While on vacation I had a filling come out and it was irritating me and needed to be repaired. I called Rinehart Dentistry and was warmly greeted and an appointment was set up in the Georgetown office. When I arrived, I was welcomed and taken back in a just a few minutes. My dental tech and dentist were very professional and friendly. They got my tooth repaired and me back to enjoying my vacation. I cant thank them enough for their help and highly recommend them to anyone else who may need their help.

I’ve been going to Dr Rinehart for my Dental needs since I moved to South Carolina in 2012. I’m so happy my Sister recommenced his office to me. I’ve been having my maintenance & cleanings done by Harriet who’s been excellent!! I’ve just had the opportunity to meet one of the other dental hygienists Aurora on my last visit. She was also wonderful & thorough.I highly recommend Dr Rinehart and his Team of professionals.

I love Dr. Rinehart - very knowledgeable and pain free! However, I cannot recommend this office- the billing department is far from positive. I had procedures done in both PI and Georgetown only to discover that bills appear n one office and not the other. More concerning is that the billing department cannot be trusted; I was told my out-of-pocket expense would be one thing, and I was billed double. Word of caution: take it upon yourself to check with your insurance company prior to getting ANY work done. Very disappointing 😔

Professional service with a smile, meeting Dr. Burnett and Heather was a memorable experience, resolving my problem of a dislodged on-lay. Within an hour. I would recommend this office to any cruisers in need of dental assistance.

From the front desk staff, to Erin the Hygenist and Dr Burnett I can’t say enough good things. Erin was thorough and explained everything , asked a lot of questions and Dr Burnett identified something that would help me with my dental care in the future and performed a procedure that was painless and quick!! Ive been so pleased with Dr. Rinehart and his staff. They are all very friendly, caring, and competent. Dr. Rinehart is an excellent dentist who immediately put me at ease. He doesnt recommend unnecessary dental work. If treatment is needed, he takes time to discuss and provide a recommendation on how long you can go before getting the work done to avoid further issues. This shows he cares, which was very important to me. I highly recommend Dr. Rinehart to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Just had a cleaning by Harriet at the office in Georgetown. I have had cleanings in plenty of other places in large, metropolitan areas and by far Harriet has been the best! Everyone in this office is very personable, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Harriet is always very conscientious and thorough. She cares for my teeth as if they were her own. I look forward to my cleanings with her as I know I will be happy with the results, as I look forward to all of my appointments at Rinehart Dentistry. I travel an hour each way for my appointments, and the time is well worth it.

From the moment that I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness and compassion. Dr Rinehart and Harriet were professional and patiently explained my diagnosis and the recommended treatment plan to me. They took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions without rushing me. The front desk staff took extra time to help me understand how my insurance plan would work with the recommended treatment plan and to coordinate my future appointments with my schedule.
