I have been a patient with Redirect (Previously Arrowhead health) for about 3 years now. I see Jamie and she is simply amazing! Every provider I have seen at the clinic is kind and informative! Will recommend to anyone!

I got a same day appointment, didnt have to wait long at all and EVERYONE was sweet as can be and my Dr and nurse listened to me.

Thank you redirect health for providing such prompt courteous care while I was getting my covid-19 test this morning. It was not an experience that I anticipated being that easy and that Pleasant. I thank the young lady who did the test she was efficient kind and gentle. I have had great care in your practice. Thank you for being there. The innovative ways you are providing safe care for all are most appreciated in these trying times.

I was very impressed w the service that I got. I didnt go in for anything major, just my hip was bothering me. Got iced, electric massage, & physical massage all before the chiropractor did his thing! Chiropractor was very knowledgeable &helpful. Took care of a my hip &have me a tune up. Super low pressure, just said to come back if it bothers again. Next day I was totally pain free.

The video call didnt happen but I count that inexperience with app since it was my first time. All my other experiences prior to the days of Corona have been great as well. Everyone is nice and attentive. I never have any apprehension about going to an appointment like I had in the past with other offices. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead to others.

I just started going to this health center and love it. The doctors follow up with me and take good care of my needs. This is a different experience than a doctors office, but very good. Am glad that I chose them. Kendra Scott is awesome!

I haven’t Seen a primary care doctor in a few years. But after my visit, I’m definitely not coming back and will continue my search. Not fan. I felt like a number on a conveyor belt. My doctor was dry and I couldn’t tell if she really cared at all. Super transactional. I almost felt embarrassed describing my symptoms. I was actually looking forward to this visit so I can get relief. The search continues

Love Dr Janice. But the dr visits go so fast. Right now i have so much going on personally which is severely affecting me mentally, which in turn is affecting me physically. I remember when i was younger i never had physical affects if i was stressed. I also lost my younger brother Sam, and my godmother my aunt bea.

Wow I am SO impressed. As a new patient, I am very picky and observant with new doctors offices and I must say this was the best new patient experience I have ever had. The schedulers got me in very quick, and the front desk were so nice and got me checked in quickly. The nurse checking me in Brooklyn is such a sweetheart. She was so bubbly and offered me water before she left the room!? A1 service! She really took the time to take care of me which I was so impressed. Thank you Brooklyn. I was scheduled with a provider named Jonathan and I was a little confused after my appointment but Christian the front desk was kind enough to explain my next steps for blood work. The Spruce app was easy to use, I had my virtual appointment with Katherine using the Spruce site via a browser window on my Mac using Safari. Clear communication, and easy to use. Thanks for making appointments easier during this pandemic!

By far the best health insurance company with their customer service. Of course it is limited in coverage, but amazing in what they can cover. I had a doctor call me at midnight to get a test scheduled at 9am after I had sent a message in the app around 11pm.

Wow, what very nice people. They were running a little late, but I was advised when I got there, so... Its Christmas Eve, and everyone was SO nice. Ho, Ho, Ho. 🎄 The woman who took care of me was SO funny, informative and all out great to work with. She made me comfortable immediately. So far, its two for two. The Surprise office was great too. Merry Christmas to ALL of the people at Arrowhead Health, and Thank You for being there for me.

COVID - CAUTION FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!Be warned: Doctor Johnathon Swierski just told my covid positive wife (paraphrasing), The news is overhyping it. Its barely worse than a normal cold. My kid still goes to jujitsu still and I still take my wife out for dinner. And then told us it should be fine if the covid negative people in the house (me and our 2 kids) are around the covid positive person.So, uh, avoid this location I guess unless you want to let a doctors personal politics influence your and your families care.Eat a big fat bag of Ds, Dr. J.

Doctor didn’t care at all to learn my medical history, or inquire or suggest alternatives to my medication.It felt like a bunch of young adults wearing labcoats and “playing” at being legitimate, credentialed doctors. [BTW: having a monthly C class medicine does not make you an abuser of a medicine.]“We just don’t” was the explanation for the medicine I’ve had to take for the past 10+ years. Sorry for having extreme anxiety. Guilt me, you 22 yr old.I know what works and I’ve tried the rest. Will find a doctor that gives a dang.

Have been a patient with Arrowhead Health for 15+ years. I have always been treated with respect and compassion. My pain management doctor, Dr. V and her nurse Monica are the most amazing women. They are very caring and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Arrowhead for all the years of excellent care.

Arrowhead Health is clean, quiet, quick and professional. I don’t go to the Doctor often but when I have to I am happy to go here. Love the new location and staff. Dr. Jaime Serrano was kind and helpful in diagnosing and treating my Bronchitis and sending me on my way as quickly as she could so I could get home and rest. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻

The place is neat and clean! We were taken in quickly and on time. Everyone was very pleasant. The Dr was amazing and patient with my three year old. My only suggest would be to get some kids books or toys that the kids could play with while they wait if you are offering services to pediatrics. Otherwise A + all the way!

The service at Redirect was great. They sent me for an ultrasound at SimonMed here is a different story. Please choose your partners carefully. I walked in at 9:25 am for a 9:30 am appointment. Checked in finally at 9:55am then the receptionist said they are taking the 9:45 appointment and will squeeze me in after that....this is not good service.

Representative April got me in right away. Dr West very nice. Listened to all my symptoms. Recommended treatments. Virtual Tele Dr good experience.

I have been with Arrowhead Health for a long time. I believe the staff is dedicated to each patient. They are caring. I hope that someone new looking for a good experience will give Arrowhead Health a try.

Bad experience. Billing department is very poor managed. I am not confident. Will be looking for another provider! Looking at the reviews there is a pattern and the words are similar i am questioning my self how legit are they!

I had a Telehealth visit with Julianne Magdaleno and she was great! I did not feel rushed and felt like she genuinely cared about what I am going through. She ordered a variety of tests to look into what is causing my symptoms, which is what I was hoping for.

Virtual visit was easy to complete. Just had to download the app and all took place in the app. Only downside was I still ended up waiting 10 minutes past my appointment time before the call. At least I didn’t have to go anywhere!

Dr. V is always very understanding concerned and helpful. She listens to everything I say and tries to give me the best advice possible. she keeps up with my condition accordingly and prescribes whatever is needed.

First visit there. I am a nurse so I am critical on what I see and what I expect from myself as a professional. Front desk person was great. MA did not introduce herself. Went in for a physical, and apparently you cannot ask for medications to be filled at the time of your physical. Need to make an additional apt. It is hard for me as a nurse to get the day off.I was switched to him last minute and I already had the day off. He did not listen to my husbands concerns when he did a telehealth visit either. Listening is a part of a providers job. I will not see PA Swierski again.

I’m so happy to have found Arrowhead Health Centers. Their facility on Bell is clean and welcoming. I love that they even have a guitar hanging on the wall for patients to pick up and play.The front and back office are friendly and knowledgeable. I saw Theresa Pashcal who was easy to talk to and answered any question I had.I would highly recommend their office.

Fantastic. I was sick and I was rested quickly and respectfully. The front desk folks are very kind and quick. The med assistants act like they actually have been trained! The whole office was great. It was my first visit and I was impressed.

Im not happy at all with todays visit. First off my appointment was at 9am. I arrived 15 minutes early. I checked in then was left in the waiting room til 9:45. I saw people walk in and get called back after I was waiting. Not ok to schedule a time and then neglect taking them back timely. I feel I wasnt important and dismissed as oh well when I asked why it took as long as it did.

I was very pleased with my experience with Arrowhead. The staff (and the Dr) were terrific. Right on top of things. I would recommend them to anyone.

My first time meeting Dr Swartzki and I say kudos and thumbs up for him. Kind and caring and listens and thorough. I finally have a good Dr. thank u Dr. S for everything. First impressions r everything and it started well with introducing yourself and a handshake with me. Plus the nice gal who weighed me in and took my height measurements. Kudos for her also. Just by saying have a nice day and conversing with me kindly. All this is important and it matters.

I have been coming here since forever and im always treated very well here. Today I checked in and was brought back within 5 minutes maybe not even that long. Great staff all around. Will continue coming here for my Primary Care needs.

Thank you to Dr. Johnathan and his team for helping our family. They were very respectful and helpful during our entire visit. The entire building was very clean and organized and I would recommend Dr. Johnathan to anyone.

The whole thing was painless, quick and easy. The only thing I had a problem with was how were they going to tell when I was well. But I guess the labs are still open for drawing blood.

The office staff are friendly and attentive. I got to the office early to fill out paper work, I sat down to wait In The lobby and I was already being called back before I could even put pen to paper. I saw a nurse practitioner and she was amazing! She listened to me and I think that’s a huge win in this field. I will definitely come back again when needed.

I go to Arrowhead health to visit Dr Cucitrone. He does a great job in restoring my mobility and maintenance, when I keep going. His team also does a great job. Not sure of their titles but the rollers, electric pulses and massages make me feel like a princess. Thanks to you all. Also, Dr has set up availability of extra care for a small fee. BEST IDEA EVER!!!!

Brooke was a very sweet nurse and I saw a new doctor (can’t remember his name) but very quick professional and helped me get a diagnosis meds ordered and on my way. Love Arrowhead because it never feels like a gross sick doctors office. It’s always clean!

I do not write reviws that often, but this time I feel I must. Arrowhead Health is top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful, Dr. Johnathan Swierski was both professional and caring for my needs. They understand the patients needs with a membership that is fair and affordable so patients receive the health care needed. I hesitated going, not knowing if I would receive the care I needed. Now i wish I had gone there sooner! Plus they offer complete health care, along with chiropractic, and pain management, as well as labs on site. I truly had a great experience. The first doctor I ever saw Dr. Teresa Peschal. She was amazing and I thought I found my place of care. She retired and it all went down hill. I saw a new provider Jaime Maratha. She never made eye contact, quickly shoved off the conversation of my mental health and needing help, and then proceeded to get short with me when I tried to ask for more time. She does not care about her patients, that was clear. I will never return to this facility. The place does not even deserve a star

She is thorough, personable, kind and explains everything so well.This is my 4th visit to her and I’m never nervous about going.Her assistant is very kind and compassionate and easy to talk to.The front desk personnel were also kind and worked in a timely fashion!

Not satisfied with the phone consultation. I still have to go to office for blood work. Which defeats the entire idea behind the appointment. Now I have to wait to schedule the blood work, the information therein being helpful to my health care professional.

I have been going to Arrowhead Health Center which is changed names to redirect health for many years now and have seen many of the doctors and nurses there. I have always been extremely happy with their efficiency and professionalism every single time. They get you in quickly Ive never had to wait more then 15 minutes. They explain everything and answer all of my questions. I would recommend this business for anybody looking for great health care! Also it is always very clean and organized.

Its a sad day when you cannot receive the results to your own Labs. In the 2 years I have been using Arrowhead, I have always received a phone call where the results were verbalized and what prescriptions were being sent, etc.Today, I get the call, but, told that I need to make an appointment or a phone visit for non-urgent results. I decide to make a phone visit, all the while asking why they cant just verbalize the results as they have always done. I never got an answer to this question. In addition, in order to set up this phone visit, Arrowhead stated that I would have to prepay the co-pay. What????? I did a phone visit in March and it was billed and I paid it in April. I have a zero balance account.What a mess and a disappoinment Arrowhead!

New to Phoenix and had a colleague recommend Arrowhead Health Center. I normally don’t write reviews , but I was extremely impressed with the care I received. Everyone at the center—from the front office, medical, and chiropractic staff—was exceptional. Most importantly, I highly recommend Dr. Johnston. She was knowledgeable and kind. Great medical care!

I came across Arrowhead Health Centers 3 years ago when I had an accident and my lawyers asked me to come here for my Chiropractic services. I was consistently seeing Robert Cucitrone for my adjustments and he was the nicest provider I have seen. He made me feel very comfortable every time I came in. Always remembered the conversations we had from previous appointments. He was truly caring and the staff as well. I saw him for about 3 months straight. I came across the clinic again this year because I was looking into a primary care doctor and recognized him in the provider list. That is how much of an impact he had in my treatment 3 years ago that I am writing a review now. Thank you!

Went to the 59th Street office for my ultra sound of my shoulder. The reception staff were very polite and got me checked in quickly. Short wait time til my appointment which I so appreciate. Rachel did my Ultra Sound. She is very professional, kind and understanding of why your there. I would recommend them and have given them a very strong 5 stars for today’s visit.

The video meeting was pretty awesome! I didn’t have to drive anywhere and was able to tell my symptoms I’m having within a few mins and now my labs are being ordered. Overall I would prefer video over going to the office any day :)

This place isn’t real.. can’t be.. compared to anywhere I’ve ever been this place is a dream.. unbelievable staff from the front desk all the way to the Dr. very thorough polite. It’s just too perfect to be true. After this place I would NEVER GO ANYWHERE AGAIN. They said my apt was at 745 I walked in the door at 744 the most beautiful nurse opened the door and called my name before I could sit down at 745. Just can’t say enough good stuff. The super nice lady that took my blood was the best I’ve ever been through. She was nice, made sure I was ok, I didn’t feel a thing, and was done. I hate needles and she made me comfortable from the front waiting room till she walked me out and was sooo nice!!!!! They said they would call me within 2 or 3 days to schedule my specialist apt. I didn’t even get home and they called. I don’t know when this place fell from heaven but I’m telling you it’s better than anywhere in the world. I had went to dignity health on olive and 51st. RUDE AND MORE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS IT COMES!! This place not once did I feel unwelcome or rushed. I honestly can’t say enough about this place and it’s staff. If all offices were like this people would love to go to the Dr.. I know I won’t mind from here on out!!!! Thank you staff you truly are the best in the industry and I hope you get the recognition that you deserve. And that’s not even possible. There isn’t enough out there to give!!!! No communication between staff and patients. Takes multiple phone calls and messages to just get test results . Would not recommend if you have ongoing health issues that need diagnosed or treated.

I have been to Arrowhead Health for a few years. I have had decent visits each time, but I do want to point out what I consider more exceptional service from Dr. Paschal. My daughter saw her a few months ago for a 1st visit. She was very thorough & answered all questions. So when I scheduled my physical I also asked for Dr. Paschal. I just thought she was amazing. She actually sat & talked with me about my health concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all or like I was wasting her time. I actually felt cared for. Not to mention her assistant was running a little late that morning & she had no issues with taking care of the pre-visit stuff like taking my temperature & blood pressure, etc. until her assistant arrived. To me that is top notch. In the past I have had trouble getting results back, but within 2 days I received a call about results & was told specifically what to do.

My virtual appointment went well; the app is easy to use. The doctors at Arrowhead Redirect always have taken good care of me.

Jaime has been my primary for many years now and does an amazing job. She also caught a cancer I had in the early stages, which more than likely saved my life.The office and staff are friendly and the facility offers a lot of services and support for patients.Highly recommend the Glendale office!

Great experience. I did not have a long wait upon arrival. The MAs and the PA I saw were fantastic. She gave me options for treatment and gave me some things to do at home to alleviate the pain. Wonderful health center.

Ive been going to Arrowhead Health now redirect for over 20 years. I watched it go from a small practice to the corporate behemoth it is now. The care quality of service and skill of support staff is not what it used to be. Time to look for a new provider.

Have been a patient of Arrowhead centers for almost 2 years. Everyone is helpful — some go above and beyond. However, my provider today, Julie Z., was especially remarkable! She listened to my concerns, provided information, mapped a direction to pursue in order to solve my problem, and she really seemed empathetic. As a medical professional, she was outstanding. I will continue to be a patient here because I feel I can really trust this provider to have my best interests foremost.

Dr. Shaw is awesome. Friendly, informative, good bedside manner. He has done 3 back surgeries on me, the last very successful. Got an ablation no back pain for two years. Unfortunately nerves grew back so will need a touch up. Better than pain meds. Dr. Shaw has many options for pain. Highly suggest him as a doc.

I have been a patient for years at Arrowhead health and I finally got a doctor that completely gets what I am going through. Julie Zafuto is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is not about medication she is all about finding what is the problem and fixing it. She takes time to listen and I have felt better than I ever have. Please dont let her go. She is wonderful.
