We were greeted kindly by Jessica, she was very patient. It was quite busy while we were there but never felt ignored! Jessica took the time to go over all our vision benefits, options, and explained our cost patiently. Never felt pressured for anything. Excellent experience!

We went in on a Wednesday and advised it would be around 5:30 that they would be done. First I had to fill out there form which had new phone number and address. I told them I would be back the next day around 10:30 and she said that they open at 10. So I came back the next day at around 10:30 and now it is almost 12?noon and still are not done. I am not happy at all about this place

The service is great but you need more employees, but everyone understands that there is a shortage of workers.

Do not let the name fool you, the only thing express about this store is how FAST the glasses are made; the customer service is bar none, the absolute most thorough and truly caring Ive ever had. Laura is an absolute saint, anyone who works as hard as she has and is as able to still be friendly and helpful deserves a raise. She has been meticulous in ensuring that I have the right glasses and that the lenses are a good fit for me, the ever sensitive customer. This isnt just a one time experience Im speaking of, from entering the store, to individual care, consulting, aftercare and all conceivable questions, Laura and her team are on top of ensuring a GREAT experience. Ashley was also so kind and clearly very knowledgeable. Laura had done a heck of a job training her staff and it shows!Also the store is immaculate and they are diligent about cleaning and sanitizing.

Got in for an exam and got glasses the same day. Helpful staff, glasses made well.

They were very busy on a Saturday so I waited over an hour to be helped but Ashley helped me and she did an AMAZING job! Great customer service and hospitality! Both pair were ready within 45mins. I was very impressed!

Wow I think they should take down their one hour service and make it one month service. Very poor service plus they said they would send them out the next day but I called in a week later and they still arent sent out. Disgusting!!! Still dont have them. Definitely not 1 star rate worth.

I chose Eye Mart because of their reviews and I could get in sooner than my regular eye Dr. My first visit took FOREVER! They need more help! I got a text saying my glasses were ready. So I drove 45 minutes and stood waiting for at least another 45-60 minutes only to be told only my readers were ready! They didnt tell me I would expect 2 notifications or I would have waited. I only hope my glasses are useable. They need MORE HELP!

Best customer service I’ve had in years and I’m 70. I’d have to say that this has been my best experience buying a pair of RX glasses. I had the pleasure of working with Craig, the store Mgr and Jessica. Very knowledgeable, courteous, caring people. “0” pressure and spent over an hour with me. Great selection, price and fit. Would recommend highly. I’ll be buying my sunglasses soon. Attn: Veterans with no insurance, they offer a Military discount!

They are really friendly and helpful! Ashley is my favorite person, this is my second time purchasing glasses here. She always makes the experience comfortable. The prices are awesome and they get you out fast so theres barely a wait time.

I was hesitant going to a “glasses-in-an-hour” place but was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service, reasonable cost for glasses and glasses in less than an hour... that were almost perfect! In less than 24 hours I had perfect glasses for far, far less than what I paid at an eyewear gallery (which after four months I am STILL waiting for those $$$$ glasses to come back correct). I am so happy to have given Eyemart Express a try!

But quality of lens re less then 1. My safety glasses had a scratch barely out the door. I cant see out of the pair, I have had for about 3 weeks because they are scratched so bad. I ha e had glasses for 35 years so I know its not just me. I look at reviews before I make a decision on going new places so I hope the honesty helps

I stopped in to see if they would honor a current prescription from a very close (by location) competitor and walked out an hour later at their closing time with one new pair of amazing glasses on and another to be picked up the next day. We were created as soon as we walked in the door . Everyone was incredibly kind and very well educated about all of the eye wear products . They were also very patient , listened to our budget and took everything we said into consideration to find the best deal for us. I would highly recommend them .

I was very happy with the customer service there. Everybody was very helpful. The girl that wrote down the order for my glasses told me it would be 2hrs for them to be ready to pick up and they sent me a message in 24min that they were done. I see no reason to go anywhere else with service like that.

I came in on Friday ! Was able to get an eye exam done for a fair price. I was also able to pick a frame with discounts as well as it was ready within the hour. Ashley was really helpful and great employee.Actually my glasses was ready in 7 minutes and it was easy because I received a text say they were available for pick up. The prices are fair for frames as well as many options available.I will be staying here with this company.Thanks again Eyemart Express !!!

WOW! Ive been wearing glasses for 56 years now and have been to a lot of different places for eye exams and getting my eye glasses, and by far this is the best place to go! They treat you as a person not a number, from the moment you walk in the door till the time you walk out youre treated like family! Yadira, Ashley, Craig and the rest did a super job taking care of my wife and myself, from picking out frames to filing the paperwork for insurance they went above and beyond. Its great to see people enjoying and loving their jobs, makes a big difference and a great experience for the customer.Got a great eye exam, great Doctor, he didnt skip a beat, checked everything and answered all my questions. Were very happy with our new glasses, we can see better than ever, Happy, Happy,Happy!When they advertise Right Glasses, Right Price, Right Now they mean it,we had ours in 44 minutes!To the person who left 4 stars and said there is always room for improvement, you cant improve on perfection! I went to Eyemart express at the end of December 2020 and I paid for my glasses and after waiting for weeks to get them I go in and I was told that the right lens was scratched so I could go ahead and take that pair they would order another pair and I find out today that I will not get them until 11 February when I pick these up the tray had three different sets ofFrames and lenses in the basket and the frames kept breaking or the lens got scratched repair that they let me use the frames have broke so as much money as I paid for these glasses I am very displeased

This place is amazing! Unheard of in todays world. I walked in with broken glasses that I did not purchase here...they fixed them, did an exam, and I can pick up my new glasses in a few days!I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!Thank you Eyemart

My daughter would give 10 stars if she could. First time for my 11 year old going to eye doctor and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Craig helped my daughter find the right fit for her eyes and was very patient with her. Thank you all so much! We will be back.

I walked in 10 till close not expecting to get my glasses that day and they set me up with three pairs and stayed a couple minutes over to make sure I was satisfied! Great customer service and for 38$ for 2 pairs sounds like a dream come true. They even were able to make a pair of lenses for my glasses I had from over a year ago. I had smashed my sunglasses and I thought they were unfixable was going to buy a new one when Bailey said give me a minute and brought them back out looking like they were new again. Wish I could give more stars than just 5, I am highly satisfied and will be back!

The employees were super nice here, they were welcoming and encouraging when I told them I had no idea how to get glasses. They walked me through the process and even tho my insurance was out of network they helped me get the best deal. While I ended up paying $200 for 2 glasses they were ready in 20 mins and they helped me get the right fit!The warrenty on my glasses was very reassuring and reasonable priced. They have made 2 adjustments since I bought my glasses and never made me feel like i was bugging them.I love that they want to help you and arent cheating you to get an extra sale. They let me make my own choices and answered all my questions with patience and grace.Needless to say I will take advantage of my insurance and be back for some sunglasses next summer!

I had appointment with eyemart in goshen on 11/22/19 they had even call me to confirm my appointment what they did not tell me that they do not accept care credit they could told me that over the phone which they didnt at all i had fine that out when i got there at the place what was so dumped was the eyemart store takes care credit but the doctor does not i will never go that place again i only giving it one star they should told me right in the beginning that they did not take it at all
