Dr Karnish was my Dr from teen years into my late 20s. Only left his office after moving out of the area. Dr. Karnish and his entire staff are definitely cool people who listen and can relate to issues more thoroughly due to them being from the local area as well. If I ever move back to Delaware, I would definitely return to that office.
