Just switched our whole family to Lakeshore from a big dental company and I am extremely glad I did. I was able to get an evening appointment in less than a week for a cleaning, then the next week for a crown. The cost was less I paid than my previous dentist and the staff is friendly but not fake, and seem genuinely happy to work there. They are also inclusive and diverse and the place is clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Lakeshore to all my teacher friends because it is 1000% better than where most of them go.

I have been going to Lakeshore family dentistry for a couple of years now in Greendale. I had a dental emergency, and was sent to their office in Glendale today. I could not be more pleased! Everyone at Lakeshore is always incredibly friendly and reassuring, which I appreciate a lot. Both doctors that have worked on my teeth readily explained exactly what and why they are doing in each operation, and all of the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable as well when it comes to that. The quality of work and lack of pain afterwards is really top level as well, I have been very happy with it, and their membership plan helps out as someone who doesn’t have dental insurance. They are also the best when it comes to keeping your appointment times and getting you taken care of promptly! When I have a 5:00 appointment, I am usually checked in at 5:00. I highly recommend Lakeshore and thank you to all of the staff!

Everyone is so very nice. They explain everything in detail. They take their time and answer any questions that I had. I hate needles and the dentist waited patiently until I was was ready for her to numb me. She was very gentle with doing my root canal. I didnt have any pain once the numbing went down. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to my family and friends or whoever would listen.

I looked them up on my provider network and, that same day, was able to get scheduled in to see someone as well as set up a teeth cleaning appointment 2 days later. Safe to say this will be my new dental place, as my previous dentistry that ive been going to for over 18 years said they couldnt get me in until next year February! All the staff I encountered here was very nice and courteous. I love the constant availability and that they offer emergency appointments for tooth problems. They keep in touch very often, whether its reaching me by email or via text message to remind me about my appointment or anything else. Highly recommend this place!

Due to COVID restrictions, supposed to reply by text or call when arriving at parking lot. Text not responded to, however, called in promptly after I called & seated in chair by hygienist within just a few minutes of appointment time. Experience with Brooke, the hygienist, very positive. However, when informed of which dentist I would be seeing, it was someone different than on previous visits. When I insisted on seeing the same dentist as on last visit, that was readily agreed to & my request to see the same dentist was noted. I’m not sure why this isn’t the default SOP; it certainly was when I was in active medical practice. Exam by Dr. Hall was pleasant & efficient, however, he took plenty of time to address my concerns.

Best experience & I have high dental anxiety. Office is very organized and efficient from start to finish. All staff, from the dental assistant, hygienist, to the dentist, and business manager were reassuring, informative, and patient.

I’ve had trouble for a few years finding a dentist office that truly cared about my teeth and why I was there. I’ve had some very troubling issues with dentists and how they treated their patients and also an office that can get me in during the week. Researching I found Lakeshore Family Dentistry. With only a handful of 1 star reviews, here we are. I went in because I had a chipped filling and knew I needed a crown more than likely. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I was treated like I mattered and I wasn’t just another dollar sign. Dr. Linh is phenomenal and she made me feel at home and at ease. I got treated, fitted for a temporary. Crown and my next appointment set with no issues. Got my permanent crown, fillings and a cleaning two weeks later and I’m happy to say I’ve found my forever dentist. Thank you Lakeshore Family Dentistry for caring.

When I tell you that this was the best dental experience I have ever had. I am truly afraid of the dentist, but LFD made me feel so comfortable and at home. They understood that I was scared also figured out ways to keep the pain down during my procedure. I highly recommend their office for anyone looking.

Excellent, safe (COVID), on time professional service from front to back. While at the same time maintaining a personal and friendly atmosphere. Shelly the dental hygienist who took care of me always does a great job on the dental end and listens to what my overall needs are too. Whether my questions involve insurance timelines, and or other facets she and the rest of the office support staff are on top it. My last visit I needed a filling replaced and a chipped tooth repaired. Dr. Linh diagnosed both dental issues in my morning cleaning and exam appointment, and I was able to come back later the same day in the afternoon to complete the needed dental work. Dr. Linh and her support staff took care of my dental repairs with such supportive care, skill, and professionalism. I was totally relaxed and impressed. At my age, not my first Rodeo (getting dental work done, actually too many times to count) let’s just say I can’t think of anyway they can improve. The whole experience was/is wrinkle free. I feel very fortunate to have them as part of my health care team.

When I finally built up the courage 10+ years since my last check-up and went to see Dr. Marli, no one scolded or shamed me. My teeth needed quite a bit of work, but I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect.They use the most current technology and practices to provide the best care possible. They are efficient and their processes are streamlined without making you feel rushed. And your comfort is important to them. I never experienced any pain.Every visit is a pleasant experience.
