I went into this location a few months ago and made an appointment with James for a haircut. And ever since I’ve been getting so many compliments on the beautiful layers he created on my hair and how well it shapes and frames my face! He gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I have very thick hair, and he textured it, and cut it so beautifully! It is so soft, healthy, and has this natural volume from the layers he created. Thank you so much James!

Wish I could remember the girls name that cut my hair but I cant. I was here feb 17th and surprisingly it turned out very good, usually when I get my haircut it never turns out good. Id definitely have her cut my hair again next time!

I loved my hair cut experience with Mel! She offered professional advice as to what style best suits my hair, and she also obliged my preferences. I ended up with a perfect cut, not the dreaded too short, and cant wait til it grows out look! Mel was meticulous, professional, chatty and fun, and her price point was perfectly reasonable. As always, Mario Tricoci delivers!

Dee is amazing!!! I came in with the majority of my long hair chemically burned off from trying to dye it at home. I had never had short hair in my life, and was pretty convinced I was going to have to shave it all off. Dee was so calm and walked me through everything she was doing. A lot had to come off...just touching my hair lightly, clumps would come break off into my hands. My once long hair, was now to my chin. But, I swear to you, it looks sooo good! I get compliments by strangers by how good my hair looks. Shes a genius and so kind too. Mind you, I had never gone to her before. I just blindly called in asking for help. Im so thankful they sent me to her!!

Kristen the stylist and Laura the colorist are amazing! I trust them completely with my hair and they helped me look and feel my best for my wedding. Im never disappointed with a trip to the Geneva Mario tricoci.

I get my hair cut by Marinee. I am very picky and have long, thick, curly hair. She does a great job with it. Shes also very sweet and pleasant to talk to.

Great staff, but dont come here if youre looking to change up your style or get a modern/androgynous haircut though. The stylists here arent pressured to compete in competitions so most of them are a little out of touch with how to do the latest styles. The lady I had was even scared to cut my hair. Should have been my red flag not to go through with the cut. But she was recommended to me by the front desk staff since she was their most experienced stylist there.I ended up getting my hair fixed by a barber in downtown Geneva. Its called Belding Barbering. Matt is a very talented guy and knows what hes doing! He competes regularly to stay in touch with todays styles and even makes his own organic hair products. Highly recommend him. He was even $10 cheaper than the stylist they gave me here. She was $65 (before I tipped her) and Matt was $55.The spa here is great though! Highly recommend their spa services.

Needed a haircut and color on my day off. I usually dont go to Mario Tricoci because its so busy and hectic I cant relax. But today there was hardly anyone there and it was nice good service great people and a good haircut and color

I went in for a cut and color. The color turned out okay although the colorist was a snob and unwilling to do anything other than an all over color. (Lazy) I was then handed over to Daisy. Daisy didnt listen to a word I said. Took off about an inch more than we discussed and cut super short layers into my long hair. All I asked for was a trim...and she gave me a whole new short style... My once long hair isnt even able to fit into a ponytail. She also cut into my hair so much that it looked like there were holes in the length and cut really far away from my face.(Which is unfixable...just have to wait until it grows in. I called to complain and was told to come back in...the managers went out of their way after seeing the butcher job she did. Multiple people in the salon looked at my hair and confirmed what a horrible cut she gave me. They actually had to put a couple extensions in my hair to fill in the holes in my hair due to poor cut. Overall, they went out of the way to make me feel better but it doesnt make up for the time it will take to regrow out my hair and the layers as well as the numerous trims I will have to get to even out the layers...as well as the price to upkeep the extensions to fill in the gaps. WORST hair cut ever. IDont get your hair cut by Daisy...

Andrew from the Geneva location is an amazing hairstylist. I have tried other stylists there and they are great in their own way but Andrew was definitely a good fit for what I wanted for a male cut.

Stopped by to see if they had an opening for my daughter to get a trim.Was told they had an opening in two hours. Agreed to this appt. time.Upon taking my daughters name down, the reception ask for my sons name, I corrected her. Again, she asked for my sons name. I corrected her. The third time, she said, no, your sons name, again I told her. She then said, you saw my surprise right! Way to make a young teen feel even more insecure about her looks! This receptionist was rude and unprofessional. After straightening out my daughter is not my son, and taking 5 min. to talk to a stylist. We were told the appointment was no longer available and shown the door. Must not need new customers.

Yesterday I went to Mario tricoci I am very upset with my color because the person who make my hair destroyed my hair with bleach my hair is falling im very scared im not coming back I do not recommend that place

I am always very happy with my hair cut and/or color when I have it done here. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the great job the colorists and stylists do each time I visit.

Kammie is the best! My own mother is a hairstylist and sometimes I will cheat just to go get my color done with Kammie. She gives me exactly what I want every single time.

Horrible. Obsolutley horrible. I go to give them my business and it was horrible. If i could give them no stars or negative stars I would. First off, I was not informed at all that I would be seeing a more experienced Hair Stylist to cut my hair so I would have to pay more. Not at all informed. Also it no where says on the website that this is a possibility. Second, I told MITCHELL I want my hair layered everywhere. She did not ask any questions at all on how I thought it looked throughout my haircut and never showed me a mirror for the back of my head either. Third, I payed on a Visa gift card so when I later called them and said I was not satisfied, they made excuses and said they could not do anything. The Manager I spoke with was very rude as well. She then finally gave me a gift card for product or another haircut which I did not want. I did not want it, I simply wanted my money back but they must be to dumb and ignorant to do so. AIl of the ladies when I walked in there as well were all snoby as well and acted like they were better than everyone else. I do not want to give them my business anymore. I did not want a gift card to go back and give them more business that I will most likey not give anymore. This place was suggested to me by a guy I work with at work and it was horrible. So this place I would not recommend. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
