Great customer service and my glasses were perfect! They made sure that they fit and that I could see both up close and far away, and serviced my glasses frames when I broke them. I’m not a first time customer, and have bought four pair of glasses from them over the last 8 to 10 years. Keep up the good work!

Employees were strange. They didn’t act like they wanted to be there or do their job. My eye appointment was rushed and ofcourse I can’t see out of my glasses and they refuse to refund me they want me to come back in and I don’t want another eye check there! AVOID THIS PLACE go to an ACTUAL eye doctor!

The ladies at the vision center are amazing! My dad wanted New glasses before he passed away. They rushed to get him in, rushed his glasses in. He didnt make it before they came in. They helped us and were so amazing! I will come see them if I ever need to see.

First of all I called in to see if there was a wait. Joyce said no. Get there, theres a wait. In fact there had been a wait. She was very very rude. This is just yet another reason never to shop at this place!! Joyce if you hate tmyour job this bad retire, quit, just leave. Hopefully, they will get some employees who like there job.

They are not equipped to accommodate handicapped people, particularly those in a wheelchair.

Called spoke to Marcie and she told us they were open today Sunday February 25, 2018 @ 1:45pm and she informed me they were open until 5pm today. We got there at exactly 3:45pm and no one was there. So we stopped one of the Wal-Mart employees and spoke to them about why no one was there. Well that associate informed us that the vision center there is usually closed on Sundays. And we told her that we did call and had proof of the time we called and we spoke to Marcie and when Marcie who works in the vision center. But no one was there. Very service and wrongfully giving false information to customers. Definitely not ok Wal-Mart vision center!
