Got my bridal hair done here... Jackie was very sweet. But I didnt like my hair do...I didnt have time to re-do it. And it costed $100.

My bridal party came to Studio Salon to get ready before the wedding day. We practically had the whole salon to ourselves, plus a private back room for all our stuff and to have food and mimosas. They provided us lovely glasses to drink from as well. I was able to relax and sit back as my hair and makeup was done, and as three of my bridesmaids had their hair done. We were all done ahead of schedule. They were even able to squeeze my mom in early in the morning after she decided to get her hair done last minute. My bridesmaids and I were very satisfied with the hair. My only negative comment would be that they advertised they had airbrush makeup, but did not have it available. They let my photographers come in and take photos while were were all getting ready as well which was great. Jackie was very calming. Thank you for letting us relax!

Got in for my appointment at 10 and was treated very nice, was done by 10:45 excellent pedicure.

I was at this salon 2 weeks ago to get hair and makeup done for my best friends wedding. The girl Jessica I had was amazing. When I originally called to set up appointments for the bridal party, I spoke with Carole. She was the best. Very helpful, informative and very sweet. She told me everything would run smoothly since we didnt have a lot of time. Well, Carole was correct. All of the bridesmaid thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming and our hair and makeup looked amazing. These ladies and gents did a wonderful job. 8-10 hours later we all still looked great. I couldnt have picked a better salon.

Meh. I have been to another Aveda salon and my previous experience had perhaps my expectation too high.I felt no attention was paid to about my individual concerns; I was just one customer who happened by.I hated the haircut, most importantly. In my previous Aveda, there was a one week period when I can come back for touch up and to make sure I like the haircut.I give two stars rather than one because at least they were professional albeit in a very aloof way.

I have been to multiple Aveda salons throughout the US, and this one felt like a knock-off or scam. Typical Aveda salons, even schools, offer water or tea when you walk in. This one did not and wasnt even very welcoming. During my haircut, I was only asked what I wanted for a haircut, then it was dead silence. During the hair washing, water kept getting all over my face and eyes, which has never happened to me before, but I was willing to forgive that at that point in time. It just kept getting worse though...The person cutting my hair went to check-in with her boss, which normally youd only expect at a student salon where they charge $16 for a cut and blow-out. When the boss came, it was clear that the person had completely messed up on my hair due to trying a technique she had seen someone else do. The boss proceeded to cut my hair without explanation and without knowing what I wanted, causing my hair to be shorter and while also handling my hair in a really painful way. After, the original person cutting my hair asked what kind of blow-out I wanted. I was confused because I had specified that I wanted just a haircut on the phone twice, but I figured that since they messed up so bad that they were doing it to be nice. It was only after I paid and left that I noticed on the receipt that they charged me the $44 instead of the $30. This did not feel like an Aveda salon, and it wasnt worth the money to me at all.
