Of course this is a for-profit business so always keep that in the back of your mind. Dentist and orthodontist are not regulated so whatever they “recommend “ should be taken with a grain of salt realizing that they’re recommending what puts the most money in their pocket. This place is not much different. You will get a little interaction with the actual doctor the doctor will talk over you like you were not there, giving their underlings to perform whatever additional unnecessary procedures get them more money. So I encourage you to ask questions, push back and enter at your own risk.

I am a 49 year old doing Invisalign. I trust Dr. Goldenberg 100% and she is fun! The office staff is fantastic and the facility is always clean and inviting.

This place is fantastic, had my first appointment today after hearing nothing but great things about them and they did not disappoint. Everyone was so kind and respectful of my time and answering the questions that were important to me. Dori also brews a great cup of coffee ☕️ . Doctor Goldenberg is very down to earth, and everyone was upfront and honest on what plan was best for me, in meeting my overall goals. They were very detailed and never sugarcoated anything. I am currently undergoing my 4th month of invisalign treatment and they answer my questions during visits and make me feel rest assured when I am unsure how something looks, they tell me how the teeth will shift and triangles between teeth will close as the teeth move closer. Dr. Goldenberg and her team have been a dream to work with from the beginning to the end! Along the way of having three of my boys in braces or ortho treatment of some kind we have changed insurance twice, and have had an International move come up. Dr. Goldenberg and her team have bent over backwards to accommodate both insurance changes as well as trying to speed up the treatments for my son to be braces free when we move to the UK. I have been impressed over and over again at the lengths they have gone to to take care of us! Highly recommend Dr. Goldenberg!

I come here and it’s the friendliest place I’ve ever been to. They treat you like family and even if your 20 minutes late they’ll still take you in but I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall a great place and deserves 6 starts.

My daughter had multiple problems with her teeth ranging from missing permanent teeth to an underbite. Needless to say, we were super stressed about how the final result would be. I’m happy to says that her teeth turned out beautiful!! WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Epic doesnt even describe every aspect of our experience here. And Ill start with the part everyone cares about the most- we had consultations with several orthodontic practices before choosing one to do my daughters braces, and Dr. Goldenberg came in with the most affordable rate. Im a single mom, and they also offered in house, zero-interest financing and were even willing to make the down payment the (very affordable) number I requested and finance it longer than the treatment plan will extend to keep the payments within my budget. The treatment coordinator was kind, gracious, positive, and worked with me to make it happen even within my very tight budget.Now on to the even more impressive part. Every staff member was super positive, very genuine, and kind from the moment we arrived. The front desk was super easy to work with, and the staff took great care of my super shy daughter through her x-rays and consultation. Then Dr. Goldenberg came in with a contagious smile and bubbly, energetic demeanor that just made you happy to be there. When she came in, we were perusing a copy of her published book I had found tucked against a wall, and I apologized for grabbing it and told her my 11 year old daughter had wanted to be an orthodontist since she was 2. Dr. Goldenberg and her treatment coordinator were absolutely knock-you-down amazing! She talked to my daughter like a med student and explained the process of correcting her bite and all the details of it. She had her awesome treatment coordinator (whose name I wish I remembered) round up some older dental models (ya know, the fake teeth sets wearing braces that we all play with at the dentist when no one is looking?!), and gave them to my daughter. They got her a copy of Dr. Goldenbergs book and told her when she read it to highlight anything she had questions about and Dr. Goldenberg would love to answer them. Actually the doc told her that herself like 3 times to make sure she knew she really meant it. They got her the ligature bands that go on the braces and showed her how to change them so she could do it on her own at home. They gave her a bunch of XS gloves to wear when shes working, dental mirrors, floss, etc. Then Dr. Goldenberg said shed like a picture with her to label as her Future Colleague.My daughter has looked forward to getting braces her whole life. She makes pretend orthodontic appliances at home from plastic beads she melts, or whatever she can find. She put earring backs on her teeth with clear rubber bands to pretend she had braces. And Ive always been afraid that with so many years of excitement building up to this, the actual experience would be a let down. On the contrary, it literally couldnt be more amazing thanks to Dr. Goldenberg and the staff at Smile Doctor Braces!!!! We are so excited to support a practice that cares so genuinely about its patients. This was way beyond just a sales pitch to close a deal. I look forward to years of working with them, and more importantly my daughter is ecstatic for her next visit!! I wish Google would let me add photos of my daughter working on the models they gave her! Its adorable, and quite possibly will turn out to be a pivotal moment in her life. Nearly everyone we know has chosen this practice after doing their homework, and I can certainly see why!!!

This is the most uplifting, friendly orthodontist office I have ever encountered. This was our first visit, and it was literally a painless, worry free process.
