Dr Ardalan and team are amazing, very professional, helpful and very attentive to all our family needs, it has been several years since we are attending Dr Ardalans office, it feels home, most of his staff are being there with him for a while, that says, that, hes not just a great dentist, but a great boss and human being too, keep up the great work guys

I was really impressed by everyone at the office. They were very kind and personable. And Dr Shahab Ardalan was so informative. He explained everything to me and also made me feel very comfortable under his care. I would recommend anyone to choose this dental office, I’m sure you will be impressed.

I had a great experience here. I had a wisdom tooth pulled, I liked how they walked me through each step and made sure I didn’t feel any pain! I will be calling them back to schedule a full exam. Definitely recommend this office!

I went to a previous pediatric dentist for my child and they were so rude. I called A&A and they treated us respectfully and saw my child immediately and kept me informed along the way. I will now use them for my family. Thank you too the great staff!

Called various dentists around Glendale, NO ONE! NO ONE would see me the same day for a wisdom tooth that was hurting and very uncomfortable. Dr. Ardalan and his WHOLE team were able to see me the same day and take GREAT care of me and have it extracted as well. I truly recommend them highly, they go over and beyond to personally take care of you. A+++.

This dentist is the worst place you can ever go to they don’t care about the pain your in and have the worst judgement ever and the girls in the front office are ghetto and rude. I’m surprised they were even given a job there

I highly recommend this place! They are always professional as well as friendly. They have taken great care of our large family for years now from cleaning baby teeth to pulling wisdom teeth. The medical team is great. Claudia especially deserves a raise in my opinion.

Went to A&A family dentistry today for the first time.. Was the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Very nice inside the staff and dentist are all very nice, super professional and caring.. This has to be the best dental experience Ive ever had! Two weeks ago l had to have all of my teeth pulled and new dentures put in! Ive always been really nervous about going to the dentist but the minute you walk in everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is Happy and that took away all my fear! Dr. Ardelan is so Nice and so is the entire staff and the cost is Great Too! Now l look forward to going back so l can see all of the people that make me smile and laugh! These people are liars and scammers......stay away.If I could give them a --- star I would,I had an an infection that was approved as a medical emergency by my healthcare provider who doesnt cover dental under normal circumstances and got the required referral from my primary care doctor.I was in excruciating pain until the antibiotics I got kicked in and had an infection,with swelling and abscesses that was in my jaw and gums.I was referred to A & a by my primary care doctor as a place that takes my insurance and I called to make my appointment and make sure they understood this was being covered by my insurance as a MEDICAL NECCESSITY.....I explained the situation to the receptionist and she said that they took my insurance under those circumstances and made and appointment for the next week ,the soonest appointment they had.Although the worst of the pain was gone I felt so weak I thought I might faint all weekend waiting for my appointment On tuesday ,when I arrived I gave the girl my insurance card.........which she accepted and copied.They took X rays and proceeded to ask me how I would pay.....I told them it was covered as a medical emergency by my doctor..and I waited over a 1/2 hr while they called to confirm......and was told they would not cover me.....It was a LIE.I spent the next 45 min on the phone in the receptions area talking to united healthcare until I finally got to the person who was familiar with my case and handed the phone to the girl behind the desk.She nodded and then hung up and said she wouldnt take my insurance and if I wanted to pay out of pocket they could set me up.Mind you i expanded I had a very bad infection in my gums that was going into my jaw and bone.....so they not only LIED to me when I made the appointment they made me wait with an infection that could spread to my heart or brain.......These people do not care about anything but money and apparently my insurance will pay for Xrays without approval and that was all they wanted ..except maybe for me to be so desperate I would pay them out of pocket.Even if I had the cash { and I did just sign up for a dental plan} I would NEVER go there.They are immoral and disgusting.There are no other words for it.

Got here 10 minutes early for my appointment at 11am. At 11:31 I had still not been seen, and two people who arrived after me were called to be treated. I was not able to leave because they made me pay before my appointment. This place sucks.
