My pedicure itself was fine. Nothing crazy special even though I got the spa pedicure. If it weren’t for what I saw after, I might’ve gone back. I watched the lady who took care of me move her stuff over to another pedicure chair and begin working on another woman without EVER taking the stuff she just used on me to get sanitized or even cleaned. That made me feel disgusting! i feel like i need to go dip my feet in alcohol or something. She did it so casually i couldn’t even believe it. I’m still shocked.

Unprofessional and will never return to this salon or recommend their services. Business etiquette & customer service needs to be emphasized to the manager or owner. Your work should be your signature all of my nails are uneven and when you rush to cater to the services of “others” and leave other customers unattended as if their services are not as valuable, you set a disgusting tone for your business. I observed the interaction you showed to certain customers & this was my 3rd time at your salon. Every time I came in I spent well over $100 and left a generous tip. My tip for you today is to do better and treat all of your customers with value & equally.

Salon is larger than it looks com the outside. we were greeted as soon as we entered. I had an appt.. I dont always at salons. We chose our colors and awAy we went. The utensils they used were clean and pedicure bowls had liners in them. no not all places do. the staff were friendly got to work. we were checked on several times by, who I assumed to be the owner. all was well..no complaints. I will return

I did my pedicure and manicure with Shellac Gel Nail polish... today there was a discount of 30% on all your services. It was really to have their service. Neat and clean service and satisfied our needs... good thing is their interior and their complement of fruits and drink...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dany gave my daughter a full set of acrylic nails. My daughter had an appointment at 12:00p with Dany, who did not start on her nails until 12:20pm. She started rushing through the process when two walk-in customers arrived. The services are OVERPRICED ( including charging extra for coffin shaped nails) and a week later, the nails were LOOSE AND FALLING OFF. I took my daughter back and showed her nails to the guy that manages the appointments and he blamed my daughter and said that the nails were probably loose because of the way she was picking up things with her nails!! He said that Dany was busy and they could not fix her nails until Monday (we went back on a Friday). He offered to put some nail glue on them to temporarily hold them in place! We had to go to another nail salon down the street. This is a very UNPROFESSIONAL salon and a totally unacceptable experience. I will NEVER go there again!

This place blew me away. My husband convinced me to get my nails done and found this shop. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was incredible. The nail tech asked what my favorite part of a pedicure was , the massage, and she took extra time doing it. They gave a back massage as well once my nails dried. I was able to relax for once. My nails looked amazing! The price point is definitely worth it for all you get! Ruby Nails needs to be known for this level of service. I will be a regular customer from now on.

Its shady for a nail salon yo charge $5 extra to use the razor on your feet. Thats the point of a pedi, to clean up things! This is one of those get every dollar, typical nail salons. But this is a new low.

A co-worker recommended this place and I will absolutely be back! Thabby C. gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had. She was thorough and gentle and also gave a great upper back massage at the end. With your pedicure, you also get a glass of wine and were not talking a little splash like other places- were talking a normal one glass serving. I love this place!

I have been getting my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks for the past 10 years this place is definitely up in my top. Not only were they super friendly, they went above and beyond for every customer that walked in, they served alcohol which I did not partake in but would love to if I didnt have to drive afterwards. And then after everything they give you a massage and it was amazing. And on top of that their price was among the most reasonable of ever seen

At first I was SOOOOO delighted with my service. And then within 3 days ALL OF MY NAILS from my full set were off. They were popping off like press on nails from the 80s. While I enjoyed my pedicure, Ill NEVER get my nails done here again.

My first time here and I loved it! They give you a rewards card so that automatically puts them above all other places I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and the icing on the cake, a little massage included in your services. I have someone who does my nails consistently but I will be returning regularly for pedicures!

The decor is lovely. It is very clean. I have been going since the grand opening and never been disappointed. My shellac manicures stay perfect for so long that the only reason I need to come back is for healthy nail growth. Kevin is one of the best! They also have a 10% frequent customer discount program and free wine, cheese beer or fruit with service! Class act!!!

Where to start. This place is beautiful. Ive never seen a nail salon so clean and appealing. They serve wine, drinks and fruit. I didnt have any since I had a long drive ahead. I live closer to Charlottesville. I will definitely drive the 1 hour just to have my nails done here. Thank you Ruby Nails you were perfect!

I have not had a bad experience. I love when Tabby does my pedicure and I have had nothing but great nail treatment. I get acrylic over my own nails. There has been 2 times I have messed up my toes and I can come back and they fix it no problem.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time because I have been wary due to past experiences with other salons. My friend and I decided to go last weekend and we both had such a great experience! Our nails turned out great, the staff was polite, and the complimentary beer/wine and fruit plate was nice too! We both got gel tips and mine ended up being a little too long for me (not the staff’s fault at all, I told her that the length was good!) so I went back today and they filed them down for me at no charge! They also give you a discount card which is awesome! I definitely will be coming back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had to get my nails done for my wedding, and I just moved to the short pump area a week ago. This was the first shop I saw, so I stopped. I was not disappointed! The inside of the building is beautiful! Its clean, and well kept. The staff was very helpful. They offered many different options. I decided on the dip nails. They not only turnout perfect, but they also included a back massage, whaaat!? Oh, and wine is included! When checking out I did notice the price was about $5-$10 over the average price ive paid in the past, but I was so happy with the service it did not bother me at all. They gave me a rewards card, and give discounts often. Ill definitely be returning regularly, and recommending them to my friends and family!

Went for a pedi last night based on the reviews I read here. Thabby did an excellent job and I felt totally pampered! I will definitely be returning and requesting Thabby. Wheres the 0 star?? Looks very nice. But I (customer) got blamed by one of the employees for her messing up my friends nails because I made her feel uneasy and uncomfortable.The lady who did my nails was ok. Except that I wanted French on my toes and purple on hands. She did the opposite. She needs to Better her English.

2.5 weeks later my nails are still in great condition, no chips, nada. Dany (spelling) did an awesome job and went above & beyond. Will be returning :-)

Staff is nice enough but after having my acrylic nails done noticed bubbles in the pink areas and the white of the French manicure was not even and the smile lines were not all the same. Sorry but wont be going back or recommending have also found it a bit pricey

Best staff hands down

I went today to get my nails done because I went here before and the lady I had was amazing. Well much to my dismay she was not there. The lady who did my fill in kept burning me with the drill very badly. I would say OW THAT HURTS and she would say its not bleeding just a burn. Then the last time she burned me very badly and I said OWWWWW! She goes omg youre a baby. How much more rude could you get? Getting your nails done should not be painful. I will never spend a single dollar there again and I will be glad to let everyone else know to do the same.

Charging me $40 for a fill in and the nail polish is chipping a week into having them. Not to mention she didn’t even paint the entire nail because their are places missing nail polish. I am so disappointed.

It was a very nice place and my nails look okay but the lady that did them cut me twice and I jerked back one of the times and she said omg you scared me like Im thinking why didnt she say omg are you okay. Another thing is that she took soooo long and on the bar area the dirty rags were just laying the like a whole pile of them im not going there ever again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would I went here with my two friends to get our nails done and the girl who did my nails was so rude and she cut my a couple of times and my nails look so ugly she did not shape them correctly like I wanted and she painted them so ugly I was not happy at all and when we payed they charged me $78 for a shity job tbh and when we left Me and my friends noticed that my nails were so badly shaped ☹️ It was so embarsing so we called the maneger and told him and he said to come back the next day to get them redone at no extra charge so I went the next day amd the girl didnt even apologize at all and the maneger fixed them but didnt take them off to put on fresh acrylic he just drilled them down and fixed the shape and that only made the nails thinner so 4 days later a nail broke off so I honestly do not recomend this place to anybody they have rude staff and it is way to expensive for getting a crappy job done on your nails I will never go back there yeah its a fancy place it look nice but looks can deciving
