I’ve been getting waxed for the past few years and decided to try this new place out. Let me just say the service was great! I got a wax done by Caitlin & she was amazing!! I was extra sensitive that day and she was super sweet and understanding with me. We got through it together! She was very professional and so friendly! She was also fast and very knowledgeable. Also wanted to add in that my previous wax place use to always leave some sticky residue on my skin & that didn’t happen this at European wax center! Great service! Will be back in a few weeks! I’ve been going to EWC for almost a year. The employees are all nice. The place is clean and they have a good system to check people in to follow COVID protocols. I’ve had a few different wax specialists but Caitlin has by far been my favorite. She made me feel comfortable and she taught me a lot about the entire waxing experience. I definitely recommend her! She has excellent customer service and is very friendly.BE AWARE OF DISCOUNTS. After I spent $500+ on a wax pass, I found out that they offer discounts to students, first timers and during your birthday month. None of which I was allowed to use because the employees told me much later. This is the only reason why I wouldn’t give them 5 stars. Good customer service providers would tell you about discounts when spending hundreds of dollars.

I went here for my very first Brazilian 5 weeks ago and just finished my second visit. The staff are great, very friendly and talked me through everything a first timer needed to know and my follow up questions on the second go round. I felt very comfortable and super pleased with the results. The facility is very clean and cozy. If you been scared to try a Brazilian, dont be! This is a great place to start you off and also great for long time waxers looking for a new home!

I had my first Brazilian done here and Angelena was awesome. I won’t lie, and say it didn’t hurt, it did hurt, but she used hard wax on me which doesn’t hurt AS bad. She told me how to breathe and talked to me about random stuff to keep my mind off the waxing. She was honestly so sweet. I’m happy to see her again for future my waxing needs.

One of the downsides of getting to be an old man is explosive ear hair growth. Not a good look. DIY measures are futile. The wax technicians at European Wax Center will have you looking human again in no time. The folks at EWC are some of the nicest and professional people youll ever meet. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Of the bat, I knew something wasn’t very comforting when I came in the room. I felt very judged by the wax specialist for coming in after 6 weeks after having my baby. I was already self conscious about my body and this just made it worse. While I was being waxed, the specialist started with no warning and was slightly forceful because I am sensitive. She also kept throwing the material she used, which I thought was unprofessional . In addition, my wax wasn’t completely clean. I had to go in and do some work. For 59 dollars plus tip, I’ve had better wax jobs elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I went to European wax centers in Geneva. I always have a great experience. Madisyn has waxed me each time and always does a fantastic job.

The entire process was very easy from start to finish. I had my eyebrows waxed and it was very quick and efficient. Just a little tip....per Covid procedures...when you arrive, there is a code on the front door that you can scan to check in. After you scan the code, you can sit in your car and wait for a text to let you know when you can head in.

This place is always timely and no matter the person waxing, it is always consistent with results!

Went to European Wax for my first time and had CJ as my wax specialist. First thing I noticed was how sweet and personable she was! This was my first time being waxed and I was super nervous. The place is clean and looks pretty, prices are great (especially if you decide to get the package), desk staff is very friendly and Anna that I had an appointment with was simply awesome! I believe there is improvement for this facility. I felt very rushed and over-sold on their in-house products. This was my first time at European Wax in Geneva, and last time visiting them for a Brazilian and lip wax. Luze was so hurried and then wanted to book 3-4 weeks out for my next visit. Not very customer service oriented, I will continue with Nudite Waxing Boutique, You get what you pay for and its worth it.

I got my bushy, troglodyte-looking eyebrows done by Madisyn and now I dont look like a prehistoric caveman anymore. 11/10 would visit again.

Sarah did an amazing job, i would recommend her to anyone for any waxing! She was as gentle as she was able to be and talked me through everything from start to finish, as being 8.5 months pregnant was a tad painful for waxing!

I went to the Geneva location and received a free bakini line wax. It was my first time ever getting a bakini wax, so I was a bit nervous. I was assigned to Qia who did my waxing. She was so relaxed and laid back that it helped put my nerves at ease. The waxing hurt but not as badly as I had anticipated. I would most likely come back to this location in the future.

This was my first time getting a professional wax, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I could have done a better job myself. Id rate the Brazilian 3.5/5, and the lower leg wax 1/5. The girl missed the majority of the hairs on my legs. She rushed me out, so I didnt have a chance to check out her work before I left.
