While Dr. Ozturk is a very nice woman, I feel that client interaction and care needs significant improvement.I have been twice about a persistent issue that has yet to resolve. Minimal to no physical exams performed during the visit. Standing behind the computer with little interaction with me during the visit. Took my care into my own hands after little concern to find a specialist that will hear me out.

You must schedule Appointment by Porral. I cancelled because I dont have the money to get there. I had a previous phone appointment. Yet I keep getting messages reminding me of in office Appointment. She listens but does she hear? In office Appointmens are brief as she is on Computer and rarely looks at me. As a Senior Citizen, I have other options! Time to rethink my alternative solutions!

Dr Ozturk is the greatest!!! Caring and compassionate. Always takes time to listen.
