Kevin is an absolute miracle worker. He know just how much pressure to use without hurting me. 11/10 would recommend. He should really get a raise. Also I love that masks are required. I’m immunocompromised and knowing that everyone is still wearing masks really eases some of my fears about going back.

Donna was very professional and helped address issues in my back. She asked questions to understand my situation and listened. She communicated throughout to make sure the pressure was comfortable and working for me. I will ask for Donna in the future!

Plenty of safe ways to offer. People can respectfully keep their distance and mask should no longer be required.Donna is very good. Thank you for bringing back water. Please stop with having masks required by your guests, propagates fear, false sense of security and little acceptance of natural life. Do keep with requiring that people be fever free and not sick when coming to an appointment or coming to work.

I was gifted a 60 min massage. I added an additional 30 minutes. My expectation was 90 minutes. It wasnt even close. I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken to a room at 10:18 for my 10:15 appointment. I laid down for my massage at 10:21 and the masseuse came in within a minute. She was great regarding asking focus areas and pressure. Im not sure about her level of expertise. The oil and her hands were very cold. Each time she added oil I tensed from the cold. The techniques she used was simple. Consequently the massage was not as functional as it could have been. The appointment ended early and I was up, dressed and paid by 11:44. I was shorted a full 10 minutes, more if you count the first lost minutes, it is closer to 15 minutes. My expectation of a 90 minute massage is being worked on for 90 minutes. This was my second time I have been gifted a massage at this store, but a similar experience with shortened massage table time.

Our family is under Donna’s care. She is excellent, highly recommended her!

The reason I went to Massage Envy is for my therapist. She used to work at my chiropractors office. The reason for the poor rating is the distinct lack of customer service with the management. They have messed up my account, billing, and appointments numerous times. I have had to speak to a manager several times. Their biggest issue is staff turn over and terrible administrative training. The latest incident was a canceled appointment. I received an email less than 2 weeks before my session. When I called, I was told they had sent me 3 texts. I dont know what shows up on their system, but I did not receive texts from them. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they make it seem like it is my problem. Unfortunately, I have unused sessions. I am freezing my account. And I am going to find another location whose customer service is better.

Didn’t see any difference at all following facial. Also, appointment was supposed to be one hour, however, it only lasted 40 min. The Cosmetologist was pleasant enough but difficult to understand. All in all I don’t really see the point in paying for another facial.

I see Donna every two weeks and she is phenomenal. She does excellent work, is personable and without a doubt is someone I’d recommend.
