It was a good experience with Lynette, However, she never asked me if what she was cutting was too short (FYI it was) all stylists I have experienced ask how short before they cut. She also didnt check if my hair was even, one side was cut slightly shorter than the other. The environment was friendly and clean just was a little disappointed with the service/how my hair turned out.

We are very pleased. Friendly atmosphere and good quality work. My cut and color came out perfect. My husband is pleased with his cut as well.

I received an unfortunate haircut from a different salon. I was very displeased, so I called up Karizma and asked if theyd be able to work with what hair I had left to fix it. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I walked out very happy. Not only was my cut perfect, it was very quick and non-expensive.

I love this place. No appointments necessary means I can pop in whenever I find time during my day. It is difficult to keep appointments with 3 kids. Ive been getting my hair cut here for 10 years and Ive never had a bad cut!

I have gone to Karizma off an on for several years, and enjoy the convenience of walk-in service. The last time I was there, the girl I wanted to see was not in. The person who did my hair was very rough when blow drying and styling. I have never had a stylist burn my scalp with the blow dryer before, and she did it at least 3 times. When brought to her attention that she was hurting me, she was not apologetic in the least. In fact, she acted like I was bothering her. I like the salon and will go back, but not to that particular person.

I love coming here. Always good service. The owner always does my hair and always does a good job.

Came here on my lunch break looking to get a cut. Loved the fact that i was able to get in and out in a timely manner but my hair cut was awful. It was uneven and not what i has asked for. The girl who cut my hair seemed like she was in a big hurry to get to her lunch break and did not pay attention and kept dropping things on the floor. The wash and cut was $30 which seems over priced. Wont be going back here.

I have had a total of 2 satisfying haircuts from Karizma out of probably 10 or more and those were trims to hair that was at least shoulder length. I have found that anytime I ask for something that requires texturing that can be time consuming, I end up with something truly awful. My last hair cut the gal buzzed my side burns up to above my ears, clippered one side and half of the back of my head on a single setting using no fading technique, and scissor cut the other side. She did no blending, so when my hair tried, it was extremely lumpy. She also claimed I had a colic. I have had short hair cuts several times, and have never had a colic reported to me. I had to wait 5 weeks, essentially rocking a comb over, until my hair grew enough to go back to the tried and true Studio Salon up the street where someone took the time to know my hair and give me an appropriate pixie cut. I think Karizma is fine for a trim on longer hair or traditional mature woman cuts, but not for anything that requires actual use of different hair cutting techniques. On top of that, they always give my boyfriend the same hair cut that makes his head look like a pumpkin, no matter what we tell the stylist. We wont be back.

Ive gone to Karizmas for many years and never had an issue but last night when I went I was not pleased at all. I asked for a trim and layers. She chopped at my hair for maybe 3 minutes and was finished. No blow dry, no style...then when I paid for my cut she took her own tip out of my money without asking then handed me back what was left. Im disgusted.
