I just felt even I could do the haircut. Ruined my haircut within 7 mins. If there are customers waiting for in queue, you cannot give bad experience to the customer you are serving. I have waited 30 minutes for 2 customers before me. They only took literally just over 5 mins for me.Poor quality haircut!

I had a wonderful visit, my stylist Tatiana did a Fantastic job and I plan to see her for further hair cuts. Very Satisfied.

WOW! I did not have an appointment but was seen as soon as I checked in. Was in dire need of a true military style hair cut and Tatiana gave me exactly what I asked for and it looks great. Awesome experience....I will be back and ask for Tatiana.

Do NOT bring your child here if they have special needs... They will make you feel extremely unwelcome, and will discriminate against you. I had to leave with my child after the worker made one rude comment after the next and sighed repeatedly before she ever made a single cut. She clearly did not want to cut my childs hair. I took my son the hair cuttery on West Broad Street and the kindest woman easily cut his hair in less than 10 minutes with zero issues. I will never walk into a Great Clips ever again. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had.

My husband had a haircut there today and it is the most terrible thing I have ever seen it is all different lengths on top he has nicks on the sides😡 Im 100% certain I could have done a better job myself!! Also this isnt the first bad hair he has gotten from there.

Great place for a quick trim. Their app is great, you can check their wait time from home and head over if its reasonable. They keep notes on what you had done before. Good prices too. Whats not to like?

Decent enough place. Clean, attentive staff, friendly. Sometimes can be hit or miss to get a decent cut, but most stylists do pretty well. Price is reasonable and wait times are very short, especially if you check in using the app before arrival.

You must understand chains like Great Clips are great for a simple inexpensive haircut. The employees are usually young stylists starting their career building clientele. If you want a complicated haircut or color service save your money for a local boutique salon not a chain because theyre less likely to employ fresh inexperienced girls. Great place for a quick haircut! Friendly staff

I did not get the name of my barber and I am kicking myself. She was fabulous! I will remember her, pleasant, professional and wonderful conversationalist. Monday morning around 10 or 10:40am eas when I went into Great Clips.

Good place for a quick hair trim. In and out in 15-20 minutes for a reasonable price. They will take hairdressers almost fresh out of school so you may need to explain exactly how you want it done or be disappointed. The location is clean and its rare to have to wait for more than 2 patrons ahead of you.

The guy who cut my husbands hair had no clue what he was doing. He continued to cut and it was so uneven and sloppy he had to call someone over to fix it. My husbands hair is now much shorter then he wanted it and it still isn’t completely fixed but it was the best the lady could do without having to shave it even.

I also wouldnt recommend. a hairdresser should do her/ his best so they have a repeat customer. Mine and my kids hair is so gapped up. If i could send pictures id love too. I so need fixed but after cut of three and tipping no money to repair and honestly no hairdresser no matter how good can replace the hair on the bald spot in my sons head.

Crystal took care of me and listened, I wanted my hair simply dusted. She did just that and I left with some awesome bedhead products. I found my hair care specialist!

Go see Jasmine. She has cut 4 of my daughters hair and mine. Jasmines busy? Oh well wait. 😊 Honestly, it has been a hit or miss with this place but we have went back because its convenient. Just recently Jasmine tightened up my daughters cut. Then went on to cut mine, and 2 more daughters.

I will not ever go back to a great clips. I have had pleasant past experiences at theVirginia Center Marketplace in Glen Allen, VA but this last visit is my last. My hair looks like a 3 year old child cut it with a blunt knife and the left side is at least 1/4 inch longer than the right. Jasmine was very unconcerned that my haircut was professionally done. They offered to re-do but I live too far away and frankly dont trust them to repair the damage. Still waiting for a call back from the manager.

Horrible service!! I entered with my son, there were 3 stylist working and no one greeted us when we entered. Two stylist finished and went in the back while customers were waiting in the lobby. When finally called, stylist refuse to attempt to cut my sons hair bc he was fussy, didnt even attempt when I said too. So I left. Horrible customer service

I regret so much to have visited this place to get my haircut. The young girl was not professional and simply cut my hair shorter in 2 minutes. I could have visited my other hair stylist who would take care of me much more professionally.

If youre an 80 year old man that just needs your head shaved this is the place for you! Dont look for any type of style. Its the assembly line of haircuts. Super rude people that get an attitude if you want something other than the clipper shave. You get what you pay for.

I would not go to this shop again, I went for a trim and received a butchered hair cut even after I told the hair stylist I just wanted a trim. Next time I will make that trip to a professional stylist or even to a Dominican salon to get a trim. Very upsetting as now I have problems with even trying to style my hair , LESSON LEARNED, NEVER AGAIN

The hair stylist I had was rude and quite rough with the hair cutting tools she used. I wont be coming here again.

I know I shouldnt expect too much, but probably the worst haircut Ive ever gotten.

Was looking for a hair cutting place closer to my home rather than driving to Mechanicsville each time. Thought I would give Great Clips near VA Center Commons a chance. My first haircut here was a month ago and the girl told me she had been cutting hair here for only 6 months. She did a horrible job. I let my hair grow back out and went back to give them one more opportunity to do a good job and requested a different hair cutter. The 2nd hair cutter told me she had been cutting hair for 7 years so I chose her. Needless to say she butchered my hair. Im done with Great Clips! Going back to my barber in Mechanicsville from now on.
