Do NOT waste your time with this place. It starts with the NP not providing the zoom link for my appointment. Calling gets you voicemail that once out of four times was returned. The group leaders are a joke. Unprofessional, not organized, and lack common leadership skills as basic is going over group rules. One of the leaders either sent to me by mistake or copied me in on her message to the other bad mouthing me. The material for the class was suppose to be mailed to everyone. Nobody had the material. They make it sound great with all they offer however the reality is they lack skills, my assumption is they have little to no experience and are just going through the motions.

Both of my daughters received counciling at the Glendale location after they lost someone near and dear to them. They were both seen by Abby, she played a significant role in my children being able to move forward from this loss. Thank you Abby for doing such a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get grief counciling for themselves or a loved one.CPL. FreyU.S.M.C.

Most unprofessional place ever. After my assessment I was given the wrong address to the location of the class so that was 1 Saturday lost, next mess up was they sent me a text verification saying I was supposed to show up to a class on Nov 23rd which wasn’t a 2nd or 3rd Saturday so I called to make sure the text was correct and to verify there was a class being held on the 23rd they tell me yes there is a class on the 23rd so I showed up and was forced to wait for an hour before they told me there wasn’t a class being held that day. Next mistake and the biggest mistake they call me on the 25th 2 days after I had showed up to that class that wasn’t being held they called to tell me I had completed my 2 classes so they were faxing me and the court my certificate of completion, apparently they didn’t mean to do that because they notified the court saying I still wasn’t completed, the judge told me if I got him the certificate before my court date on the 12th I didn’t have to show up in person so because they told me I had completed my classes sent me my certificate and everything but told the court I was not done yet never cleared it up with me I now have a warrant out for my arrest for failing to appear to a court date I no longer thought I had. The only thing lifeline had to say was I can come in for a class next weekend and they will give me another certificate smh so their solution to making all those mistakes is me paying them another $50 and spending 8 more hours with them, it is absolutely ridiculous (Recap) I was given the wrong address by 1 employee making me show up to a bank all the way on the other side of town so missed the class, I received a mystery text telling me to show up to a class I call them to confirm with someone on the phone and not text and they confirm yes you have class I show up and am forced to wait an hour before being sent home with a sorry,an employee called on my birthday telling me I’ve completed my 2 classes the only thing I had to do for the court they faxed me and the court my certificate of completion they then called the court saying ”ooops hes not done” but never notified me to say “hey sorry that was a mix up you still have 1 more class so you might wanna show up to court or anything else you have going on” now their solution is give them more of my time/money and business.Oh and don’t count on getting anyone on the phone in any reasonable amount of time I spent 45 mins in the courthouse lobby 1 day before all of this just trying to get a hold of anyone at any of their locations because the judge wouldn’t let me leave until they faxed the court proof of me showing up the the assessment. That was 45 mins of calling every single one of their locations back to back to back getting voicemail at all of them. I’ve never left a review for a place online I’m the type of person that either will continue to give you my business or I won’t but this place seriously played with my life and they have no solution they don’t care they know they will have a steady flow of people through the courts that NEED to do these classes to move on with their lives. My only good experience with this place was with the gentleman that conducted the class Brian he is a good man I have nothing bad to say about him actually quite the opposite ,if he was the only one you had to deal with in this company you’d be in great shape.

Front desk woman was unbelievably rude and clearly only policy driven. Obviously doesnt care about people...refused to see us because a form was not filled out. A real hateful person. I have no idea if the therapists were worth seeing...the nasty woman at the front ruined any chance to find out. I would never recommend this place with broomhilda being your first impression.

My daughter saw a therapist at lifeline PCS west in Arizona. At the end of her treatment I requested a recommendation letter. The manager Kris told me it would be ready on Monday the 16th, we are already a week over that point and I still havent heard from them. They will not return my calls, emails or get me schedule to talk to them about this matter. Their customer service and unwillingness to help and support clients especially children after their treatment and for their best interest is a big concern. If you have kids please do more research before you enroll them in a place like this. I would NOT recommend Lifeline PCS.
