name) who assisted me after the exam for my frame purchase was extremely helpful as well. I have been coming here for 8 years and this will be my last time. I have had serious eye problems the past couple of months (distorted vision, blurred vision, eye pain, etc). I had to come back for 3 visits and I never felt heard. Every time I spoke to the front desk they spoke to me like I was a nuisance to them. No one ever said they were sorry for the issues I was having.Several times I was told that appointment would happen at a certain time or that contacts would be delivered and when I called to asked about it, the front desk just seemed annoyed that I was calling. They got my contact order wrong as well. You would think if they made a mistake they still seemed annoyed that I had other issues.I am getting married this month and am unable to see. Though my situation was difficult, I never heard anyone say they were sorry or they understood. They just treated me like a burden and the front desk staff even laughed at me when I came to pick up trial contacts. They said “now these are our last trials, ok?” and some of the front desk laughed under their breath.I just felt very disrespected and like a burden to the front desk.I ended up needing sinus surgery as this was causing my eye issues, once I get my surgery and contacts I will not be back here.
