I’ve been with Dr Nguyen for a couple years nowAnd I have to honestly say if every doctor had cared as much for their patience as he cares for his patients we would have incredible doctors. Dr Nguyen puts spends time with you he’s not in a rush to to get to the next patient cares about every person in their feelings and talks to you as a person explains things and works with you. And his staff is awesome as well Crystal,Martha and Stormy I can’t even say.words they are really wonderful people.

I got to my appt late due to the fact that I got lost. I called Ochna and they did not have a problem with me arriving late. I arrived and was checked in and waited for Dr. to give me the shot. Employees and Dr were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Vega and the Ochna team. With only visiting Texas for a short time, finding a doctors office that did a monthly subscription seemed like the best fit, but I’ll admit I was skeptical of how it would work in the beginning. I have to say they surpassed my expectations, by far. They were able to fit me in multiple times last minute, ordered all the labs I requested, sent me to multiple specialists quickly and efficiently and truly went above and beyond to ease my mind. Dr. Vega even fit me in on her lunch break just before I left to see me one last time and generally gave me a sense of true empathy and attention to my emotional state. High recommend this team!

Unprofessional staff and I requested Dr. Vega refill my medication one more time as my insurance changed and I had an appointment with a new PCP to establish, but needed a refill before that appt. She refused because she stated I needed an appointment with her for her to refill it. This medication is a routine medication I have been on for more than 10 years. Very unusual as most PCPs will refill to get the patient to their next appt with new provider. Shows they are more interested in getting appointments and money than taking care of patients.

I cannot say enough good things about Ochna Health. The front office girls are amazing and Dr Nguyen is so caring. He takes his time getting all of the information he needs to figure out what is going on with you. He is the MOST educating Doctor I know and truly cares about your health. So happy that we signed up for their monthly health plan.

I have been using Ochna for a couple of years now. You will find no other primary care doctor who cares about you more than them, and their affordability is phenomenal. For one low price every month I get as many appointments as I want, including getting prescriptions, and my lab work is very inexpensive to them. Highly recommend them.

What a difference! Dr. Nguyen really took his time with me and appears to be genuinely concerned for my welfare. I can tell he isnt driven by insurance companies or pharmaceutical reps. His approach is kind and considerate. Im hoping this is going to lead to a real turning point in my overall health. So far this seems to be real health care.

We are incredibly happy with both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Vega, and Christel their nurse as well. They are friendly, really listen to us and are genuine about providing the highest quality of care. It is so refreshing to get to talk to a doctor for more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them!

We came from a big HMO system, the direct primary care at Ochna Health has been amazing. The doctors are collaborative, thorough and thoughtful and they take much more time with their patients. Dr. Nguyen spent almost an hour with me and took time to listen and explain his thinking. I even got an impromptu EKG. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the space relaxed. The telemedicine has also been very helpful and the physicians are extremely quick to respond. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough to compensate for the great care and service I get from this group. The doctor calls me to see how Im doing, and feeling before renewing a prescription. Calls (Personally) to give me the results of bloodwork, Then, this weekend I injured myself. I texted a photo to the APP on my phone that they provide, and within 2 minutes my phone rang and the on call doctor walked me through whether it was an emergency, or could be handled next day at a regular appointment. I was seen at 9:30 am the next day. Dr. Chau is an excellent, knowledgeable, medical provider, and I would encourage anyone who wants affordable, detailed, caring care to seek out this practice.

We’re new to the area and incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful primary care team! Our family has been extremely pleased with the quality of care here. Our visits have been pleasant, thorough, and incredibly expedient with both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Vega. The office environment is comfortable and very friendly - I can’t emphasize enough what a difference this is from our prior doctors where I felt lost in the system when I needed care. The ease of communication through their app is the BEST I’ve ever experienced. We make the drive out from Pflugerville, about 35 min; it’s worth it to be in such great hands.

The entire experience from scheduling to final remarks from Dr. Nguyen was perfect and I would highly recommend Ochna Health to care for your family. The staff is very thoughtful and attentive to the needs of the patient and their extended family. Follow up is also very thorough and complete to make you feel as though they really care for you. Best Doctor Ive ever seen! I drive from South Austin all the way to Georgetown to see Dr. Nguyen. He takes the time to get to know you and takes the time to explain diagnosis and treatments.My last visit to Ochna Health I saw Nurse Practitioner Martinez-Anderson for my womens wellness. She was down to earth and put me at ease. She also took the time to get to know me and answer any questions I had. They definitely compliment each others style. Perfect one-stop-shop for my annual checkup.

Best one on one care I have ever received from a physician. Due to my schedule and working in the oil fields my doctor has taken care of me better than anyone ever has and has put more time and effort into my personal needs instead of just writing a prescription and hoping it works. We are cash paying patients, and I was very pleased with the affordability and all the recommendations to affordable labs, mammograms, etc. We used to go see doctors at a main provider in the Temple area, and while the doctors were great, the system they have to work in is ineffective, trying to get info to the doctors there was almost impossible. It is so easy to communicate with Dr Nguyen using the apps on your phone. Send a message and he replies as soon as he can. When you visit him at the office, he has a wonderful way of focusing only on you while youre there. Very comforting.

Dr. Nguyen has been my physician for 5 or more years. When he is with you, he is really present.... and thats not easy in todays high pressure practitioner environment. I prefer a D.O. because the approach is more holistic, and Dr. Nguyen takes that approach. He was a Navy doctor prior to private practice, which adds confidence for me.

If you dont have health insurance Ochna Health is the PERFECT option. My father blew out his knee and does not have insurance do to pre-existing conditions. I had learned about Ochna Healths Direct Primary Care through the Central Texas Business Association ran by Rob Hipp. We called Ochna Health, joined the membership program and my father was seen within the hour Dr. Nguyen. This is a great practice with great staff. We are very exited to be members!
