Fantastic experience! Id been dealing with a botched crown procedure from another NEW local dentist in the Georgetown area for almost six weeks. That experience was incredibly painful, expensive, and frustrating! Dr. McLeods office staff took me in as a new patient and took excellent care of me. He and his technician made me feel comfortable and his entire procedure was pain free. His office came highly recommended and I couldnt agree more! Dr. McLeod will definitely be my dentist from now on. So relieved to have the other nightmare experience finally over and to have the peace of mind knowing Im in capable & caring hands now!

Dr. McLeod did an excellent job getting me a crown on a tooth I thought might need a root canal due to cold sensitivity. It was evaluated, measured and crowned very efficiently all in 3 weeks.

I’m so thankful Dr. Mcleod is nearby! He and his staff are very friendly and do a fantastic job! He helped my 3yo with her cavity, and made her feel comfortable during the procedure by explaining what he was doing and helping her see with a mirror. Comfortable to the point where she asked to go with me to my appointment. He and his assistant wore a mask (for those worried). Great experience and we will continue to take our family to see him.

Dr. McLeod has been my dentist for over 20 years. Even after moving to Houston 12 yrs ago, and trying other dentists, I noticed they regularly pressured me to have expensive treatments, which I always postponed.. After 3 yrs I decided to start driving all the way back to Dr. McLeod for 2nd opinions, and sure enough, those treatments werent needed!! Dr. McLeod is absolutely a dentist of integrity!! He does all my dental work, and hes the only dentist I have 100% confidence in diagnosis and treatments. He cares about his patients, he has great bedside manners, hes humorous, and he is an expert in his field.

They clean teeth with courtesy and a smile. Dont miss out on this team! They dont pressure you into costly procedures like some newer dentists will do.

For a number of reasons, I will not be returning to Dr. McLeod, and I recommend those who read this avoid him as well.I saw Dr. McLeod in December 2020 for a cleaning, and then a filling the next week. Before discussing the ineptitude of the office, I want to first say that comments made by both the hygienist and Dr. McLeod about my appearance made me incredibly uncomfortable. It is already difficult enough to be in such a vulnerable position as the dentist chair, but young women should not feel the added distress of inappropriate remarks made by their dentist, which is what Dr. McLeod did when I saw him for an appointment.After my appointment finished (December 10th), I paid the front office $46 and left. I had not heard from them again until I was sent a Final Notice on March 17th with a bill for $185. The first very apparent issue is that the filling cost a total of $185, but the office messed up the payment and did not subtract the $46 I had already paid. Im sure some patients would have mistakenly paid the full $185 without questioning the very simple subtraction that should have been done correctly.The next issue is that I had not been led to believe that the filling would cost $185. The office is aware that I do not have dental insurance, as I do not have any dental insurance on file with them, and my 2019 filling bill showed a $0 payment from my insurance--which means I paid for 100% of what they charged for the procedure, or $89 total. I called the office attempting to rectify this issue, and for some reason they called my moms phone back, despite the fact that I gave them my name and phone number. When I was finally able to get in touch with Sarah, she apologized if I was confused (I was actually misled, which is fairly different). At no point was I told I was mischarged the first time, or that I would be paying $185 for a filling--a service I would be willing to pay for at pretty much any other office, and will be in the future. The disorganization and ignorance of Dr. McLeods office is truly astounding to me.I would add that my parents have also had their own bad experiences with Dr. McLeods practice; the dentist refused to wear a mask for my moms appointment, and the office overcharged my dad and would not refund him.I believe that, taken together, these issues constitute some serious concern, and certainly legitimate reasoning for not trusting Dr. McLeod and his office with dental care in the future.

No waiting, the hygenist did a great job cleaning, and found a cavity, that was filled the next day.

Dr. McLeod and his staff were efficient, caring and professional. I am most appreciative for each of those three qualities. I am pleased that I am now a patient. I am confident that I will be well cared for....a good feeling ! Carin Eagleston

Dr. McLeod was amazing! He was very personable and thorough.The office was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Some people complain about the parking situation yet I had no issues with this. There are designated parking spots for his patients, which I appreciated. My wife has used this dentist for 20 years so I inherited his services. Great dentist, very friendly. Thankfully there is reserved parking so the people eating at the mexican resturant dont take over every space!

Have requested copy of xrays back in June and still have not received. In June the receptionist said she mailed them to my hometown dentist, they have not received anything to do this day. They also were treated disrespectfully by this receptionist when they called asking for the X-ray copies. Their relunctance to release the records is concerning.An update to my experience with this dentist and his office. Today I received a bill for the first time for service from 2016! My insurance hasnt reprocessed the claims, they just out of nowhere sent me a statement dated 2018 for services in 2016! Unbelievable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE and DENTIST.

This dentist practice pays to have a tow truck nearby for people who are parking in there spots. The signs on the spaces are deceiving if you do not read the whole thing. BEWARE!!!!
