Staff was courteous, following all HIPPA guidelines. They were thorough in their examinations - allow about 2 hours for appointment times. I felt cared for, not forgotten. They answered all of my questions about the overall health of my eyes and a course of action.

Boling Vision Center in Elkhart is amazing! I had cataract surgery on my left eye because I could not see anything except a super thick fog. The surgery was a success and I have 20/20 in that eye and can see great. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOLING VISION AND STAFF!!!! THANK YOU!!

Even though the check in was very slow, (only one person on duty) the rest of the exam was pretty efficient and thorough. Very thorough.

My experience was very today, but I was not informed before cataract surgery got the concentric circles I would see around all headlights at night. Didn’t know that this complication could be bad enough to need to have the lenses removed and replaced. The. I would have to wear near vision lenses to read.

Boeings phone system may be the worse Ive ever experienced and Ive been around a long time. I called four times today to try to reschedule an appointment and never could get it done. The last I heard was that they may call me back sometime. Im retired but I still dont feel like I have all day to sit around on the phone. Come on Boling give us a break. The one star rating is just for the phone service otherwise Boling has been great.

We were there over 2 hours to get a cyst checked out on my 3 year old sons eye. Extremely slow service. I will never go back! It was an hour after our appointment time that we were finally taken back to a room. Waited another hour in the room. Then we waited so long at the check out desk we just left.

Waiting longer than usual but know emergency stuff happens which makes it acceptable, otherwise good friendly staff

My 5 year old was referred by his doctor for lazy eye. The entire staff was incredible. First we met Heidi at the front desk she was polite and sweet. Next we met Taylor who my son would not stop talking too. She did so good with him. Our Dr. Was dr. Polhamus she was absolutely thorough and friendly and accomodating to the needs of a 5 year old. We ended our appointment with John, who my son showed dance moves and too and quite honestly now believes they are best friends. Eye Dr apta. Can be tricky for kids but it was quite honestly FUN for him I was so greatful!!

Very pleased with the kind, caring staff and enviroment. Really appreciated the coffee in the waiting area. It was much needed on Halloween 2019 when I went with my family. Very cold and rainy day. Staff was dressed as Crayola crayons, which was very cute! Very family friendly and understanding of my Autism/sensory challenges. Explained everything they did before doing so in a way I could understand. Ordered my contact lenses on Halloween, but am still waiting for them, but also received a courtesy call, regarding my order. Very pleased with the service provided and care. I would recommend Boling Vision to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor. Really enjoy all the neat tech they use in their office as well!

Once again, my experience yesterday at the Goshen office was outstanding. Every interaction was prompt, friendly, and the necessary extra care all the staff has taken due to COVID, was appreciated and I felt safe and secure. I want to thank Dr Polhamus again for her exceptional knowledge, warm, positive, and caring manner. Today was my first visit to Boling Vision Center. I was impressed with the care and attention given for my eye health. The wait time was not bad considering I came at 11:50 a.m. Thank you for showing professionalism and care.

I met Cindy here for a LASIK consult. I love that I was able to reschedule to this office due to my work schedule. She goes to different offices which is great for flexibility. Cindy explained everything to me, and I was able to book the same day. They can get you in soon or book out if needed! It is GREAT for planning. I loved the office staff, it was just a great experience.

Love the staff at the Goshen office! So kind and patient when bringing in my 80-year-old grandmother. They were quick to hold the door open for us when we arrived and assisted us into an exam lane that was wheelchair accessible. The exam was very informative and the doctor took the time time answer all our questions. We left feeling more like family than and number. Will definitely be returning with my whole family.

Took my mom to her exam and she needed a translator and that was no issues they were very helpful and professional and spoke Spanish to my mom and had her feel so good about her exam! She loved it!

Nice friendly staff, they care about you. Dr. Polhamus is great offering you different options. My only complaint is the wait time. On all of my appointments I have to wait @ 1/2 past my appointment time. I view that as they dont think my time is valuable.
